Abstract
本发明公开了一种纸尿裤绒毛化纤维纸用涂布剂,由淀粉、水性聚氨酯及纳米微晶纤维素组成。其制备方法为:将浓度为8%的淀粉,在水浴中搅拌使其糊化,再依次加入水性聚氨酯和纳米微晶纤维素,充分搅拌至混合均匀即可。本发明纸尿裤绒毛化纤维纸用涂布剂,具有较好的机械性能、耐水性、耐溶剂性及耐老化性能及补强性能。使纸尿裤边角料吸收层绒毛化纤维纸张的强度性能明显改善,提高该种纤维的回用利用率。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于制浆造纸技术领域,具体涉及一种纸尿裤绒毛化纤维纸用涂布剂,本发明还涉及该涂布剂的制备方法。
背景技术
纸尿裤的主要组成部分--吸收层,其主要成分为绒毛化纤维,如果将其回收用于造纸将利于环境治理且节约资源。但是纸尿裤吸收层纤维为绒毛化纤维,其成纸性能较差,想要提高其利用率,需要改善成纸强度性能,否则将影响成纸强度性能。
在纸尿裤领域,国内外研究者一直致力于纸尿裤的吸液性能、保水性能、吸水速率、吸氨性能、承重性能等应用性能的研究,并取得了一定的成果。但对于纸尿裤吸收层纤维的回用造纸、改善回用造纸强度性能的研究,在国内外罕见报道。原因主要有两个:一是该类纤维的回用困难,其中参杂着高吸水树脂,直接生产会造成严重的生产问题,且成纸有较明显纸病,而其脱除技术难度较大;二是该类纤维经过绒毛化处理,导致其成纸松厚度较大,强度很低,因其强度低导致其研究及应用价值降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种纸尿裤绒毛化纤维纸用涂布剂,解决了现有纸尿裤边角料吸收层绒毛化纤维造纸强度低的问题。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种纸尿裤绒毛化纤维纸用涂布剂的制备方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,一种纸尿裤绒毛化纤维纸用涂布剂,由淀粉、水性聚氨酯及纳米微晶纤维素组成。
本发明的特点还在于,
淀粉的浓度为8%。
水性聚氨酯的量为淀粉质量的1%~3%。
纳米微晶纤维素的量为淀粉质量的1%~3%。
本发明所采用的另一个技术方案是,一种纸尿裤绒毛化纤维纸用涂布剂的制备方法,将浓度为8%的淀粉,在水浴中搅拌使其糊化,再依次加入水性聚氨酯和纳米微晶纤维素,充分搅拌至混合均匀即可。
本发明的特点还在于,
水浴温度为80℃~90℃,搅拌时间30~40min。
水性聚氨酯的添加量为淀粉质量的1%~3%。
纳米微晶纤维素的添加量为淀粉质量的1%~3%。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明纸尿裤绒毛化纤维纸用涂布剂,采用淀粉作为主要基材,并将其糊化;之后加入水性聚氨酯,能在纤维表面形成胶膜而达到较好的施胶效果,可以提高涂膜机械性能、耐水性、耐溶剂性及耐老化性能;最后加入纳米微晶纤维素,可通过天然纤维素或微晶纤维素经强酸降解而制得,其具有纳米颗粒的特性,如巨大的比表面积、超强的吸附能力和高的反应活性,较高的模量和拉伸强度,能进一步提高该涂布剂的增强作用。
本发明纸尿裤绒毛化纤维纸用涂布剂,由于添加了水性聚氨酯及纳米微晶纤维素,使其具有较好的机械性能、耐水性、耐溶剂性及耐老化性能及补强性能。本发明将实现纸尿裤边角料吸收层绒毛化纤维纸张的强度性能明显改善,提高该种纤维的回用利用率,将较大幅度节约资源,从开始研发就充分考虑经济因素,回用利润会不断增长,从节约材料、节约能源、减少排放和提高社会及经济效益来看,效果非常显著,可为制浆造纸行业做出较大贡献。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明纸尿裤绒毛化纤维纸用涂布剂,由淀粉、水性聚氨酯及纳米微晶纤维素组成;其中淀粉的浓度为8%;水性聚氨酯的量为淀粉质量的1%~3%;纳米微晶纤维素的量为淀粉质量的1%~3%。
上述纸尿裤绒毛化纤维纸用涂布剂的制备方法,将浓度为8%的淀粉,在温度为80℃~90℃水浴中搅拌30~40min使其糊化,再依次加入水性聚氨酯和纳米微晶纤维素,充分搅拌至混合均匀即可。
(一)选择水性聚氨酯及纳米微晶纤维素为涂布剂成分的原因
