Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型化纤和玻纤混纺丝束织物及其织物层与层之间结合的方法,它属于纺织材料技术领域。本发明包括化纤混纺织物层以及化纤和玻纤混纺纱,该混纺丝束织物包括两层或多层化纤混纺织物层及穿刺于其中的化纤和玻纤混纺纱,还提供一种新型化纤和玻纤混纺丝束织物层与层之间结合的方法。本发明结构简单合理,能有效增强多层混纺织物模压或滚压后的产品抗剪切性能,拉伸、弯曲性能好。

一种新型化纤和玻纤混纺丝束织物及其织物层与层之间结合 的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种混纺丝束织物及其方法,尤其是涉及一种新型化纤和玻纤混纺丝束织物及其织物层与层之间结合的方法,它属于纺织材料技术领域。
背景技术
化纤和玻纤混纺织物一般用于模压或连续滚压生产工艺,使用时按照最终产品的要求选择混纺织物的克重、织物结构、层数等参数。但由于混纺织物本身的特点,在多层混纺织物一起使用时混纺织物相邻两层的结合仅依靠化纤熔融形成熔体之间的相互作用力,因此两层相邻混纺织物成型后的界面结合力相对较弱,容易在高剪切的情况下发生层间破坏。
化纤和玻纤混纺织物中所用的化纤和玻纤混纺丝束由于在玻纤拉丝过程中混入化纤共同收卷等工序后得到,因此化纤在玻纤中均匀分散,且化纤受热熔融后的热塑性熔体可直接对丝束内部的玻纤进行浸渍与包覆,同时连续状态的玻璃纤维也为利用该材料制备得到的制品提供优异的力学性能,特别是拉伸和弯曲性能。
化纤和玻纤混纺织物则是以混纺丝束为原料编织成具有一定克重和尺寸的某种特定花纹的织物。一般模压和滚压工艺均采用混纺织物为主要原材料,根据制品的要求,使用不同层数及克重的混纺织物,通过加热使化纤熔融,利用模压或滚压在多层化纤受热熔融的混纺织物表面施加作用力,使相邻两层的熔融的化纤在受压下互相融合并在冷去后得到相应产品。但在该方式生产制品时,多层混纺织物之间仅通过熔融并重新冷却固化的化纤材料进行结合,因此该多层织物得到的制品的织物与织物抗层间剪切能力相对较差。
公开日为2016年02月01日,公开号为105316839A的中国专利中,公开了一种名称为“混纺织物”的发明专利。该专利包括涤纶短纤维和薄荷纤维,涤纶短纤维作为经线以及薄荷纤维作为纬线交织成所述混纺织物,混纺织物采用五枚三飞缎纹组织结构。该专利是用于衣物方面的,而本申请主要用于复合材料领域,虽然该混纺织物具有舒适性和优良的抗辐射性能、柔软性,但是织物与织物抗层间剪切能力相对较差,满足不了人们的使用要求,故其还是存在上述缺陷。
因此,提供一种结构合理,能有效增强多层混纺织物模压或滚压后的产品抗剪切性能,拉伸、弯曲性能好的新型化纤和玻纤混纺丝束织物,拓展该类化纤和玻纤混纺织物的应用领域,显得尤为必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述不足,而提供一种结构设计合理,能有效增强多层混纺织物模压或滚压后的产品抗剪切性能,拉伸、弯曲性能好的新型化纤和玻纤混纺丝束织物及其织物层与层之间结合的方法。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:该新型化纤和玻纤混纺丝束织物,其特征在于:包括化纤混纺织物层以及化纤和玻纤混纺纱,所述混纺丝束织物包括两层或多层化纤混纺织物层及穿刺于其中的化纤和玻纤混纺纱;结构简单,增强多层混纺织物模压或滚压后的产品抗剪切性能,同时对拉伸、弯曲性能无太大影响。
作为优选,本发明所述化纤和玻纤混纺纱包括化纤丝与玻纤丝,该化纤丝与玻纤丝在玻纤丝的生产过程中混合并共同收卷得到;化纤纱与玻纤混纺在一起,在化纤纱加热熔融后能与玻纤更好的浸润,另一方面保持连续的玻璃纤维可以为产品提供更加优异的力学性能。
作为优选,本发明所述化纤包括聚丙烯纤维、聚酯纤维和尼龙纤维,该化纤为纺丝的热塑性纤维;提高相互之间的性能。
作为优选,本发明所述玻纤包括E玻璃和S玻璃;提高相互之间的性能。
本发明还提供一种新型化纤和玻纤混纺丝束织物层与层之间结合的方法,采用权利要求1-4所述新型化纤和玻纤混纺丝束织物,步骤如下:
1)将预先生产得到的混纺丝束织物按照产品要求的层数铺好,然后将化纤和玻纤混纺纱(1)在垂直方向刺入或植入两层及以上普通化纤和玻纤混纺织物内部;
2)将垂直方向加入的化纤和玻纤混纺纱在混纺织物进行模压或滚压成型中也将与织物中的化纤和玻纤混纺纱熔融并最终与混纺丝束织物形成一个整体,最终得到的产品。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:1、有效增强多层混纺织物模压或滚压后的产品抗剪切性能,同时对拉伸、弯曲性能无太大影响;2、利用化纤和玻纤混纺纤维为Z轴方向的增强体,同时由于该增强体与混纺织物的材料相同,因此在熔融后能与其他混纺织物融合并成为一个整体,另外,通过Z轴方向的增强可大大改善普通混纺织物形成的材料在两层混纺织物之间较弱的结合,从而提升最终产品的抗剪切性能。

