Abstract

本发明公开了一种新能源汽车的电池综合调温系统,包括电池箱体,在电池箱体内设置有由多个单体电池成排排布组成的电池组,在相邻的两个单体电池之间设置有PTC加热片;在电池组的两侧设置有蛇形循环冷却管路,循环冷却管路的进口和出口引出电池箱体,并连接到供冷却水系统;在电池箱体的一侧开设有第一排气口,第一排气口设置有第一开度阀和第一排风扇,在电池箱体的另一侧开设有第二排气口,第二排气口设置有第二开度阀和第二排风扇;在电池箱体内设置有温度传感器,所述温度传感器、第一开度阀、第一排风扇、第二开度阀、第二排风扇、供冷却水系统和PTC加热片主供电电路均与控制器相连。

Description

新能源汽车的电池综合调温系统
技术领域
本发明属于新能源汽车技术领域,具体涉及一种新能源汽车的电池综合调温系统。
背景技术
目前,由于能源危机以及空气污染引起的问题,人们迫切希望能够开发出能够全带传统石油能源的新能源。在这样的背景下,动力电池应孕而生。在汽车中采用动力电池来取代常规的石油等能源不仅能够缓解能源危机,而且由于动力电池本身无污染,可以减少环境污染。
随着电动车的迅速发展,动力电池的性能成为电动车普及的关键。但是,动力电池对使用环境温度较为敏感,这就限制了其自身的发展和普及。以动力电池中的锂离子动力电池为例,一般而言,锂离子电池组的使用环境为-30℃~55℃,而当温度为-30℃~-10℃,锂离子电池放电容量不足其在25℃的50%,此时充电还会导致锂离子电池组发生不可逆损坏,甚至有安全隐患;当锂离子电池在高于55℃环境下使用又会大大减少其使用寿命。
因此,将动力电池的工作温度控制在一个合适的范围内,对锂离子电池的性能有着举足轻重的作用。
现行的动力电池控温系统,一般采用的是通风机对电池组吹强制冷风,但此种方法只能给电池组降温,当电池组处于低温时(如冬天),并不能给电池进行加热。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种新能源汽车的电池综合调温系统。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种新能源汽车的电池综合调温系统,包括电池箱体,在电池箱体内设置有由多个单体电池成排排布组成的电池组,
在相邻的两个单体电池之间设置有PTC加热片;在电池组的两侧设置有蛇形循环冷却管路,循环冷却管路的进口和出口引出电池箱体,并连接到供冷却水系统;
在电池箱体的一侧开设有第一排气口,第一排气口设置有第一开度阀和第一排风扇,在电池箱体的另一侧开设有第二排气口,第二排气口设置有第二开度阀和第二排风扇;
在电池箱体内设置有温度传感器,所述温度传感器、第一开度阀、第一排风扇、第二开度阀、第二排风扇、供冷却水系统和PTC加热片主供电电路均与控制器相连。
在上述技术方案中,所述PTC加热片包括自限温线、塑封膜,自限温线塑封在塑封膜内,自限温线包括两个接线端,每个PTC加热片的接线端接入主供电电路。
本发明的优点和有益效果为:
本发明所提供的新能源汽车的电池综合调温系统具有良好的通风散热性能,同时具有加热功能。控制器根据温度传感器的检测温度信号,控制第一开度阀、第一排风扇、第二开度阀、第二排风扇、供冷却水系统和PTC加热片主供电电路的开启关闭状态。首先预设一个低温阈值和一个高温阈值,当温度传感器检测的温度在低温阈值和高温阈值之间时,控制器控制第一开度阀、第一排风扇、第二开度阀、第二排风扇同时开启,对电池箱体内部进行通风散热;当温度传感器检测的温度大于设定高温阈值时,控制器控制供冷却水系统开启,通过循环冷却管路,对箱体内部进行冷却降温;当温度传感器检测的温度小于设定低温阈值时,控制器控制第一开度阀和第二开度阀关闭,并使PTC加热片主供电电路导通,以提升电池箱体内的温度。

