Abstract

本发明公开了一种装夹快速的管焊接夹具,包括底板、支撑座A、支撑座B、红外线发生器、红外线感应板和液压轴承,所述的底板上表面水平方向设置有榫形槽,榫形槽的两端设置有支撑座A和支撑座B,支撑座A和支撑座B通过连接杆与气缸A和气缸B相连;所述的底板前侧设置有多组红外线发生器,底板后侧设置有红外线感应板;所述的支撑座A和支撑座B的结构相同,支撑座A包括液压轴承、上弧形夹块和下弧形夹块,液压轴承的内圈的外表面上设置有梯形槽,梯形槽两端设有密封装置,密封装置中设有进油通道和出油通道,密封装置的外侧设置有下弧形夹块和上弧形夹块。本发明的有益效果是:装夹快速、自动对齐、自行滚动、工作效率高。

一种装夹快速的管焊接夹具
技术领域
本发明涉及夹具的技术领域,特别是一种装夹快速的管焊接夹具。
背景技术
目前,在钢管的使用过程中,常常需要对两根钢管进行焊接,一般的步骤为,先将两根钢管管口反复调整对齐,然后再分别进行固定,最后进行焊接。对齐时是采用人工对齐的方式,且每次焊接一个部位后都需要人工滚动钢管,滚动后再重新装夹,工作效率低,且焊接后的钢管温度高,滚动时容易发生烫伤的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种自动对齐、自行滚动、工作效率高的装夹快速的管焊接夹具。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种装夹快速的管焊接夹具,包括底板、支撑座A、支撑座B、红外线发生器、红外线感应板和液压轴承,所述的底板上表面水平方向设置有榫形槽,榫形槽的两端设置有支撑座A和支撑座B,支撑座A和支撑座B下部设置有榫形块且榫形块镶入榫形槽中,榫形槽左右方向上分别设置有支撑座A和支撑座B,支撑座A和支撑座B通过连接杆与气缸A和气缸B相连;
所述的底板前侧设置有多组红外线发生器,底板后侧设置有红外线感应板;
所述的支撑座A和支撑座B的结构相同,支撑座A包括液压轴承、上弧形夹块和下弧形夹块,液压轴承的内圈的外表面上设置有梯形槽,梯形槽沿液压轴承轴向设置且梯形槽一端开口大而另一端开口小,梯形槽大开口处的密封装置中设置有进油通道,梯形槽小开口处的密封装置中设有出油通道,密封装置的外侧设置固定有下弧形夹块,下弧形夹块通过螺栓连接有上弧形夹块。
所述的气缸A和气缸B、红外线发生器和红外线感应器均与控制器相连。
所述的上弧形夹块和下弧形夹块之间设置四颗螺栓。
所述的进油通道设置在密封装置的上侧,出油通道设置在密封装置的左右侧。
本发明具有以下优点:装夹快速、自动对齐、自行滚动、工作效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述,本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述:
如图1所示,一种装夹快速的管焊接夹具,包括底板1、支撑座A2、支撑座B3、红外线发生器4、红外线感应板5和液压轴承6,所述的底板1上表面水平方向设置有榫形槽7,支撑座A2和支撑座B3均设置在榫形槽7中且分别位于榫形槽7的左右两端,支撑座A2和支撑座B3通过下部的榫形块8与榫形槽7滑动连接,支撑座A2中放置有钢管,支撑座B3中放置有另一根钢管,支撑座A2的左侧通过连接杆与气缸A9相连,气缸A9实现支撑座A2的左右滑动,从而带动钢管的左右移动,支撑座B3的右侧通过连接杆与气缸B10相连,气缸B10实现支撑座B3的左右滑动,从而带动另一根钢管的左右移动;底板1前侧设置有多组红外线发生器4,底板1后侧设置有红外线感应板5,红外线发生器4产生红外线,红外线感应板5感应红外线,从而测得支撑座A2和支撑座B3中钢管的位置。
如图2和图3所示,支撑座A2和支撑座B3的结构相同,支撑座A2包括液压轴承6、上弧形夹块11和下弧形夹块12,液压轴承6的内圈的外表面上设置有梯形槽13,梯形槽13沿液压轴承6轴向设置且梯形槽13一端开口大而另一端开口小,梯形槽13大开口处的密封装置14中设置有进油通道15,进油通道15设置在密封装置14的上侧,梯形槽13小开口处的密封装置14中设有出油通道16,出油通道16设置在密封装置14的左右侧,当液压油通过进油通道15流进经过梯形槽13后从出油通道16流出,带动了液压轴承6的内圈转动,密封装置14的外侧设置固定有下弧形夹块12,下弧形夹块12通过四颗螺栓连接有上弧形夹块11,钢管插入液压轴承6的内圈且未与液压轴承6的内圈相接触,通过上弧形夹块11和下弧形夹块12来夹持,当液压轴承6的内腔转动时,通过上弧形夹块11和下弧形夹块12带动钢管转动。气缸A9和气缸B10、红外线发生器4和红外线感应器5均与控制器相连。
当需要焊接钢管时,只需人工将钢管放置在上弧形夹块11和下弧形夹块12中,通过螺钉将钢管夹紧;再通过控制器控制气缸A9和气缸B10运作,气缸A9和气缸B10分别推动支撑座A2和支撑座B3相中心移动,支撑座A2和支撑座B3分别带动一根钢管相中心点移动,通过红外线发生器4产生红外线,通过红外线感应器5接收红外线从而测得钢管端头的位置,当钢管端头处于中心点时,通过控制器控制气缸A9和气缸B10停止,再对两个钢管进行焊接,当钢管的某一点焊接完毕后,控制液压油流进进油通道15中,进油通道15中的液压油在进入梯形槽13中,从而带动液压轴承6转动,液压轴承6带动钢管转动,从而实现钢管下一点的焊接,整个工作工程,人工操作的步骤少,自动化程度高,装夹快速,自动对齐,有效地提高了工作效率,并且无需人工转动钢管,有效地防止了人员烫伤的现象产生。

