背景技术
压花铝板是制冷行业中蒸发器用量较为大原材料，现有普通的压花铝板在制作蒸发器时都需要将其表面进行处理，以提高产品的防腐性。现有铝板防腐涂料配方设计不合理，防腐涂料层性能不稳定，附着力不强，容易脱落，不耐冲击，产品整体表面不够光泽，应用于冷柜制冷系统内衬时，使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种用于压花铝板的防腐涂料，防腐涂料层性能稳定，附着力强，不脱落，耐冲击，无毒副作用，安全环保，使用后产品表面整洁、光泽。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种用于压花铝板的防腐涂料，其组分及重量份配比如下：烷基咪唑1份，环氧树脂 10份，纳米铝粉 15，碳化硅7份，三聚磷酸铝4份，分散剂3.5份，亚麻油8份， 柠檬烯12份， 松香二酸8份。
