Abstract

本发明涉及一种镭射防伪包装纸,其制备过程是先将转移涂料涂布在PET薄膜上,烘干带有转移涂料的薄膜,将上述薄膜首先经过一号组模压版辊,将一组版辊的镭射图案转印到薄膜上,此后连续经过二号组模压版辊,将二号组版辊的镭射图案转印到薄膜上,此时二号组版辊的镭射图案恰好覆盖一组版辊的冷油区,二号组版辊冷油区呈现一号组版辊的镭射图像,此后该薄膜经过一组烫平辊后收卷成为无版缝镭射薄膜。将该薄膜经过镀铝机真空镀铝,之后在复合机上与目标纸张湿法复合,再由剥离机将PET薄膜剥离,使镭射图案保留在目标纸张上,从而得到镭射防伪包装纸。

Description

一种镭射防伪包装纸
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防伪包装纸的制备方法,尤其是一种能够采用无缝转镭射图案的防伪包装纸生产方法。
背景技术
激光模压镭射防伪技术在八十年代末九十年代初传入我国,1990年年代全国各地引进生产线上百条。在引进初期,这种防伪技术确实起到了一定的防伪作用,但随着激光镭射图像制作技术的迅速扩散,很快就被造假者从各个方面攻破,激光镭射防伪标贴几乎完全失去了防伪能力,而且单版模压生产的产品会周期性的出现无镭射图案的版缝,只能成为损耗而浪费,而无版缝镭射产品能实现图案的互相交替从而呈现一种连续的镭射效果,要比单版模压出来的产品不单在防伪效果上有大幅的提升,而且可以很好的解决损耗问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是要解决以上不足而提供一种采用两组模压板棍消除版缝的镭射防伪包装纸的制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,一种镭射防伪包装纸,其制备过程包括如下工序:
1)将转移涂料涂布在PET薄膜上,烘干成卷;
2)将该带有涂层的成卷薄膜经过以一定速度经过一号组模压版辊,在一定压力下一号组模压版辊热油区图案转印在薄膜上,冷油区域无转印图案而呈现版缝;
3)该薄膜随模压机转动一定距离后,经过二号组模压辊,二号组模压辊冷油区域与一号组模压辊冷油区域恰好交替,在一定压力下二号组镭射图案转印到该薄膜上,将薄膜的镭射图案缝隙处完全覆盖,二组版辊冷油区呈现一组版辊的镭射图像;
4)该薄膜继续转动通过一烫平辊,此后经冷却收卷从而得到无版缝的镭射薄膜;
5)将该薄膜经过镀铝机真空镀铝,之后在复合机上与目标纸张湿法复合,再由剥离机将PET薄膜剥离,使镭射图案保留在目标纸张上,从而得到镭射防伪包装纸。
其中,所述的转移涂料为镭射型转移涂料,所述的一号组模压版辊为直径在550mm-610mm的实心金属辊,冷油区宽度1-6mm,所述的二号组模压辊为直径560mm-610mm的实心金属辊,直径比一号组大1-4mmmm,冷油区宽度为1-4mm,所述的的纸张为红塔810纸张,所述的镀铝机为德国莱宝真空镀铝机,所述的复合机为华鹰复合机,所述的剥离机为Autoparo全自动剥离机。
具体实施方式
实施例1
1)将维凯化工BH-1001B的镭射转移涂料涂布在18μ的宁波舜塑PET薄膜上,在100℃-130℃-140℃-90℃的温度梯度下烘干成卷;
2)将成卷薄膜经过以40m/min的速度经过一号组580mm直径的模压版辊,热油区温度为150℃,压力为20kg,将一号组模压版辊热油区图案转印在薄膜上;
3)该薄膜随模压机转动60cm后,经过585mm直径的二号组模压辊,二号组模压辊热油区温度为155℃,压力为22kg,将二号组镭射图案转印到该薄膜上,因二号组版辊与一号组版辊的冷油区域恰好交叉,从而将薄膜经过一号版辊后冷油区无镭射图案的缝隙处完全覆盖,二组版辊冷油区呈现一组版辊的镭射图像;
4)该薄膜继续转动通过一烫平辊,此后经冷却收卷从而得到无版缝的镭射薄膜;
5)将该薄膜经过莱宝镀铝机真空镀铝,之后在华鹰复合机上与目标纸张湿法复合,再由Autoparo全自动剥离机将PET薄膜剥离,使镭射图案保留在目标纸张上,从而得到镭射防伪包装纸。
需要指出的是,以上为该发明的一个案例,任何公司或个人可以以此为基础进行调整,都在该发明专利的保护范围之内。

Claims (5)

1.一种镭射防伪包装纸,其特征在于制备过程包括以下工序:
1)将转移涂料涂布在PET薄膜上,烘干成卷;
2)将该带有涂层的成卷薄膜经过以一定速度经过一号组模压版辊,在一定压力下一号组模压版辊热油区图案转印在薄膜上,冷油区域无转印图案而呈现版缝;
3)该薄膜随模压机转动一定距离后,经过二号组模压辊,二号组模压辊冷油区域与一号组模压辊冷油区域恰好交替,在一定压力下二号组镭射图案转印到该薄膜上,将薄膜的镭射图案缝隙处完全覆盖,二组版辊冷油区呈现一组版辊的镭射图像;
4)该薄膜继续转动通过一烫平辊,此后经冷却收卷从而得到无版缝的镭射薄膜;
5)将该薄膜经过镀铝机真空镀铝,之后在复合机上与目标纸张湿法复合,再由剥离机将PET薄膜剥离,使镭射图案保留在目标纸张上,从而得到镭射防伪包装纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种镭射防伪包装纸,其特征在于步骤1)中的转移涂料为镭射型转移涂料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种镭射防伪包装纸,其特征在于步骤2)中的一号组模压版辊为直径在550mm-610mm的实心金属辊,冷油区宽度1-6mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种镭射防伪包装纸,其特征在于步骤3)中的二号组模压辊为直径560mm-610mm的实心金属辊,直径比一号组大1-4mmmm,冷油区宽度为1-4mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种镭射防伪包装纸,其特征在于步骤5)中的纸张为红塔810纸张,镀铝机为德国莱宝真空镀铝机,复合机为华鹰复合机,剥离机为Autoparo全自动剥离机。
