Abstract
本发明公开了一种带夜光且复合有碳纤维的无纺布,包括外层和内层,外层为夜光层,外层与内层之间为中间粘合纤维层,内层为两层结构,分为第一层和第二层;所述第一层包括15~35%含量的碳纤维和25~45%含量的热熔融性纤维;所述第二层包括5~25%碳纤维和35~55%含量的热熔融性纤维;第一层上的纤维排列方向与第二层上的纤维排列方向垂直设置,在第一层和第二层之间还设置有玻璃纤维制成的筛网结构,该筛网结构呈经纬排列。本发明涉及一种带夜光且复合有碳纤维的无纺布。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种带夜光且复合有碳纤维的无纺布。
背景技术
已知一种全部或者由可分割的复合纤维形成、具有微细的纤维的无纺布。但上述无纺布通过非纺织法制造的无纺布会有制造工艺复杂、生产率低的问题,而且成本也会稍高,因此本发明设计研发一种新型无纺布,不仅降低成本,而且无纺布的性能也会有一定改进。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种带夜光且复合有碳纤维的无纺布。
为实现这一目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种带夜光且复合有碳纤维的无纺布,其特征在于,包括外层和内层,外层为夜光层,外层与内层之间为中间粘合纤维层,中间粘合纤维层由经纱和纬纱绞织而成,所述经纱采用涂覆有聚氨酯层的乙纶纤维,所述纬纱采用涂覆有聚氨酯的锦纶纤维;
所述内层为两层结构,分为第一层和第二层;所述第一层包括15~35%含量的碳纤维和25~45%含量的热熔融性纤维;所述第二层包括5~25%碳纤维和35~55%含量的热熔融性纤维;第一层上的纤维排列方向与第二层上的纤维排列方向垂直设置,在第一层和第二层之间还设置有玻璃纤维制成的筛网结构,该筛网结构呈经纬排列。
其有益效果是:第一层包括15~35%含量的碳纤维和25~45%含量的热熔融性纤维;第二层包括5~25%含量的碳纤维和35~55%含量的热熔融性纤维,同时玻璃纤维制成的筛网结构使得无纺布强度和韧性得到显著的提高。

具体实施方式
一种带夜光且复合有碳纤维的无纺布,包括外层和内层,外层为夜光层,外层与内层之间为中间粘合纤维层,中间粘合纤维层由经纱和纬纱绞织而成,所述经纱采用涂覆有聚氨酯层的乙纶纤维,所述纬纱采用涂覆有聚氨酯的锦纶纤维。
如图1所示,内层为两层结构,分为第一层1和第二层3;第一层1包括15~35%含量的碳纤维和25~45%含量的热熔融性纤维;第二层3包括5~25%含量的碳纤维和35~55%含量的热熔融性纤维;第一层1上的纤维排列方向与第二层3上的纤维排列方向垂直设置,在第一层1和第二层3之间还设置有玻璃纤维制成的筛网结构2,该筛网结构2呈经纬排列。

1.一种带夜光且复合有碳纤维的无纺布,其特征在于,包括外层和内层,外层为夜光层,外层与内层之间为中间粘合纤维层,中间粘合纤维层由经纱和纬纱绞织而成,所述经纱采用涂覆有聚氨酯层的乙纶纤维,所述纬纱采用涂覆有聚氨酯的锦纶纤维;
所述内层为两层结构,分为第一层和第二层;所述第一层包括15~35%含量的碳纤维和25~45%含量的热熔融性纤维;所述第二层包括5~25%碳纤维和35~55%含量的热熔融性纤维;第一层上的纤维排列方向与第二层上的纤维排列方向垂直设置,在第一层和第二层之间还设置有玻璃纤维制成的筛网结构,该筛网结构呈经纬排列。
