本发明公开了一种具有导流效果的复合吸收芯体及制备方法,该复合吸收芯体为表层、上吸水层、中间吸收层、下吸水层和底层的五层结构;所述下吸水层中间位置设有导液通道;制备步骤为:1)在底层上侧面放置挡板后喷敷热熔结构胶;2)洒上下吸水层,再在下吸水层上部敷设中间吸收层;3)在表层下侧面上喷敷热熔结构胶并洒上上吸水层;4)将步骤3的上吸水层侧面向下覆盖在步骤2的中间吸收层上部,抽出长条挡板压实后即可。采用本发明方法制备的复合吸收芯体的特点是:干爽性好,不起坨,不断层,因为具有导流作用,所以液体下渗速度快,扩散性能也优于一般复合吸收芯体。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸尿裤吸收芯体,具体涉及一种具有导流效果的复合吸收芯体及制备方法。
背景技术
目前婴儿纸尿裤等卫生用品得到了广泛的应用,复合芯体类型纸尿裤由于超薄不断层市场份额也在不断扩大,但是现有技术中的复合吸收芯体纸尿裤此类产品存在一定的缺陷:
1. 现有的复合吸收芯体类型婴儿纸尿裤多次吸收速度慢,有漏尿现象发生;
2. 现有的复合吸收芯体类型纸尿裤在吸收尿液后,由于是多层无尘纸和无纺布组成,中间吸收层在吸收尿液后膨胀回事复合吸收芯体变硬。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种具有导流效果的复合吸收芯体及制备方法。
其技术方案是:一种具有导流效果的复合吸收芯体,该复合吸收芯体为五层结构,自上而下分别为表层、上吸水层、中间吸收层、下吸水层和底层;该复合吸收芯体整幅宽度为8-12cm,所述下吸水层在整幅复合吸收芯体宽度的中部设有0.5-4cm宽的导液通道。
所述表层和底层为平方克重10-50g的紡粘无纺布或无尘纸。
所述上吸水层为20-120目的高分子吸水树脂,所述下吸水层为20-120目的高分子吸水树脂。
所述中间吸收层为平方克重在35-50g的蓬松无纺布。
所述导液通道为长条状、Z形状或S形状结构。
一种具有导流效果的复合吸收芯体的制备方法,制备步骤为:
1)在底层的上侧面底层宽度中间位置沿其长度向放置1-4cm宽的长条挡板,然后用喷胶机喷敷热熔结构胶;
2)在喷敷热熔结构胶的底层上侧面上洒上下吸水层,再在下吸水层上部敷设中间吸收层;
3)在表层下侧面上用喷胶机喷敷热熔结构胶并洒上上吸水层;
4)将步骤3的上吸水层侧面向下覆盖在步骤2的中间吸收层上部,抽出长条挡板压实后即可。
与现有技术相比较,采用本发明方法制备的复合吸收芯体的特点是:干爽性好,不起坨,不断层,因为具有导流作用,所以液体下渗速度快,扩散性能也优于一般复合吸收芯体。特别适合应用于超薄的婴儿纸尿裤、婴儿纸尿片等卫生用品。

