本申请公开了一种防溢乳垫,包括由相互贴合的内表层、导流层、吸收芯体层和外表层组成的本体,所述内表层包括设置在面层的粗旦纤维层和设置在里层的细旦纤维层。在本申请的具体实施方式中,由于,内表层包括设置在面层的粗旦纤维层和设置在里层的细旦纤维层,粗旦纤维层可用于快速吸收乳汁,细旦纤维层可用于使乳汁快速扩散,加速乳汁向吸收芯体层渗透,粗旦纤维层最靠近人体,导流层设置在细旦纤维层和吸收芯体层之间,乳汁能快速穿透粗旦纤维层,到达细旦纤维层后进行初步扩散,乳汁到达导流层后可快速扩散,以加速乳汁在吸收芯体层的吸收速度,提高吸收芯体层的利用率,而且锁定母乳,确保内衣的干爽。

一种防溢乳垫
技术领域
本申请涉及母婴用品,尤其涉及一种防溢乳垫。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,以及避免哺乳期不必要的尴尬,一次性防溢乳垫由于作为防止渗乳的卫生用品可保持文胸的干净及干爽,因而逐渐被哺乳期妈妈所接受。
哺乳期妈妈在使用现有防溢乳垫的过程中,防溢乳垫竖直贴近身体,由于重力的原因,导致溢乳的吸收主要集中在防溢乳垫下方的吸收区,而乳汁难以扩散至上方的吸收体。现有的乳垫无法快速及时地吸收乳汁,多余的乳汁从下方渗漏。
发明内容
本申请要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种防溢乳垫。
本申请要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案加以解决:
一种防溢乳垫,包括由相互贴合的内表层、导流层、吸收芯体层和外表层组成的本体,所述内表层包括设置在面层的粗旦纤维层和设置在里层的细旦纤维层,所述粗旦纤维层的单纤纤度为0.5dtex~2.0 dtex,所述细旦纤维层的单纤纤度为2.0dtex~6.0 dtex。
所述的粗旦纤维层的纤维为PE/PET或PE/PP双组份纤维,单纤纤度为2.2dtex~5.6dtex。
所述的细旦纤维层的纤维为PE/PET或PE/PP双组份纤维,单纤纤度为1.0dtex~1.7dtex。
所述无纺布内表层具有赋形纹路,
所述赋形纹路包括菱形纹、珍珠纹和/或条形纹。
所述内表层为热风法非织造布且克重为25g/m2~40g/m2
所述导流层采用纯棉无纺布制得且克重为25g/m2~45 g/m2
所述本体分为上吸收区和下吸收区,所述下吸收区下半部设有水平设置的锁水胶层。
所述锁水胶层由具有高吸水树脂的热熔胶涂布在细旦纤维层上制得。
还包括分别设置在所述上吸收区和所述下吸收区的背胶。
由于采用了以上技术方案,使本申请具备的有益效果在于:
在本申请的具体实施方式中,由于内表层包括设置在面层的粗旦纤维层和设置在里层的细旦纤维层,粗旦纤维层可用于快速吸收乳汁,细旦纤维层可用于使乳汁快速扩散,加速乳汁向吸收芯体层渗透,粗旦纤维层最靠近人体,导流层设置在细旦纤维层和吸收芯体层之间,乳汁能快速穿透粗旦纤维层,到达细旦纤维层后进行初步扩散,乳汁到达导流层后可快速扩散,以加速乳汁在吸收芯体层的吸收速度,提高吸收芯体层的利用率,而且锁定母乳,确保内衣的干爽。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式结合附图对本申请作进一步详细说明。
