本发明公开了一种堆肥物料输送系统,包括接收仓、双轴螺旋输送机、计量螺旋称重机、双螺带搅拌机、提升螺旋机、混料仓、预压螺旋输送机、单缸泵和输送管道,所述接收仓连接双轴螺旋输送机,双轴螺旋输送机连接计量螺旋称重机,计量螺旋称重机连接双螺带搅拌机,双螺带搅拌机连接提升螺旋机,提升螺旋机连接混料仓,混料仓连接预压螺旋输送机,预压螺旋输送机连接单缸泵,单缸泵连接输送管道。该系统不仅稳定节能,节构紧凑,节省空间,而且物料混合均匀,同时采用封闭式输送方式传输物料,起到环保的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及管道输送领域,特别是一种堆肥物料输送系统。
背景技术
堆肥是一种有机肥料,所含营养物质比较丰富,且肥效长而稳定,同时有利于促进土壤固粒结构的形成,能增加土壤保水、保温、透气、保肥的能力,而且与化肥混合使用又可弥补化肥所含养分单一,长期单一使用化肥使土壤板结,保水、保肥性能减退的缺陷。堆肥是利用秸秆、污泥、木屑以及其它废弃物为主要原料,混合人畜粪尿经堆制腐解而成的有机肥料。目前,制造堆肥的物料从配比、混料到远距离输送系统化程度化差,各环节的衔接对人工的依赖较强,特别是混合后的物料含固率高、流动性差,使用普通的柱塞泵难于输送。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种堆肥物料输送系统,该系统不仅稳定节能,节构紧凑,节省空间,而且物料混合均匀,同时采用封闭式输送方式传输物料,起到环保的作用。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种堆肥物料输送系统,包括接收仓、双轴螺旋输送机、计量螺旋称重机、双螺带搅拌机、提升螺旋机、混料仓、预压螺旋输送机、单缸泵和输送管道,所述接收仓连接双轴螺旋输送机,双轴螺旋输送机连接计量螺旋称重机,计量螺旋称重机连接双螺带搅拌机,双螺带搅拌机连接提升螺旋机,提升螺旋机连接混料仓,混料仓连接预压螺旋输送机,预压螺旋输送机连接单缸泵,单缸泵连接输送管道。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述混料仓上设置有液压滑架及液压动力包Ⅰ。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述输送管道上连接有注膜降阻装置。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述单缸泵设置有液压动力包Ⅱ。
本发明通过液压滑架及螺旋输送机使混料仓中的几种物料下料均匀,不结拱;通过计量螺旋称重机的设置,使得物料的比例精确可控;双螺带搅拌机可以根据物料配比调节混料时间,使计量后的物料充分混合均匀;本系统采用单缸泵代替传统的柱塞泵和螺杆泵解决了物料混合后含固率高、流动性差、泵送难的问题;输送管道设置注膜降阻装置,减少了管道内壁与物料的摩擦力,使系统更加稳定节能;本物料输送系统节构紧凑,节省空间,不仅物料配比精确、混合均匀,而且实现了远距离封闭式输送,环保节能实用性强。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种堆肥物料输送系统,包括接收仓1、双轴螺旋输送机4、计量螺旋称重机2、双螺带搅拌机3、提升螺旋机5、混料仓7、预压螺旋输送机6、单缸泵8和输送管道,所述接收仓1连接双轴螺旋输送机4,双轴螺旋输送机4连接计量螺旋称重机2,计量螺旋称重机2连接双螺带搅拌机3,由于计量螺旋称重机2与双螺带搅拌机3的设置,使物料配比精确,实现无间断、自动化输送;双螺带搅拌机3连接提升螺旋机5,提升螺旋机5连接混料仓7,混料仓7连接预压螺旋输送机6,预压螺旋输送机6连接单缸泵8,单缸泵8连接输送管道,所述整个堆肥物料输送系统通过电控系统控制。
所述混料仓7上设置有液压滑架9及液压动力包Ⅰ11,液压动力包Ⅰ11为混料仓7提供动力,液压滑架9的设置可以使仓内的几种物料下料均匀,不结拱。
所述输送管道上连接有注膜降阻装置10,通过注膜降阻装置10向物料运输管道内注入降阻剂,使物料运输管道内壁形成一层液体保护膜,降低了物料与运输管道管壁之间的摩擦力,达到了降阻润滑的作用;从而使物料可以在小压力环境下进行远程输送。
所述单缸泵8设置有液压动力包Ⅱ,液压动力包Ⅱ为单缸泵8提供动力。
使用时,各物料在接收仓1中通过双轴螺旋输送机4送至计量螺旋称重机2进行计量,计量后的物料进入双螺带搅拌机3混合,混合后的物料通过提升螺旋机5输送到混料仓7,再通过预压螺旋输送机6给单缸泵8喂料,最后物料由单缸泵8增压通过输送管道实现封闭式、远距离的输送;系统中的液压滑架9防止料在混料仓7内结拱,注膜降阻装置10给输送管道注入降阻剂,使管道圆周内壁形成均匀的液态膜,液态膜的流动方向与物料运输方向相一致,从而使液态膜物质包着物料在管道内运动,在粘稠物料在远距离运输过程中,起到了降阻润滑的作用。

1.一种堆肥物料输送系统,其特征在于,包括接收仓(1)、双轴螺旋输送机(4)、计量螺旋称重机(2)、双螺带搅拌机(3)、提升螺旋机(5)、混料仓(7)、预压螺旋输送机(6)、单缸泵(8)和输送管道,所述接收仓(1)连接双轴螺旋输送机(4),双轴螺旋输送机(4)连接计量螺旋称重机(2),计量螺旋称重机(2)连接双螺带搅拌机(3),双螺带搅拌机(3)连接提升螺旋机(5),提升螺旋机(5)连接混料仓(7),混料仓(7)连接预压螺旋输送机(6),预压螺旋输送机(6)连接单缸泵(8),单缸泵(8)连接输送管道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种堆肥物料输送系统,其特征在于,所述混料仓(7)上设置有液压滑架(9)及液压动力包Ⅰ(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种堆肥物料输送系统,其特征在于,所述输送管道上连接有注膜降阻装置(10)。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种堆肥物料输送系统,其特征在于,所述单缸泵(8)设置有液压动力包Ⅱ。