所述导液通道6为长条状、Z形状或S形状结构。
一种具有导流效果的复合吸收芯体的制备方法,制备步骤为:
1)在底层的上侧面底层宽度中间位置沿其长度向放置1-4cm宽的长条挡板,然后用喷胶机喷敷热熔结构胶;
2)在喷敷热熔结构胶的底层上侧面上洒上下吸水层,再在下吸水层上部敷设中间吸收层;
3)在表层下侧面上用喷胶机喷敷热熔结构胶并洒上上吸水层;
4)将步骤3的上吸水层侧面向下覆盖在步骤2的中间吸收层上部,取出长条挡板压实后即可。
实施例一:
表层采用宽度为9cm、克重10g/m²的无尘纸,上吸水层采用克重140g/m²、20目的高分子吸水树脂,中间吸收层采用克重35g/m²的热风蓬松无纺布,下吸水层采用克重140g/m²、40目的高分子吸水树脂,底层采用宽度为9cm、克重10g/m²的无尘纸;制备步骤为:
1)在底层的上侧面底层宽度中部沿其长度向放置1cm宽的长条挡板,然后用喷胶机喷敷0.5g/m²的热熔结构胶;
2)在喷敷热熔结构胶的底层上侧面上洒上下吸水层,再在下吸水层上部敷设中间吸收层;
3)在表层下侧面上用喷胶机喷敷热熔结构胶并洒上上吸水层;
4)将步骤3的上吸水层侧面向下覆盖在步骤2的中间吸收层上部,取出长条挡板压实后即可得到具有导流效果的复合吸收芯体。
实施例二:
表层采用宽度为10cm、克重30g/m²的无尘纸,上吸水层采用克重140g/m²、25目的高分子吸水树脂,中间吸收层采用克重45g/m²的热风蓬松无纺布,下吸水层采用克重140g/m²、80目的高分子吸水树脂,底层采用宽度为10cm、克重30g/m²的无尘纸;制备步骤为:
1)在底层的上侧面底层宽度中部沿其长度向放置2.5cm宽的长条挡板,然后用喷胶机喷敷1g/m²的热熔结构胶;
2)在喷敷热熔结构胶的底层上侧面上洒上下吸水层,再在下吸水层上部敷设中间吸收层;
3)在表层下侧面上用喷胶机喷敷热熔结构胶并洒上上吸水层;
4)将步骤3的上吸水层侧面向下覆盖在步骤2的中间吸收层上部,取出长条挡板压实后即可得到具有导流效果的复合吸收芯体。
实施例三:
表层采用宽度为11cm、克重50g/m²的无尘纸,上吸水层采用克重140g/m²、32目的高分子吸水树脂,中间吸收层采用克重50g/m²的热风蓬松无纺布,下吸水层采用克重140g/m²、120目的高分子吸水树脂,底层采用宽度为11cm、克重50g/m²的无尘纸;制备步骤为:
1)在底层的上侧面底层宽度中部沿其长度向放置4cm宽的长条挡板,然后用喷胶机喷敷1.5g/m²的热熔结构胶;
2)在喷敷热熔结构胶的底层上侧面上洒上下吸水层,再在下吸水层上部敷设中间吸收层;
3)在表层下侧面上用喷胶机喷敷热熔结构胶并洒上上吸水层;
4)将步骤3的上吸水层侧面向下覆盖在步骤2的中间吸收层上部,取出长条挡板压实后即可得到具有导流效果的复合吸收芯体。
实施例四:
表层采用宽度为12cm、克重20g/m²的无尘纸,上吸水层采用克重140g/m²、34目的高分子吸水树脂,中间吸收层采用克重38g/m²的热风蓬松无纺布,下吸水层采用克重140g/m²、120目的高分子吸水树脂,底层采用宽度为12cm、克重20g/m²的无尘纸;制备步骤为:
1)在底层的上侧面底层宽度中部沿放置3cm宽Z形状的挡板,然后用喷胶机喷敷1.8g/m²的热熔结构胶;
2)在喷敷热熔结构胶的底层上侧面上洒上下吸水层,再在下吸水层上部敷设中间吸收层;
3)在表层下侧面上用喷胶机喷敷热熔结构胶并洒上上吸水层;
4)将步骤3的上吸水层侧面向下覆盖在步骤2的中间吸收层上部,取出长条挡板压实后即可得到具有导流效果的复合吸收芯体。
实施例五:
表层采用宽度为8cm、克重30g/m²的无尘纸,上吸水层采用克重110g/m²、33目的高分子吸水树脂,中间吸收层采用克重38g/m²的热风蓬松无纺布,下吸水层采用克重140g/m²、108目的高分子吸水树脂,底层采用宽度为12cm、克重20g/m²的无尘纸;制备步骤为:
1)在底层的上侧面底层宽度中部沿放置2cm宽S形状的挡板,然后用喷胶机喷敷1.6g/m²的热熔结构胶;
2)在喷敷热熔结构胶的底层上侧面上洒上下吸水层,再在下吸水层上部敷设中间吸收层;
3)在表层下侧面上用喷胶机喷敷热熔结构胶并洒上上吸水层;
4)将步骤3的上吸水层侧面向下覆盖在步骤2的中间吸收层上部,取出长条挡板压实后即可得到具有导流效果的复合吸收芯体。
上述实施例中,放置长条挡板,使底层上部中间位置留有空隙的位置没有洒下下吸水层。在吸收芯体吸收液体时,形成导液通道6,从而使液体渗漏时间缩短,也较好的提高了复合吸收芯体的扩散长度。
将上述实施例切割成38X10cm规格,测试本发明的复合吸收芯体:
测试方法为本发明的复合吸收芯体中间放上不锈钢圆环(内径50mm,外径为60mm,重量为320g,圆筒高度为5cm),每次加入生理盐水80ml,间隔10分钟,共加液体三次;第30分钟测试返渗(加压砝码直径为10cm,重量为12kg,滤纸为中性中速滤纸)。
下图标为对比试验结果:
通过以上数据可以看出,带沟槽的本发明的复合吸收芯体在吸收速度和返渗方面有明显优势。
采用本发明方法制备的复合吸收芯体的特点是:干爽性好,不起坨,不断层,因为具有导流作用,所以液体下渗速度快,扩散性能也优于一般复合吸收芯体。特别适合应用于超薄的婴儿纸尿裤、婴儿纸尿片等卫生用品。

Claims (6)

1.一种具有导流效果的复合吸收芯体,其特征在于:该复合吸收芯体为五层结构,自上而下分别为表层、上吸水层、中间吸收层、下吸水层和底层;该复合吸收芯体整幅宽度为8-12cm,所述下吸水层在整幅复合吸收芯体宽度的中部设有0.5-4cm宽的导液通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有导流效果的复合吸收芯体,其特征在于:所述表层和底层为平方克重10-50g的紡粘无纺布或无尘纸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有导流效果的复合吸收芯体,其特征在于:所述上吸水层为20-120目的高分子吸水树脂,所述下吸水层为20-120目的高分子吸水树脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有导流效果的复合吸收芯体,其特征在于:所述中间吸收层为平方克重在35-50g的蓬松无纺布。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有导流效果的复合吸收芯体,其特征在于:所述导液通道为长条状、Z形状或S形状结构。
6.根据权利要求1—4所述的一种具有导流效果的复合吸收芯体的制备方法,其特征在于:制备步骤为:
1)在底层的上侧面底层宽度中间位置沿其长度向放置1-4cm宽的长条挡板,然后用喷胶机喷敷热熔结构胶;
2)在喷敷热熔结构胶的底层上侧面上洒上下吸水层,再在下吸水层上部敷设中间吸收层;
3)在表层下侧面上用喷胶机喷敷热熔结构胶并洒上上吸水层;
4)将步骤3的上吸水层侧面向下覆盖在步骤2的中间吸收层上部,抽出长条挡板压实后即可。
