本发明提供一种片料自动切割机,它包括有工作台,水平放置在工作台上的动力滑台,所述动力滑台上装配有可以左右滑动的滑块,所述滑块上装配有转轴水平的切割电机,所述切割电机的转轴上装配有切割锯齿;所述动力滑台的前部装配有左右并列的定位模块、旋转模块,所述定位模块上装配有用来放置待切割片料的切割槽;所述旋转模块上装配有通过电机带动的垂直的旋转轴,所述旋转轴上连接有水平伸出的机械臂,所述机械臂的端部装配有竖直朝下的吸盘。该片料自动切割机全程通过气动控制,自动完成送料切割过程,生产效率更高,切割片料尺寸更加精准。

片料自动切割机
所属技术领域
本发明属于切割设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种片料自动切割机。
背景技术
片料是机械生产中经常使用到的元件,尤其在电子行业中,片料的使用量非常大,采用传统的人工装夹剪切方式加工片料元件,效率低下,过多的人工会使得片料的使用成本过于高昂。而且人工装夹时会产生较大的误差,很难保证片料的加工尺寸。
发明内容
对于上述的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种可以对片料进行自动送料装夹,同时可以自动完成切割过程的片料自动切割机。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该片料自动切割机包括有工作台,水平放置在工作台上的动力滑台,所述动力滑台上装配有可以左右滑动的滑块,所述滑块上装配有转轴水平的切割电机,所述切割电机的转轴上装配有切割锯齿;所述动力滑台的前部装配有左右并列的定位模块、旋转模块,所述定位模块上装配有用来放置待切割片料的切割槽,所述切割槽上加工有可以使得切割锯齿滑动通过的让位槽;所述旋转模块上装配有通过电机带动的垂直的旋转轴,所述旋转轴上连接有水平伸出的机械臂,所述机械臂的端部装配有竖直朝下的吸盘,所述吸盘通过垂直的吸盘气缸连接在机械臂的端部,所述旋转轴的前后侧分别装配有送料模块、成品箱;所述机械臂通过旋转轴带动的转动轨迹上设计有三个工位,分别为位于送料模块上方的取料工位,位于切割槽上方的进料工位,位于成品箱上方的放料工位。
该片料自动切割机的工作原理为,在送料模块上放置有待切割的初始片料,通过所述旋转轴带动机械臂使得吸盘转动到取料模块内初始片料的上方,吸盘通过吸盘气缸向下运动贴附在初始片料上,所述吸盘与负压腔连接产生吸力,将初始片料吸住,然后吸盘气缸带动吸盘运动到靠上的位置,然后吸盘通过机械臂以及旋转轴转动到切割槽上方,所述吸盘气缸将吸盘上的初始片料向下送入切割槽内,所述吸盘关闭与负压腔连通,使得吸盘可以向上脱离片料位置;滑块上的切割电机启动,滑块通过动力滑台的传动部分带动切割电机,使得切割电机前方的切割刀片从初始片料上通过,从而完成对初始片料的切割,切割后成型片料通过吸盘吸附运送到成品箱内部。
作为优选,所述切割槽的前方装配有水平的定位气缸,所述定位气缸的前端可以将初始片料水平向顶紧在切割槽中。
作为优选,所述切割槽的侧边位置通过支架连接有竖直向的顶压气缸,所述顶压气缸的下部可以竖直顶紧在切割槽中的初始片料上。
作为优选,所述吸盘气缸的下部连接有两个吸盘,当机械臂位于进料工位时,两个吸盘分别装配在初始片料切割线的两侧;所述成品箱的侧边放置有废料箱。
作为优选,所述旋转轴的前后位置分别装配有接近开关。
作为优选,所述旋转轴通过竖直的旋台支柱连接,所述旋台支柱的下部通过法兰与工作台连接,所述法兰上加工有弧形腰孔,所述法兰通过穿过弧形腰孔的螺栓固定在工作台上。
