技术领域
本发明涉及一种改进的稳定型防锈底漆。
背景技术
为了获得更好的装饰性和耐腐蚀性,各种家用电器、摩托车配件等各种金属配件采用了多层涂装的方式,如底漆、中涂漆、罩光清漆等。防锈底漆一般都是作为基层处理的一种底漆,主要起防锈作用。因为防锈漆一般光泽度不是很好,一般用作底漆使用。现有的主要有铁红防锈底漆、环氧防锈底漆、红丹防锈底漆和醇酸防锈底漆。传统的防锈底漆,含有大量的铅、六价铬等重金属,这种防锈底漆因为含有大量的有害物质,已不能满足新环保法规的需求,使用越来越受到限制。因此现在需要一种防锈效果好,但同时又对环境和人体的影响小,能够长期使用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种改进的稳定型防锈底漆,具有良好的化学稳定性,同时具有良好的热稳定性和耐硬水性,可以长期使用。
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明采取的技术方案是:一种改进的稳定型防锈底漆,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
氯化石蜡6-10份,环氧树脂3-8份,羟基树脂10-20份,分散剂2-7份,甲基异丁基甲酮4-8份,氨基树脂5-9份,甲醚化氨基树脂7-11份,高羟基聚酯树脂6-10份,附着力助剂2-6份,正丁醇3-7份,弹性粉1-3份,助剂1-5份。
本发明优化的技术方案是,一种改进的稳定型防锈底漆,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
氯化石8份,环氧树脂5份,羟基树脂15份,分散剂4份,甲基异丁基甲酮6份,氨基树脂7份,甲醚化氨基树脂9份,高羟基聚酯树脂8份,附着力助剂4份,正丁醇5份,弹性粉2份,助剂3份。
