Abstract
本发明涉及鞋材技术领域,具体涉及一种TPU鞋用材料。该鞋大底合成材料,其优先的方案为:所述的合成材料组分及其重量百分比如下:MDI:38.4%;聚酯多元醇:50.76%;1‑4丁二醇:9.39%;抗氧剂:0.8%;UV剂:0.6%;润滑剂:0.05%。本发明的有益效果为:通过本发明制作出的TPU材料,可以替代目前的KPU材料,并且也可采用射出成型的方式,制作鞋帮、斜面。相对于现有的KPU材料,本发明的材料成本更低,同时可以提高产品的硬度,并且更利于成型。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及鞋材技术领域,具体涉及一种TPU鞋用材料。
背景技术
制鞋企业要想在市场竞争中持续发展,就需在产品的特性和物性上不断创新。为了提高运动鞋等鞋类产品的市场竞争力,目前在鞋面、鞋帮上采用了KPU工艺又名FRPU(浇注型聚氨酯材料)工艺。以鞋帮、斜面为例,采用KPU工艺可使需要印雕的图案花纹等直接做在帮面上,一次性射出,热压后成型。这种工艺无需切割,产品形成的图案更加具有立体感,提升产生的档次。
KPU材料具有诸多好处,在一些知名品牌的产品上已经使用。但是KPU也存在一定的不去,其硬度中等,材料较贵,所以现在许多制鞋企业想使用TPU材料来替代KPU材料。
TPU(聚氨酯热塑性弹性材料)是由二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)或甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)等二异氰酸酯类分子和大分子多元醇、低分子多元醇(扩链剂)共同反应聚合而成的高分子化合物。TPU可加热塑化,化学结构上没有或很少交联,其分子基本是线性的,然而却存在一定的物理交联,主要有聚酯型和聚醚型之分,是用途非常广泛的高分子材料。
TPU材料在鞋材中的应用,由于其硬度较高,其一般是作为鞋的中底位置。如果作为斜面材料,由于其射出后韧性变强,硬度较高,不能作为整个鞋面,一般是对鞋面局部进行额外的加固。同时在制作更为柔软的斜面时,TPU通常无法满足射出成型。针对这种情况,本发明人经过不断的改进,提出以下技术方案。
发明内容
本发明索要解决的技术问题就在于克服目前产品的不足,提供一种TPU鞋用材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了以下技术方案:该TPU鞋用材料组分及其重量百分比如下:
所述的助剂为:抗氧剂、UV剂、润滑剂。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述助剂的组分及其在整个材料中的百分比如下:
抗氧剂: 0.5~1%;
UV剂: 0.3~0.8%;
润滑剂: 0.02~0.08%。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中优选的方案为:所述的合成材料组分及其重量百分比如下:MDI:38.4%;聚酯多元醇:50.76%;1-4丁二醇:9.39%;抗氧剂:0.8%;UV剂:0.6%;润滑剂:0.05%。
进一步而言,上述技术方案中,所述的合成材料中还加入有催化剂,催化剂的加入计量按照5ppm的计量加入。
本发明的有益效果为:通过本发明制作出的TPU材料,可以替代目前的KPU材料,并且也可采用射出成型的方式,制作鞋帮、斜面。相对于现有的KPU材料,本发明的材料成本更低,同时可以提高产品的硬度,并且更利于成型。

实施例1

另外,所述的合成材料中还加入有催化剂,催化剂的加入计量按照5ppm的计量加入。
实施例1是本发明的最佳实施例。
MDI(二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯),其是合成TPU材料的主要材料,是作为生产聚氨酯类材料的最重要的原料。
本发明中的TPU材料是由二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)大分子多元醇聚合而成。本发明中的大分子多元醇采用了聚酯多元醇,例如聚丁二烯多元醇等。
另外,本发明中还加入有作为扩链剂的多元醇1,4丁二醇。MDI与该1,4丁二醇反应可形成刚性的嵌段,同时MDI与大聚酯多元醇反应得到的柔性段,两部分相互交替镶嵌构成了TPU整体,从而提高TPU的强度和柔韧性。
本发明中增加的助剂有抗氧剂、UV剂、润滑剂。其中润滑剂采用的是E蜡,相对其他润滑剂,E蜡在TPU材料中的润滑性能更加优异。
当然,为了提高生产效率,可以在上述的原料中加入一定量的催化剂,催化剂的计量一般在5ppm即可。
使用时,按照上述的组分和配比准备原料,然后对原料进行混合、混炼,造粒,得到本发明的原料颗粒。通过模具射出成型成鞋子所需要的鞋面、鞋帮等产品即可。
实施例二
本实施例2中所述的合成材料组分及其重量百分比如下:
所述的合成材料组分及其重量百分比如下:MDI:40%;聚酯多元醇:50%;1-4丁二醇:9%;抗氧剂:0.5%;UV剂:0.35%;润滑剂:0.05%。
使用时,按照上述的组分和配比准备原料,然后对原料进行混合、混炼,造粒,得到本发明的原料颗粒。通过模具射出成型成鞋子所需要的鞋面、鞋帮等产品即可。

UV剂: 0.3~0.8%;
润滑剂: 0.02~0.08%。