本发明的有益效果在于:该片料自动切割机主要用来对密度较小质量较轻的片料进行自动切割,该机器在工作时,通过机械臂以及其端部的吸盘来完成对初始片料的运送,在初始片料被切割后以后,再继续通过机械臂以及吸盘将成型片料运送到成品箱内,该机器全程通过气动控制,自动完成送料切割过程,无需使用人工,生产效率更高,切割片料尺寸更加精准。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
如图1、图2和图3中实施例所示,本片料自动切割机包括有工作台1,水平放置在工作台1上的动力滑台2,所述动力滑台2上装配有可以左右滑动的滑块21,所述滑块21上装配有转轴水平的切割电机3,所述切割电机3的转轴上装配有切割锯齿31;所述动力滑台2的前部装配有左右并列的定位模块4、旋转模块5,所述定位模块4上装配有用来放置待切割片料的切割槽41,所述切割槽41上加工有可以使得切割锯齿31滑动通过的让位槽42;所述旋转模块5上装配有通过电机带动的垂直的旋转轴51,所述旋转轴51上连接有水平伸出的机械臂52,所述机械臂52的端部装配有竖直朝下的吸盘6,所述吸盘6通过垂直的吸盘气缸53连接在机械臂52的端部,所述旋转轴51的前后侧分别装配有送料模块7、成品箱8;所述机械臂52通过所述旋转轴51带动的转动轨迹上设计有三个工位,分别为位于送料模块7上方的取料工位,位于切割槽41上方的进料工位,位于成品箱8上方的放料工位。
该片料自动切割机工作时,在送料模块7上放置有待切割的初始片料,通过所述旋转轴51带动机械臂52使得吸盘6转动到取料模块7内初始片料的上方,吸盘6通过吸盘气缸53向下运动贴附在初始片料上,所述吸盘6与负压腔连接产生吸力,将初始片料吸住,然后吸盘气缸53带动吸盘6运动到靠上的位置,然后吸盘6通过机械臂52以及旋转轴51转动到切割槽41上方,所述吸盘气缸53将吸盘上的初始片料向下送入切割槽41内,所述吸盘6关闭与负压腔连通,使得吸盘6可以向上脱离片料位置;然后滑块21上的切割电机3启动,滑块21通过动力滑台2的传动部分带动切割电机3,使得切割电机3前方的切割刀片31从初始片料上通过,从而完成对初始片料的切割,切割后成型片料再次通过吸盘6吸附运送到成品箱8内部。从而完成整个的片料的自动切割送料过程,所述机械臂52转动到初始位置,开始下一周期的切割流程。
该片料自动切割机主要用来对密度较小质量较轻的片料进行自动切割,像较为轻薄的塑料片料,这样便于吸盘的吸附。在本实施例中,该机器在工作时,通过机械臂52以及其端部的吸盘6来完成对初始片料的运送,在初始片料被切割后以后,再继续通过机械臂52以及吸盘6将成型片料运送到成品箱8内,该机器全程通过气动控制,自动完成送料切割过程,无需使用人工,生产效率更高,切割片料尺寸更加精准。
如图1、图2和图3所示,所述切割槽41的前方装配有水平的定位气缸43,所述定位气缸43的前端可以将初始片料水平向顶紧在切割槽41中。所述切割槽41的内侧设计有限位挡边,所述定位气缸43恰好可以将初始片料顶紧在定位挡边上,使得初始片料完成定位。所述切割槽41的侧边位置通过支架连接有竖直向的顶压气缸44,所述顶压气缸44的下部可以竖直顶紧在切割槽41中的初始片料上。当初始片料在切割槽41中被定位后,顶压气缸44下部的伸缩端伸出将初始片料废料的一侧顶紧在切割槽内,这样在切割刀片31对初始片料进行切割时,初始片料不会产生位移,切割边也不易产生毛边,切割效果更好。
在具体设计时,如图1和图3所示,所述吸盘气缸53的下部连接有两个吸盘6,当机械臂52位于进料工位时,两个吸盘6分别装配在初始片料切割线的两侧;所述成品箱8的侧边放置有废料箱9。这样一个吸盘6恰好正对成型片料位置,另一个吸盘6恰好正对切割废料位置。当吸盘6被吸盘气缸向下顶出时,两个吸盘6恰好可以将成型片料以及废料同时吸附住,并且通过旋转轴51以及机械臂52将成型片料以及废料同时运送到成品箱8以及废料箱9上方,将成型片料以及废料同时送出。使得切割机整个运行过程更加简便,同时,所述两个吸盘6对初始片料的吸附更加牢固,而且在初始片料通过两个吸盘6以及机械臂52运送过程中,不易产生位移,运送位置更加准确。
