一种环保底漆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种墙面涂料,特别是一种墙面底漆。
背景技术
底漆是建筑涂料系统的第一层,用于提高面漆的附着力、增加面漆的丰满度、提供抗碱性、提供防腐功能等,同时可以保证面漆的均匀吸收,使油漆系统发挥最佳效果。面漆质量好就可以不用底漆,这种说法不对,因为面漆与底漆的功能不同,面漆更加侧重于最终的装饰与表观效果,而底漆则侧重于提高附着力、防腐功能、抗碱性等。
随着人们对建筑涂料的要求越来越高,对底漆的要求也越来越多,除了需要耐磨防腐防潮外,还需要环保,对人体无毒害作用,然而目前市场上大部分涂料产品为了达到各种目的都含有部分添加剂,会对人体造成一定的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中的问题,提供了一种环保底漆,环保底漆环保无毒,不散发异味和有毒物质,应用于各类建筑的室内墙面。
为了达到上述目的,本发明中的技术方案如下:
一种环保底漆,其组分按重量份数为:
钛白粉5-8份,煅烧硅酸铝12-15份,丙烯酸乳液28-32份,湿润分散剂0.5-0.9份,消泡剂0.2-0.3份,防腐防霉剂0.3-0.5份,乙二醇3-6份,丙二醇苯酸0.3-0.5份,增稠剂0.2-0.3份,去离子水32-35份,纳米氧化锌2-4份,纳米二氧化钛0.5-1.5份,甲基硅油0.5-2份,膨润土1-3份,活性炭2-4份。
其中,纳米氧化锌可作为抗菌剂,纳米二氧化钛可提高底漆的机械强度,防止漆面开裂和剥落,甲基硅油和膨润土可提高底漆的耐候性和抗潮防腐能力,活性炭可吸收底漆内的异味分子,防止其挥发到室内空气中。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:该底漆环保无毒,不散发异味和有毒物质,健康环保,且具有良好的防潮耐候性和附着力。

钛白粉7份,煅烧硅酸铝13份,丙烯酸乳液30份,湿润分散剂0.8份,消泡剂0.2份,防腐防霉剂0.4份,乙二醇5份,丙二醇苯酸0.3份,增稠剂0.2份,去离子水33份,纳米氧化锌3份,纳米二氧化钛1份,甲基硅油1.1份,膨润土2份,活性炭3份。
实施例二
一种环保底漆,其组分按重量份数为:
钛白粉8份,煅烧硅酸铝12份,丙烯酸乳液29份,湿润分散剂0.7份,消泡剂0.3份,防腐防霉剂0.5份,乙二醇5份,丙二醇苯酸0.4份,增稠剂0.2份,去离子水34份,纳米氧化锌2份,纳米二氧化钛1.2份,甲基硅油1.7份,膨润土2份,活性炭3份。

1.一种环保底漆,其特征在于,其组分按重量份数为:钛白粉5-8份,煅烧硅酸铝12-15份,丙烯酸乳液28-32份,湿润分散剂0.5-0.9份,消泡剂0.2-0.3份,防腐防霉剂0.3-0.5份,乙二醇3-6份,丙二醇苯酸0.3-0.5份,增稠剂0.2-0.3份,去离子水32-35份,纳米氧化锌2-4份,纳米二氧化钛0.5-1.5份,甲基硅油0.5-2份,膨润土1-3份,活性炭2-4份。
