本发明公开了一种抗菌乳胶漆,其组分按重量份数为:金红石钛白粉3-5份,煅烧硅酸铝12-15份,滑石粉4-6份,重钙3-5份,环氧乳液20-24份,湿润分散剂0.5-0.9份,消泡剂?0.2-0.3份,防腐防霉剂0.3-0.5份,乙二醇3-6份,丙二醇0.3-0.5份,增稠剂0.2-0.3份,去离子水32-35份,银离子抗菌剂3-5份,氧化铜0.5-1份,氧化锌0.5-1份,硅胶1-3份,纳米二氧化硅?0.5-2份。本发明公开的抗菌乳胶漆不仅具有较好的防水防腐能力,而且具有较好的杀菌效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种乳胶漆,特别是一种抗菌乳胶漆。
背景技术
乳胶漆是水分散性涂料,它是以合成树脂乳液为基料,经过研磨分散后加入各种助剂精制而成的涂料,相对于传统的墙面涂料,乳胶漆具有众多优势,如易于涂刷、干燥迅速、漆膜耐水、耐擦洗性好等,因此目前广泛地应用于建筑内外墙。
随着人们对健康洁净的生态化居住环境的追求越来越强烈,对抗菌功能的产品也越来越重视。抗菌乳胶漆适应了人们对墙面涂料的要求,理想的抗菌乳胶漆除具有涂层细腻丰满、耐水、耐霉、耐候性外,还个有抗菌功能,对常见微生物、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌及酵母菌、霉菌等具有杀灭和抑制作用。然而,目前市场上的抗菌乳胶漆还不能很好地满足以上要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中的问题,提供了一种抗菌乳胶漆,该乳胶漆具有较强的抗菌能力,能够改善墙面环境,进而改善室内环境,且安全环保。
为了达到上述目的,本发明中的技术方案如下:
一种抗菌乳胶漆,其组分按重量份数为:
金红石钛白粉3-5份,煅烧硅酸铝12-15份,滑石粉4-6份,重钙3-5份,环氧乳液20-24份,湿润分散剂0.5-0.9份,消泡剂0.2-0.3份,防腐防霉剂0.3-0.5份,乙二醇3-6份,丙二醇0.3-0.5份,增稠剂0.2-0.3份,去离子水32-35份,银离子抗菌剂3-5份,氧化铜0.5-1份,氧化锌0.5-1份,硅胶1-3份,纳米二氧化硅0.5-2份。
其中,银离子作为主要的抗菌剂,对人体无损害,再与氧化铜和氧化锌配合,形成协同作用,可增强抗菌效果;另外,以硅胶作为载体,可使以上抗菌材料很好地分散固定在乳胶漆中,并添加少量纳米二氧化硅,可提高乳胶漆的弹性,降低墙面出现裂纹的概率。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:该乳胶漆具有良好的防水性能,弹性高,且具备较强的抗菌能力,健康环保,有利于提高居住空间内的环境,给人们的健康居住提供一定的保障。

金红石钛白粉3份,煅烧硅酸铝15份,滑石粉5份,重钙4份,环氧乳液22份,湿润分散剂0.6份,消泡剂0.2份,防腐防霉剂0.3份,乙二醇5份,丙二醇0.5份,增稠剂0.3份,去离子水35份,银离子抗菌剂5份,氧化铜0.6份,氧化锌0.5份,硅胶2份,纳米二氧化硅1份。
实施例二
一种抗菌乳胶漆,其组分按重量份数为:
金红石钛白粉4份,煅烧硅酸铝13份,滑石粉5份,重钙4份,环氧乳液24份,湿润分散剂0.7份,消泡剂0.2份,防腐防霉剂0.4份,乙二醇4份,丙二醇0.5份,增稠剂0.2份,去离子水33份,银离子抗菌剂5份,氧化铜0.8份,氧化锌0.8份,硅胶3份,纳米二氧化硅1.4份。

1.一种抗菌乳胶漆,其特征在于,其组分按重量份数为:金红石钛白粉3-5份,煅烧硅酸铝12-15份,滑石粉4-6份,重钙3-5份,环氧乳液20-24份,湿润分散剂0.5-0.9份,消泡剂0.2-0.3份,防腐防霉剂0.3-0.5份,乙二醇3-6份,丙二醇0.3-0.5份,增稠剂0.2-0.3份,去离子水32-35份,银离子抗菌剂3-5份,氧化铜0.5-1份,氧化锌0.5-1份,硅胶1-3份,纳米二氧化硅0.5-2份。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的抗菌乳胶漆,其特征在于,其组分按重量份数为:金红石钛白粉3份,煅烧硅酸铝15份,滑石粉5份,重钙4份,环氧乳液22份,湿润分散剂0.6份,消泡剂0.2份,防腐防霉剂0.3份,乙二醇5份,丙二醇0.5份,增稠剂0.3份,去离子水35份,银离子抗菌剂5份,氧化铜0.6份,氧化锌0.5份,硅胶2份,纳米二氧化硅1份。