如图2所示,所述旋转轴51的前后位置分别装配有接近开关54。两个所述接近开关54分别可以检测到机械臂的运动位置,并且可以将信号传递到控制线路中,通过控制连接旋转轴51的电机来实现对机械臂52启动和制停;从而自动完成机械臂52整个过程的自动运行。
在具体设计时,如图1和图2所示,所述旋转轴51通过竖直的旋台支柱55连接,所述旋台支柱55的下部通过法兰56与工作台1连接,所述法兰56上加工有弧形腰孔,所述法兰56通过穿过弧形腰孔的螺栓固定在工作台1上。这样可以通过弧形腰孔的设计在装配时调节所述旋转轴51以及机械臂的初始位置,这样更加便于设备的安装调节。

1.一种片料自动切割机,它包括有工作台(1),水平放置在工作台(1)上的动力滑台(2),所述动力滑台(2)上装配有可以左右滑动的滑块(21),所述滑块(21)上装配有转轴水平的切割电机(3),所述切割电机(3)的转轴上装配有切割锯齿(31);其特征在于:所述动力滑台(2)的前部装配有左右并列的定位模块(4)、旋转模块(5),所述定位模块(4)上装配有用来放置待切割片料的切割槽(41),所述切割槽(41)上加工有可以使得切割锯齿(31)滑动通过的让位槽(42);所述旋转模块(5)上装配有通过电机带动的垂直的旋转轴(51),所述旋转轴(51)上连接有水平伸出的机械臂(52),所述机械臂(52)的端部装配有竖直朝下的吸盘(6),所述吸盘(6)通过垂直的吸盘气缸(53)连接在机械臂(52)的端部,所述旋转轴(51)的前后侧分别装配有送料模块(7)、成品箱(8);所述机械臂(52)通过所述旋转轴(51)带动的转动轨迹上设计有三个工位,分别为位于送料模块(7)上方的取料工位,位于切割槽(41)上方的进料工位,位于成品箱(8)上方的放料工位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的片料自动切割机,其特征在于:所述切割槽(41)的前方装配有水平的定位气缸(43),所述定位气缸(43)的前端可以将初始片料水平向顶紧在切割槽(41)中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的片料自动切割机,其特征在于:所述切割槽(41)的侧边位置通过支架连接有竖直向的顶压气缸(44),所述顶压气缸(44)的下部可以竖直顶紧在切割槽(41)中的初始片料上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的片料自动切割机,其特征在于:所述吸盘气缸(53)的下部连接有两个吸盘(6),当机械臂(52)位于进料工位时,两个吸盘(6)分别装配在初始片料切割线的两侧;所述成品箱(8)的侧边放置有废料箱(9)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的片料自动切割机,其特征在于:所述旋转轴(51)的前后位置分别装配有接近开关(54)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的片料自动切割机,其特征在于:所述旋转轴(51)通过竖直的旋台支柱(55)连接,所述旋台支柱(55)的下部通过法兰(56)与工作台(1)连接,所述法兰(56)上加工有弧形腰孔,所述法兰(56)通过穿过弧形腰孔的螺栓固定在工作台(1)上。