下面结合附图并通过实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明,以下实施例是对本发明的解释而本发明并不局限于以下实施例。
实施例。
参见图1至图3,本实施包括化纤混纺织物层4以及化纤和玻纤混纺纱1,混纺丝束织物由两层或多层化纤混纺织物层4及穿刺于其中的化纤和玻纤混纺纱1组成,如图2所示。
参见图1,本实施例中的化纤和玻纤混纺纱1包括化纤丝2与玻纤丝3,该化纤丝2与玻纤丝3在玻纤丝3的生产过程中混合并共同收卷得到;该化纤和玻纤混纺纱1一方面由于化纤纱与玻纤混纺在一起,因此在化纤纱加热熔融后能与玻纤更好的浸润,另一方面保持连续的玻璃纤维可以为产品提供更加优异的力学性能。
参见图3,本实施例产品由加热模压或滚压后的普通化纤和玻纤混纺织物层6和加热熔融后与普通化纤和玻纤混纺织物层6形成一体的化纤和玻纤混纺纱1加热熔融后的Z轴增强束5组成。而由于Z轴方向增强束5的存在可以显著提高两层普通化纤和玻纤混纺织物层6在受到剪切力F时的抗剪切作用。
本实施例中的化纤包括聚丙烯纤维、聚酯纤维和尼龙纤维,该化纤为纺丝的热塑性纤维。
本实施例中的玻纤包括E玻璃和S玻璃。
本实施例一种新型化纤和玻纤混纺丝束织物层与层之间结合的方法,步骤如下:
1)将预先生产得到的混纺丝束织物按照产品要求的层数铺好,然后将化纤和玻纤混纺纱1在垂直方向刺入或植入两层及以上普通化纤和玻纤混纺织物内部;
2)将垂直方向加入的化纤和玻纤混纺纱1在混纺织物进行模压或滚压成型中也将与织物中的化纤和玻纤混纺纱1熔融并最终与混纺丝束织物形成一个整体,最终得到的产品。
本实施例新型化纤和玻纤混纺丝束织物层与层之间结合的方法,即将与混纺织物相同的化纤和玻纤混纺丝束为线在垂直方向通过针刺等方法将混纺丝束以一定的间距和密度加入两层及以上混纺织物叠层中,从而使原有混纺丝束XY轴方向增强的基础上通过垂直方向上的混纺丝束实现Z轴方向的增强。同时垂直方向加入的混纺丝束在混纺织物进行模压或滚压成型中也将与织物中的混纺丝束一样熔融并最终与混纺织物形成一个整体,并使最终得到的产品除了在XY轴方向由于混纺织物的作用具有良好性能的同时Z轴方向由于垂直加入的混纺丝束而提升力学性能,并提高混纺织物制品的抗剪切性能。
本实施例将化纤和玻纤混纺纱1在垂直方向刺入或植入两层及以上普通化纤和玻纤混纺织物内部,从而得到在z轴方向增强的新型化纤和玻纤混纺织物,从而提高利用该织物得到的产品的各项性能,特别是抗剪切性能。
本实施例解决的主要问题:化纤和玻纤混纺丝束织物由于化纤均匀分散在玻纤中,且玻纤为连续纤维,因此具有非常优异的力学性能;但在使用该混纺织物通过模压或滚压方式生产制品时,多层混纺织物之间仅通过熔融并重新冷却固化的化纤材料进行结合,因此该多层织物得到的制品的织物与织物抗层间剪切能力相对较差。
为了解决以上问题,平衡化纤和玻纤混纺织物的机械性能,采用将预先生产得到的混纺织物按照产品要求的层数铺好,之后利用相同的化纤和玻纤混纺丝束为线在垂直方向通过针刺等方法加入混纺丝束。

1.一种新型化纤和玻纤混纺丝束织物,其特征在于:包括化纤混纺织物层(4)以及化纤和玻纤混纺纱(1),所述混纺丝束织物包括两层或多层化纤混纺织物层(4)及穿刺于其中的化纤和玻纤混纺纱(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型化纤和玻纤混纺丝束织物,其特征在于:所述化纤和玻纤混纺纱(1)包括化纤丝(2)与玻纤丝(3),该化纤丝(2)与玻纤丝(3)在玻纤丝的生产过程中混合并共同收卷得到。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型化纤和玻纤混纺丝束织物,其特征在于:所述化纤包括聚丙烯纤维、聚酯纤维和尼龙纤维,该化纤为纺丝的热塑性纤维。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的新型化纤和玻纤混纺丝束织物,其特征在于:所述玻纤包括E玻璃和S玻璃。
5.一种新型化纤和玻纤混纺丝束织物层与层之间结合的方法,采用权利要求1-4所述新型化纤和玻纤混纺丝束织物,步骤如下:
1)将预先生产得到的混纺丝束织物按照产品要求的层数铺好,然后将化纤和玻纤混纺纱(1)在垂直方向刺入或植入两层及以上普通化纤和玻纤混纺织物内部;
2)将垂直方向加入的化纤和玻纤混纺纱(1)在混纺织物进行模压或滚压成型中也将与织物中的化纤和玻纤混纺纱(1)熔融并最终与混纺丝束织物形成一个整体,最终得到的产品。