1.一种装夹快速的管焊接夹具,其特征在于:包括底板(1)、支撑座A(2)、支撑座B(3)、红外线发生器(4)、红外线感应板(5)和液压轴承(6),所述的底板(1)上表面水平方向设置有榫形槽(7),榫形槽(7)的两端设置有支撑座A(2)和支撑座B(3),支撑座A(2)和支撑座B(3)下部设置有榫形块(8)且榫形块(8)镶入榫形槽(7)中,榫形槽(7)左右方向上分别设置有支撑座A(2)和支撑座B(3),支撑座A(2)和支撑座B(3)通过连接杆与气缸A(9)和气缸B(10)相连;
所述的底板(1)前侧设置有多组红外线发生器(4),底板(1)后侧设置有红外线感应板(5);
所述的支撑座A(2)和支撑座B(3)的结构相同,支撑座A(2)包括液压轴承(6)、上弧形夹块(11)和下弧形夹块(12),液压轴承(6)的内圈的外表面上设置有梯形槽(13),梯形槽(13)沿液压轴承(6)轴向设置且梯形槽(13)一端开口大而另一端开口小,梯形槽(13)大开口处的密封装置(14)中设置有进油通道(15),梯形槽(13)小开口处的密封装置(14)中设有出油通道(16),密封装置(14)的外侧设置固定有下弧形夹块(12),下弧形夹块(12)通过螺栓连接有上弧形夹块(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种装夹快速的管焊接夹具,其特征在于:所述的气缸A(9)和气缸B(10)、红外线发生器(4)和红外线感应器(5)均与控制器相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种装夹快速的管焊接夹具,其特征在于:所述的上弧形夹块(11)和下弧形夹块(12)之间设置四颗螺栓。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种装夹快速的管焊接夹具,其特征在于:所述的进油通道(15)设置在密封装置(14)的上侧,出油通道(16)设置在密封装置(14)的左右侧。
