本发明提供了一种云母氧化铁湿法加工方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将云母氧化铁原料通加入到球磨机中,以云母氧化铁的重量百分比计,加入水作为研磨介质,使固含量在55~60%,加入5~8%的研磨助剂;(2)然后通过步骤(1)中所述球磨机进行球磨,球料比为8:1~10:1,设定转速为300~500r/min,球磨时间为60~120min,然后在真空干燥箱内于30~40℃条件下烘干,打散即可制得超细的云母氧化铁粉。本发明所述的云母氧化铁湿法加工方法,本发明所述的云母氧化铁湿法加工工方法,通过优化操作参数,制备出的云母氧化铁产品片状结构含量多、平均粒度更细、粒度范围较窄。

一种云母氧化铁湿法加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及云母氧化铁加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种云母氧化铁湿法加工方法。
背景技术
云母氧化铁,是自然界中一种特殊的以三氧化二铁为主要化学成分的铁矿石,其结晶状态类似云母,结构为鳞片状,灰黑色,有金属光泽。由于其特有的鳞片状结构特征,通过粉碎、超细加工、分选制备的氧化铁灰、氧化铁红主要用作防腐涂料的填料。目前的云母氧化铁粉碎工艺复杂,粉碎效果不好,粒度范围比较宽,且粉碎过程中会破坏云母氧化铁的片状结构。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明的目的提供一种云母氧化铁湿法加工方法,将云母氧化铁原料通过球磨机研磨,通过优化操作参数,降低云母氧化铁的平均粒度,制备出片状结构含量多、粒度范围窄的云母氧化铁产品。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种云母氧化铁湿法加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将云母氧化铁原料通加入到球磨机中,加入水作为研磨介质,使固含量在55~60%,以云母氧化铁的重量百分比计,加入5~8%的研磨助剂;
(2)然后通过步骤(1)中所述球磨机进行球磨,球料比为8:1~10:1,设定转速为300~500r/min,球磨时间为60~120min,然后在真空干燥箱内于30~40℃条件下烘干,打散即可制得超细的云母氧化铁粉。
本发明所述的云母氧化铁湿法加工方法,其中,步骤(1)所述研磨助剂为聚乙二醇400。
本发明所述的云母氧化铁湿法加工方法,其中,步骤(1)中使所述固含量在60%。
本发明所述的云母氧化铁湿法加工方法,其中,步骤(2)中所述球料比为8:1。
本发明所述的云母氧化铁湿法加工方法,其中,步骤(2)球磨时间为120min。
本发明所述的云母氧化铁湿法加工方法,其中,步骤(3)中在真空干燥箱内于30~40℃条件下烘干。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明所述的云母氧化铁湿法加工工方法,将云母氧化铁原料通过球磨机研磨,通过优化操作参数,使云母氧化铁的平均细度均可达到10μm以下,且能较好的保持颗粒的片状结构,制备出的云母氧化铁产品片状结构含量多、平均粒度更细、粒度范围较窄。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,以下实施例中云母氧化铁原料为铜陵镜面铁厂雷蒙磨产品,氧化铁含量为84%。
实施例1
一种云母氧化铁湿法加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将云母氧化铁原料通加入到球磨机中,加入水作为研磨介质,使固含量在55%,以云母氧化铁的重量百分比计,加入5%的研磨助剂,所述研磨助剂为聚乙二醇400;
(2)然后通过步骤(1)中所述球磨机进行球磨,球料比为10:1,设定转速为300r/min,球磨时间为60min,然后在真空干燥箱内于40℃条件下烘干,打散即可制得超细的云母氧化铁粉。
实施例2
一种云母氧化铁湿法加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将云母氧化铁原料通加入到球磨机中,加入水作为研磨介质,使固含量在60%,以云母氧化铁的重量百分比计,加入8%的研磨助剂,所述研磨助剂为聚乙二醇400;
(2)然后通过步骤(1)中所述球磨机进行球磨,球料比为8:1,设定转速为500r/min,球磨时间为120min,然后在真空干燥箱内于30℃条件下烘干,打散即可制得超细的云母氧化铁粉。

1.一种云母氧化铁湿法加工方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将云母氧化铁原料通加入到球磨机中,加入水作为研磨介质,使固含量在55~60%,以云母氧化铁的重量百分比计,加入5~8%的研磨助剂;
(2)然后通过步骤(1)中所述球磨机进行球磨,球料比为8:1~10:1,设定转速为300~500r/min,球磨时间为60~120min,然后在真空干燥箱内于30~40℃条件下烘干,打散即可制得超细的云母氧化铁粉。
2.根据权利要求1所述的云母氧化铁湿法加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)所述研磨助剂为聚乙二醇400。
3.根据权利要求1所述的云母氧化铁湿法加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中使所述固含量在60%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的云母氧化铁湿法加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述球料比为8:1。
5.根据权利要求1所述的云母氧化铁湿法加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)球磨时间为120min。
6.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述的云母氧化铁湿法加工方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中在真空干燥箱内于30~40℃条件下烘干。
