Abstract
本发明涉及太阳能电池封装用层状复合PVB胶膜,由下列重量份的原料制成:PVB树脂50‑100份、偶联剂10‑30份、相容剂10‑20份、润滑剂1‑5份、抗氧化剂10‑20份、增塑剂20‑50份和绝缘助剂1‑10份。

本发明涉及材料领域,具体的说,本发明涉及太阳能电池封装用层状复合PVB胶膜。
背景技术
太阳能电池封装用层状复合PVB胶膜需要具有极强的绝缘性,因此对于材料的研究一直是本领域的热点。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供太阳能电池封装用层状复合PVB胶膜。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供太阳能电池封装用层状复合PVB胶膜,由下列重量份的原料制成:PVB树脂50-100份、偶联剂10-30份、相容剂10-20份、润滑剂1-5份、抗氧化剂10-20份、增塑剂20-50份和绝缘助剂1-10份。
优选地,本发明所述的太阳能电池封装用层状复合PVB胶膜由下列重量份的原料制成:PVB树脂80份、偶联剂20份、相容剂15份、润滑剂3份、抗氧化剂15份、增塑剂30份和绝缘助剂5份。
更优选地,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH550。
更优选地,所述相容剂为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯接枝马来酸酐。
更优选地,所述润滑剂为液体石蜡。
更优选地,所述抗氧化剂为N,N-二苯基对苯胺。
更优选地,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸甲酯。
更优选地,所述绝缘助剂为:
本发明所述的太阳能电池封装用层状复合PVB胶膜值得大规模推广使用。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施方式的描述对本发明作进一步说明,但这并非是对本发明的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明的基本思想,可以做出各种修改或改进,但是只要不脱离本发明的基本思想,均在本发明的范围之内。
实施例1
称取PVB树脂80千克、偶联剂20千克、相容剂15千克、润滑剂3千克、抗氧化剂15千克、增塑剂30千克和绝缘助剂5千克,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH550。所述相容剂为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯接枝马来酸酐。所述润滑剂为液体石蜡。所述抗氧化剂为N,N-二苯基对苯胺。所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸甲酯。所述绝缘助剂为:
将上述物质加热至80℃,加入高速搅拌机,以1000转/分钟搅拌10分钟,然后出料到加入长径比(L/D)为40的双螺杆挤出机中,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度:一区温度170℃,二区温度为180℃,三区温度为190℃,四区温度为205℃,五区温度为215℃,六区温度为225℃,七区温度为235℃,八区温度为240℃,主机转速为350转/min;经过挤出后冷却牵条、风干切粒,即得。
实施例2
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备样品2,不同之处在于不使用绝缘助剂:
实验例
按IEC60093要求进行测试表面电阻率,结果如下:实施例1的样品的表面电阻率(Ω)为6.9×1012,实施例2的样品的表面电阻率(Ω)为2.3×107,由此可见,加入绝缘助剂后,绝缘性到显著增强,实施例1的结果与实施例2的结果进行比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
Claims (8)
1.太阳能电池封装用层状复合PVB胶膜,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:PVB树脂50-100份、偶联剂10-30份、相容剂10-20份、润滑剂1-5份、抗氧化剂10-20份、增塑剂20-50份和绝缘助剂1-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池封装用层状复合PVB胶膜,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:PVB树脂80份、偶联剂20份、相容剂15份、润滑剂3份、抗氧化剂15份、增塑剂30份和绝缘助剂5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能电池封装用层状复合PVB胶膜,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂KH550。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能电池封装用层状复合PVB胶膜,其特征在于,所述相容剂为丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯接枝马来酸酐。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能电池封装用层状复合PVB胶膜,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为液体石蜡。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能电池封装用层状复合PVB胶膜,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为N,N-二苯基对苯胺。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能电池封装用层状复合PVB胶膜,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸甲酯。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的太阳能电池封装用层状复合PVB胶膜,其特征在于,所述绝缘助剂为:
