本发明公开了一种底漆,其组分按重量份数为:钛白粉5-8份,煅烧硅酸铝12-15份,丙烯酸乳液28-32份,湿润分散剂0.5-0.9份,消泡剂0.2-0.3份,防腐防霉剂0.3-0.5份,乙二醇3-6份,丙二醇苯酸0.3-0.5份,增稠剂0.2-0.3份,去离子水32-35份,纳米二氧化硅0.5-2份,碳酸钙3-5份,玻璃纤维1-3份,甲基三氯硅烷2-4份。本发明公开的底漆具有良好的防潮耐磨性能,机械强度高,并且与墙面的附着结合力强。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑涂料,特别是一种底漆涂料。
背景技术
底漆是建筑涂料系统的第一层,用于提高面漆的附着力、增加面漆的丰满度、提供抗碱性、提供防腐功能等,同时可以保证面漆的均匀吸收,使油漆系统发挥最佳效果。面漆质量好就可以不用底漆,这种说法不对,因为面漆与底漆的功能不同,面漆更加侧重于最终的装饰与表观效果,而底漆则侧重于提高附着力、防腐功能、抗碱性等。
随着人们对建筑涂料的要求越来越高,对底漆的要求也越来越多,除了需要耐磨防腐防潮外,还需要环保,对人体无毒害作用,与墙体附着力强,防止涂料剥落,延长其使用寿命,而现有技术中,尚且没有产品能够很好地达到以上要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中的问题,提供了一种底漆,该底漆具有良好的防潮耐磨性能,机械强度高,与墙面的附着结合力强,并且健康环保。
为了达到上述目的,本发明中的技术方案如下:
一种底漆,其组分按重量份数为:
钛白粉5-8份,煅烧硅酸铝12-15份,丙烯酸乳液28-32份,湿润分散剂0.5-0.9份,消泡剂0.2-0.3份,防腐防霉剂0.3-0.5份,乙二醇3-6份,丙二醇苯酸0.3-0.5份,增稠剂0.2-0.3份,去离子水32-35份,纳米二氧化硅0.5-2份,碳酸钙3-5份,玻璃纤维1-3份,甲基三氯硅烷2-4份。
具体地,在配方中加入甲基三氯硅烷用于提高底漆的耐候性和使用寿命;加入纳米二氧化硅用于提高底漆的弹性和耐磨性;加入玻璃纤维用于提高底漆的机械强度和拉伸性能。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:该底漆具有良好的防潮耐候性,耐磨性和机械强度,同时与墙面粘结性高,不散发有毒有害物质,对人体无毒害作用,健康环保。

一种防潮底漆,其组分按重量份数为:
钛白粉7份,煅烧硅酸铝13份,丙烯酸乳液30份,湿润分散剂0.8份,消泡剂0.2份,防腐防霉剂0.4份,乙二醇5份,丙二醇苯酸0.4份,增稠剂0.2份,去离子水34份,纳米二氧化硅1份,碳酸钙3份,玻璃纤维2份,甲基三氯硅烷3份。
实施例二
一种防潮底漆,其组分按重量份数为:
钛白粉6份,煅烧硅酸铝12份,丙烯酸乳液30份,湿润分散剂0.7份,消泡剂0.3份,防腐防霉剂0.5份,乙二醇6份,丙二醇苯酸0.3份,增稠剂0.2份,去离子水35份,纳米二氧化硅1份,碳酸钙4份,玻璃纤维2份,甲基三氯硅烷2份。

1.一种底漆,其特征在于,其组分按重量份数为:钛白粉5-8份,煅烧硅酸铝12-15份,丙烯酸乳液28-32份,湿润分散剂0.5-0.9份,消泡剂0.2-0.3份,防腐防霉剂0.3-0.5份,乙二醇3-6份,丙二醇苯酸0.3-0.5份,增稠剂0.2-0.3份,去离子水32-35份,纳米二氧化硅0.5-2份,碳酸钙3-5份,玻璃纤维1-3份,甲基三氯硅烷2-4份。