下面将结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
参见附图1,一种新能源汽车的电池综合调温系统,包括电池箱体1,在电池箱体内设置有由四个单体电池2成排排布组成的电池组,
在相邻的两个单体电池2之间设置有PTC加热片3(参见附图3,所述PTC加热片3包括自限温线3-3、塑封膜3-4,自限温线塑封在塑封膜内,自限温线包括两个接线端3-1和3-2,每个PTC加热片3的接线端3-1和3-2接入主供电电路);在电池组的两侧设置有蛇形循环冷却管路4,循环冷却管路4的进口4-1和出口4-2引出电池箱体1,并连接到供冷却水系统;
在电池箱体1的右侧下方开设有第一排气口,第一排气口设置有第一开度阀6和第一排风扇5,在电池箱体1的左侧上方开设有第二排气口,第二排气口设置有第二开度阀8和第二排风扇7;
在电池箱体内设置有温度传感器(图中未标出),所述温度传感器、第一开度阀、第一排风扇、第二开度阀、第二排风扇、供冷却水系统和PTC加热片主供电电路均与控制器相连。
使用时,控制器根据温度传感器的检测温度信号,控制第一开度阀、第一排风扇、第二开度阀、第二排风扇、供冷却水系统和PTC加热片主供电电路的开启关闭状态。首先预设一个低温阈值和一个高温阈值,当温度传感器检测的温度在低温阈值和高温阈值之间时,控制器控制第一开度阀、第一排风扇、第二开度阀、第二排风扇同时开启,对电池箱体内部进行通风散热;当温度传感器检测的温度大于设定高温阈值时,控制器控制供冷却水系统开启,通过循环冷却管路4,对箱体内部进行冷却降温;当温度传感器检测的温度小于设定低温阈值时,控制器控制第一开度阀和第二开度阀关闭,并使PTC加热片主供电电路导通,以提升电池箱体内的温度。

Claims (3)

1.一种新能源汽车的电池综合调温系统,其特征在于:包括电池箱体,在电池箱体内设置有由多个单体电池成排排布组成的电池组,
在相邻的两个单体电池之间设置有PTC加热片;在电池组的两侧设置有蛇形循环冷却管路,循环冷却管路的进口和出口引出电池箱体,并连接到供冷却水系统;
在电池箱体的一侧开设有第一排气口,第一排气口设置有第一开度阀和第一排风扇,在电池箱体的另一侧开设有第二排气口,第二排气口设置有第二开度阀和第二排风扇;
在电池箱体内设置有温度传感器,所述温度传感器、第一开度阀、第一排风扇、第二开度阀、第二排风扇、供冷却水系统和PTC加热片主供电电路均与控制器相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新能源汽车的电池综合调温系统,其特征在于:所述PTC加热片包括自限温线、塑封膜,自限温线塑封在塑封膜内,自限温线包括两个接线端,每个PTC加热片的接线端接入主供电电路。
3.根据权利要求1-2之一所述的新能源汽车的电池综合调温系统的使用方法,其特征在于:使用时,控制器根据温度传感器的检测温度信号,控制第一开度阀、第一排风扇、第二开度阀、第二排风扇、供冷却水系统和PTC加热片主供电电路的开启关闭状态。首先预设一个低温阈值和一个高温阈值,当温度传感器检测的温度在低温阈值和高温阈值之间时,控制器控制第一开度阀、第一排风扇、第二开度阀、第二排风扇同时开启,对电池箱体内部进行通风散热;当温度传感器检测的温度大于设定高温阈值时,控制器控制供冷却水系统开启,通过循环冷却管路,对箱体内部进行冷却降温;当温度传感器检测的温度小于设定低温阈值时,控制器控制第一开度阀和第二开度阀关闭,并使PTC加热片主供电电路导通,以提升电池箱体内的温度。