由于纸尿裤吸收层主要成分为绒毛化的木材纤维,该纤维经过绒毛化处理后自身强度降低,导致成纸强度较低,且成纸掉毛掉粉现象严重,故考虑采用具有补强作用的涂布剂来改善其强度性能。由于水性聚氨酯能在纤维表面形成胶膜而达到较好的施胶效果,可以提高涂膜机械性能、耐水性、耐溶剂性及耐老化性能;而纳米微晶纤维素,不但具有纤维素的基本结构与性能,还具有纳米颗粒的特性,如巨大的比表面积、超强的吸附能力和高的反应活性,较高的模量和拉伸强度,可以起到很好的增强作用,且具有环保作用。故选择用水性聚氨酯及纳米微晶纤维素替代传统的涂布剂成分,比如烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)。
(二)本发明涂布剂对回收的纸尿裤吸收层纤维成纸的强度性能改善
对纸尿裤吸收层纤维成纸空白样及经涂布后的纸尿裤吸收层纤维成纸,采用GB/T453-1989方法用瑞典生产的型号为TH-1的抗张强度仪测量成纸的抗张指数;采用GB/T457-1989方法用杭州研特科技有限公司生产的耐折度仪测定成纸耐折度。
首先取多份2.1g粉碎后纸尿裤垫层样品,加入500ml水中,再加入除脂剂,采用疏解机,疏解转数为10000转。将疏解好的多份浆料,加水至浆料浓度达0.3g/L,用纸样抄取器进行抄纸、干燥器干燥,制成纸片,几份样品作为空白样;其余几份样品用涂布剂进行涂布其中涂布剂为糊化淀粉(浓度8%)、1%~3%水性聚氨酯(相对于淀粉量),1%~3%纳米微晶纤维素(相对于淀粉量),之后进行热压光,干燥冷却。最后将所有样品在恒温恒湿的环境中放置48小时后,采用GB/T 453-1989、GB/T 457-1989国标方法进行纸张强度性能检测。
结果发现:空白样成纸掉毛掉粉现象严重,且平均抗张指数过低,均在4N·m/g以下,耐折度低于3次;而涂布后的几份纸张没有掉毛掉粉现象,且其成纸抗张指数及耐折度均有较大幅度提高,其中抗张指数平均值为15N·m/g,提高了300%;耐折度为10次,提高230%。结果看出,该涂布剂的应用可以有效提高纸尿裤吸收层绒毛化纤维纸张的抗张强度及耐折度等强度性能。
本发明有效改善纸尿裤吸收层绒毛化纤维纸张的强度性能,弥补了该种纤维自身不足,从而使该种纤维的回收利用具有可行性,可以大量节约纤维资源,获得高质量纤维。每吨纸尿裤边角料售价为3000元,经分解可以得到600kg吸收层纤维,其为木浆纤维,可以用于任何高级纸的配浆和直接成纸,回用过程中不产生额外的废水和固体废弃物。从节约材料、节约能源、节约运输减少排放和提高社会及经济效益来看,效果非常显著。
实施例1
将浓度为8%的淀粉放置在水浴锅中糊化,水浴温度为80℃~90℃,糊化过程中用机械搅拌器不停搅拌;淀粉糊化好后,添加水性聚氨酯添加量为淀粉质量的1%;纳米微晶纤维素添加量为淀粉质量的1%,搅拌均匀。用此涂布剂对纸尿裤吸收层绒毛纤维纸进行涂布、热压光。
实施例2
将浓度为8%的淀粉放置在水浴锅中糊化,水浴温度为80℃~90℃,糊化过程中用机械搅拌器不停搅拌;淀粉糊化好后,添加水性聚氨酯添加量为淀粉质量的2%;纳米微晶纤维素添加量为淀粉质量的1%,搅拌均匀。用此涂布剂对纸尿裤吸收层绒毛纤维纸进行涂布、热压光。
实施例3
将浓度为8%的淀粉放置在水浴锅中糊化,水浴温度为80℃~90℃,糊化过程中用机械搅拌器不停搅拌;淀粉糊化好后,添加水性聚氨酯添加量为淀粉质量的3%;纳米微晶纤维素添加量为淀粉质量的1%,搅拌均匀。用此涂布剂对纸尿裤吸收层绒毛纤维纸进行涂布、热压光。
实施例4
将浓度为8%的淀粉放置在水浴锅中糊化,水浴温度为80℃~90℃,糊化过程中用机械搅拌器不停搅拌;淀粉糊化好后,添加水性聚氨酯添加量为淀粉质量的1%;纳米微晶纤维素添加量为淀粉质量的2%,搅拌均匀。用此涂布剂对纸尿裤吸收层绒毛纤维纸进行涂布、热压光。
实施例5

1.一种纸尿裤绒毛化纤维纸用涂布剂,其特征在于,由淀粉、水性聚氨酯及纳米微晶纤维素组成;
所述淀粉的浓度为8%;
所述水性聚氨酯的量为淀粉质量的1%~3%;
所述纳米微晶纤维素的量为淀粉质量的1%~3%。
2.一种纸尿裤绒毛化纤维纸用涂布剂的制备方法,其特征在于,将浓度为8%的淀粉,在水浴中搅拌使其糊化,再依次加入水性聚氨酯和纳米微晶纤维素,充分搅拌至混合均匀即可;
水浴温度为80℃~90℃,搅拌时间30~40min;
所述水性聚氨酯的添加量为淀粉质量的1%~3%;
所述纳米微晶纤维素的添加量为淀粉质量的1%~3%。
