背景技术
目前,现有的汽车皮革采用化学合成纤维的无纺布做为底基,可降解难度大,易对环境产生污染。在涂覆处理过程中,涂覆的浆液与基层之间的渗透力、稳定性较差,导致汽车皮革在使用时抗菌性、抗腐蚀性较差,应用的汽车中,抗静电性能也不能满足要求。
发明内容
本发明提供一种可降解汽车皮革及其制备方法,用以解决现有技术中的缺陷。
本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种可降解汽车皮革,包括皮革基层和涂覆在皮革基层上的涂饰剂,其特征在于:所述皮革基层为经过覆浆处理的无纺布,无纺布为大豆纤维、涤纶纤维和尼龙纤维进行混棉,再经梳棉、叠棉、针刺、定型制得大豆纤维无纺布,大豆纤维、涤纶纤维和尼龙纤维的重量份为:大豆纤维40-50份、尼龙纤维10-20份、涤纶纤维30-50份;所述的覆浆的浆液由下述重量份的原料制成:水10-15份、水性聚氨酯树脂60-100份、甘蔗渣木薯淀粉聚乳酸110-120 份、亚甲基双硬脂酰胺2-4份、硬脂酸丁酯1-3份、羧甲基淀粉钠0.2-0.5份、SP 型破乳剂0.5-1.0份、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺1-4份、甜菜碱0.2-0.5份、N,N'-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺0.2-0.5份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐0.2-0.5份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.2-0.5份、聚乙烯醇0.3-0.6份、焦磷酸钠0.2-0.5份;涂饰剂由为酪素涂饰剂。

所述的大豆纤维、涤纶纤维和尼龙纤维的重量份为:大豆纤维40份、尼龙纤维15份、涤纶纤维50份。
所述的大豆纤维、涤纶纤维和尼龙纤维的重量份为:大豆纤维45份、尼龙纤维20份、涤纶纤维30份。

所述的覆浆的浆液的制备方法为:①将水、水性聚氨酯树脂、甘蔗渣木薯淀粉聚乳酸均分别分成两份;②将步骤①中的一份水、水性聚氨酯树脂、甘蔗渣木薯淀粉聚乳酸和亚甲基双硬脂酰胺、羧甲基淀粉钠、SP 型破乳剂、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、甜菜碱、聚乙烯醇加入混合机内混合均匀,得到混合物Ⅰ;③将步骤①中的另一份水、水性聚氨酯树脂、甘蔗渣木薯淀粉聚乳酸和硬脂酸丁酯、N,N'-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、焦磷酸钠加入至另一台混合机内混合均匀,得到混合物Ⅱ;④将步骤②的混合物混合物Ⅰ和步骤③中的混合物Ⅱ加入至同一天混合机中混合均匀,得到覆浆的浆液。
一种可降解汽车皮革的制备方法,包括下述步骤:①将无纺布的基布进行打磨拉毛处理,处理后的基布进行进行浸渍处理10-15min,浸渍后使用轧压辊去除基布中的水分;②将步骤①处理后的基布进行覆浆,将覆浆的浆液使用辊筒刀涂机刮凃平整涂覆在基
布上,上浆量为200-500g/ ㎡;③将涂覆后的基布放入烘干定型机进行烘干,烘干温度设定为130℃-150℃,烘干时间设定为5-10min;再均匀涂覆300g/㎡的涂饰剂后自然干燥3天,即得。
本发明的优点是:本发明制备的汽车皮革采用无纺布作为基层,可降解,减少环境污染,低碳环保。合成的皮革所用的覆膜浆液中各个原料相互协同作用,时的浆膜柔软、渗透性好,亚甲基双硬脂酰胺和硬脂酸丁酯协同作用减少聚合分子链之间的摩擦;十二烷基二甲基氧化胺有效稳定泡沫,减少泡沫的快速消退;乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷提高各个原料之间的作用能力,充分发挥各个组分的作用;聚乙烯醇作提高成膜剂效果,使皮革表面形成一层保护膜。本发明的皮革的抗静电性能强、抗氧化、抗腐蚀能力强,表面弹性高和表面嫩度高。

一种可降解汽车皮革,包括皮革基层和涂覆在皮革基层上的涂饰剂,所述皮革基层为经过覆浆处理的无纺布,无纺布为大豆纤维、涤纶纤维和尼龙纤维进行混棉,再经梳棉、叠棉、针刺、定型制得大豆纤维无纺布,大豆纤维、涤纶纤维和尼龙纤维的重量份为:大豆纤维40份、尼龙纤维15份、涤纶纤维50份;所述的覆浆的浆液由下述重量份的原料制成:所述的覆浆的浆液由下述重量份的原料制成:水10份、水性聚氨酯树脂80份、甘蔗渣木薯淀粉聚乳酸120 份、亚甲基双硬脂酰胺2份、硬脂酸丁酯2份、羧甲基淀粉钠0.5份、SP 型破乳剂0.5份、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺1份、甜菜碱0.2份、N,N'-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺0.2份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐0.2份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.2份、聚乙烯醇0.3份、焦磷酸钠0.2份;涂饰剂由为酪素涂饰剂。
实施例二

