一种防油的编织藤条处理方法,涉及编织工艺技术领域,包括以下步骤,拣藤、打藤、洗藤、去皮、一次浸泡、二次浸泡和干燥,分别在浸泡液中进行第一次浸泡,浸泡时间为5~6小时,第一次浸泡时的浸泡液按重量份包括全氟羧酸3~5份、草酸尿素1~3份、三乙醇胺1~2份、硅酸钠1~3份和水100~200份;然后捞出进行第二次浸泡,第二次浸泡时的浸泡液按重量份包括氯菌酸1~2份、氯化金钾3~4份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2~3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1~2份和水100~150份,第二次浸泡的时的温度为60~80℃,经过两侧浸泡后捞出晾干。本发明防止防止油脂污染,不容易生虫,阻燃效果好,强度高,增加编织品使用寿命。

背景技术:
在藤条编织工艺品前,一般会对藤条进行一些特殊的处理,一般包括软化、增强韧性、去皮等处理,现有技术中由于藤条的材质问题,藤条编织的工艺品容易吸潮,导致其发霉或者生虫腐烂等,使用寿命低,而且藤条很容浸入油脂,从而导致容易变脏,而且难以清洗干净。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种防止藤条受潮发霉,增加编织品使用寿命的防油的编织藤条处理方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种防油的编织藤条处理方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,拣藤、打藤、洗藤、去皮、一次浸泡、二次浸泡和干燥,分别在浸泡液中进行第一次浸泡,浸泡时间为5~6小时,第一次浸泡时的浸泡液按重量份包括全氟羧酸3~5份、草酸尿素1~3份、三乙醇胺1~2份、硅酸钠1~3份和水100~200份,第一浸泡使得油脂有容易浸入,从而使得藤条遇见油脂的东细也不会变脏,能够较好的保存原色;然后捞出进行第二次浸泡,所述的第二次浸泡时的浸泡液按重量份包括氯菌酸1~2份、氯化金钾3~4份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2~3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1~2份和水100~150份,第二次浸泡的时的温度为60~80℃,经过两侧浸泡后捞出晾干。增加其阻燃性,不容易燃烧。
所述的打藤是将藤条上的结疤去除。
所述的干燥时在遮阳的条件下通风干燥。避免下阳光直射,防止藤条干裂。
所述的干燥后在藤条的表面附上一层耐火涂层,然后再风干。进一步增加其阻燃性能。
所述打藤后的结疤处用聚酯蜡涂抹一层。表面光滑,防止结疤处进水霉变或生虫。
所述的耐火涂层为为硼砂和氯化锌对水形成的混合物。阻燃性能好,表面强度高。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明防止防止油脂污染,不容易生虫,阻燃效果好,强度高,增加编织品使用寿命。

1.一种防油的编织藤条处理方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,拣藤、打藤、洗藤、去皮、一次浸泡、二次浸泡和干燥,分别在浸泡液中进行第一次浸泡,浸泡时间为5~6小时,第一次浸泡时的浸泡液按重量份包括全氟羧酸3~5份、草酸尿素1~3份、三乙醇胺1~2份、硅酸钠1~3份和水100~200份;然后捞出进行第二次浸泡,所述的第二次浸泡时的浸泡液按重量份包括氯菌酸1~2份、氯化金钾3~4份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2~3份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1~2份和水100~150份,第二次浸泡的时的温度为60~80℃,经过两侧浸泡后捞出晾干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防油的编织藤条处理方法,其特征在于:所述的打藤是将藤条上的结疤去除。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防油的编织藤条处理方法,其特征在于:所述的干燥时在遮阳的条件下通风干燥。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防油的编织藤条处理方法,其特征在于:所述的干燥后在藤条的表面附上一层耐火涂层,然后再风干。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种防油的编织藤条处理方法,其特征在于:所述打藤后的结疤处用聚酯蜡涂抹一层。