实施例三
一种可降解汽车皮革,包括皮革基层和涂覆在皮革基层上的涂饰剂,所述皮革基层为经过覆浆处理的无纺布,无纺布为大豆纤维、涤纶纤维和尼龙纤维进行混棉,再经梳棉、叠棉、针刺、定型制得大豆纤维无纺布,大豆纤维、涤纶纤维和尼龙纤维的重量份为:大豆纤维50份、尼龙纤维10份、涤纶纤维40份;所述的覆浆的浆液由下述重量份的原料制成:水15份、水性聚氨酯树脂60份、甘蔗渣木薯淀粉聚乳酸115 份、亚甲基双硬脂酰胺4份、硬脂酸丁酯1份、羧甲基淀粉钠0.3份、SP 型破乳剂1.0份、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺4份、甜菜碱0.5份、N,N'-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺0.5份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐0.5份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.5份、聚乙烯醇0.6份、焦磷酸钠0.5份;涂饰剂由为酪素涂饰剂。
上述实施例制备的汽车皮革经过测试,本发明的皮革的抗静电性能强、抗氧化、抗腐蚀能力强,表面弹性高和表面嫩度高。
所述的覆浆的浆液的制备方法为:①将水、水性聚氨酯树脂、甘蔗渣木薯淀粉聚乳酸均分别分成两份;②将步骤①中的一份水、水性聚氨酯树脂、甘蔗渣木薯淀粉聚乳酸和亚甲基双硬脂酰胺、羧甲基淀粉钠、SP 型破乳剂、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、甜菜碱、聚乙烯醇加入混合机内混合均匀,得到混合物Ⅰ;③将步骤①中的另一份水、水性聚氨酯树脂、甘蔗渣木薯淀粉聚乳酸和硬脂酸丁酯、N,N'-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、焦磷酸钠加入至另一台混合机内混合均匀,得到混合物Ⅱ;④将步骤②的混合物混合物Ⅰ和步骤③中的混合物Ⅱ加入至同一天混合机中混合均匀,得到覆浆的浆液。

1.一种可降解汽车皮革,其特征在于:包括皮革基层和涂覆在皮革基层上的涂饰剂,其特征在于:所述皮革基层为经过覆浆处理的无纺布,无纺布为大豆纤维、涤纶纤维和尼龙纤维进行混棉,再经梳棉、叠棉、针刺、定型制得大豆纤维无纺布,大豆纤维、涤纶纤维和尼龙纤维的重量份为:大豆纤维40-50份、尼龙纤维10-20份、涤纶纤维30-50份;所述的覆浆的浆液由下述重量份的原料制成:水10-15份、水性聚氨酯树脂60-100份、甘蔗渣木薯淀粉聚乳酸110-120 份、亚甲基双硬脂酰胺2-4份、硬脂酸丁酯1-3份、羧甲基淀粉钠0.2-0.5份、SP型破乳剂0.5-1.0份、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺1-4份、甜菜碱0.2-0.5份、N,N'-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺0.2-0.5份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐0.2-0.5份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.2-0.5份、聚乙烯醇0.3-0.6份、焦磷酸钠0.2-0.5份;涂饰剂由为酪素涂饰剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可降解汽车皮革,其特征在于:所述的覆浆的浆液由下述重量份的原料制成:水10份、水性聚氨酯树脂80份、甘蔗渣木薯淀粉聚乳酸120 份、亚甲基双硬脂酰胺2份、硬脂酸丁酯2份、羧甲基淀粉钠0.5份、SP 型破乳剂0.5份、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺1份、甜菜碱0.2份、N,N'-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺0.2份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐0.2份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.2份、聚乙烯醇0.3份、焦磷酸钠0.2份。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可降解汽车皮革,其特征在于:所述的大豆纤维、涤纶纤维和尼龙纤维的重量份为:大豆纤维45份、尼龙纤维20份、涤纶纤维30份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种可降解汽车皮革,其特征在于:所述的大豆纤维、涤纶纤维和尼龙纤维的重量份为:大豆纤维50份、尼龙纤维10份、涤纶纤维40份。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种可降解汽车皮革,其特征在于:所述的覆浆的浆液的制备方法为: ①将水、水性聚氨酯树脂、甘蔗渣木薯淀粉聚乳酸均分别分成两份; ②将步骤①中的一份水、水性聚氨酯树脂、甘蔗渣木薯淀粉聚乳酸和亚甲基双硬脂酰胺、羧甲基淀粉钠、SP 型破乳剂、十二烷基二甲基氧化胺、甜菜碱、聚乙烯醇加入混合机内混合均匀,得到混合物Ⅰ; ③将步骤①中的另一份水、水性聚氨酯树脂、甘蔗渣木薯淀粉聚乳酸和硬脂酸丁酯、N,N'-二亚硝基五亚甲基四胺、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌盐、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、焦磷酸钠加入至另一台混合机内混合均匀,得到混合物Ⅱ; ④将步骤②的混合物混合物Ⅰ和步骤③中的混合物Ⅱ加入至同一天混合机中混合均匀,得到覆浆的浆液。