如图1、图2所示,本申请的防溢乳垫,其一种实施方式,包括由相互贴合的内表层、导流层20、吸收芯体层30和外表层40组成的本体,内表层、导流层20、吸收芯体层30和外表层40相互贴合且依次排列。在内表层、导流层20、吸收芯体层30及外表层40,均经过边缘处的热压合处理。内表层包括粗旦纤维层11和细旦纤维层12,粗旦纤维层11为面层,直接与肌肤接触,细旦纤维层12为里层。本申请中,粗旦纤维层指单纤纤度为0.5dtex~2.0 dtex的纤维层,细旦纤维层是指单纤纤度为2.0dtex~6.0 dtex的纤维层。粗旦纤维层11可用于快速吸收乳汁,细旦纤维层12可用于使乳汁快速扩散,加速乳汁向吸收芯体层30渗透。粗旦纤维层11最靠近人体,导流层20设置在细旦纤维层12和吸收芯体层30之间。乳汁能快速穿透粗旦纤维层11,到达细旦纤维层12后进行初步扩散,乳汁到达导流层20后可快速扩散,以加速乳汁在吸收芯体层30的吸收速度,提高吸收芯体层的利用率,而且锁定母乳,确保内衣的干爽。在一种实施方式中,内表层为热风法非织造布且克重为25g/m2~40g/m2
本申请的粗旦纤维层的纤维为PE/PET或PE/PP双组份纤维,单纤纤度为2.2dtex~5.6 dtex。细旦纤维层的纤维为PE/PET或PE/PP双组份纤维,单纤纤度为1.0dtex~1.7dtex。在本实施方式中,粗旦纤维层可选用PE/PP双组份纤维,单纤纤度为3.3dtex。细旦纤维线也可选用PE/PP双组份纤维,单纤纤度为1.0dtex。
在一种实施方式中,内表层具有赋形纹路(图未示),该赋形纹路包括菱形纹、珍珠纹和/或条形纹。赋形纹路也可以是其他形状,具体可设置在内表层的面层上,即设置在粗旦纤维层11上。
本申请的防溢乳垫,导流层20可采用纯棉水刺无纺布制得,其克重为25g/m2~45g/m2。优选25~30 g/m2
现有市售防溢乳垫部分采用热风无纺布、热轧无纺布做导流层,其原材料PE、PET、PP本身均不能吸收水分,依靠毛细管张力及孔隙结构来传导水分,其作为存储及导流的作用欠佳。本申请采用具有吸水能力的纯棉水刺无纺布为导流层,棉纤维本身可吸收并传导水分,有利于提高吸收芯体层利用率,降低液体的反渗量。由于棉纤维本身吸湿,自身残留液体较多,在压力作用下反渗量较大,本申请采用具有赋形纹路的热风无纺布作为面层与皮肤接触,赋形热风无纺布表面具有凹凸结构,降低了与皮肤接触面积,透气性更佳,可有效降低产品反渗量,使产品更干爽。
在一种实施方式中,本体分为上吸收区50和下吸收区60。本体可由平行水平面的中心线划分为上吸收区50和下吸收区60。下吸收区60下半部设有锁水胶层70,锁水胶层70水平设置。锁水胶层70由具有高吸水树脂的热熔胶涂布在细旦纤维层12上制得。涂布范围距离水平中心线3cm~6cm,涂布宽度3mm~10mm。在一种实施方式中,锁水胶层70横贯整个下吸收区60。表内表层的细旦纤维层12含有高吸收树脂的热熔胶涂布层(即锁水胶层)能够吸收漏液,阻挡乳汁外泄,具有良好的防溢效果。
本申请的防溢乳垫,还包括背胶80。背胶80可以有一块,也可以有多块。在本实施方式中,背胶80有两块,分别设置在上吸收区50和下吸收区60,背胶80可直接粘结于内衣上。设置背胶80,可使防溢乳垫在使用过程中不移位。

Claims (10)

1.一种防溢乳垫,包括由相互贴合的内表层、导流层、吸收芯体层和外表层组成的本体,其特征在于,所述内表层包括设置在面层的粗旦纤维层和设置在里层的细旦纤维层。
2.如权利要求1所述的防溢乳垫,其特征在于,所述的粗旦纤维层的纤维为PE/PET或PE/PP双组份纤维,单纤纤度为2.2dtex~5.6 dtex。
3.如权利要求2所述的防溢乳垫,其特征在于,所述的细旦纤维层的纤维为PE/PET或PE/PP双组份纤维,单纤纤度为1.0dtex~1.7dtex。
4.如权利要求3所述的防溢乳垫,其特征在于,所述无纺布内表层具有赋形纹路。
5.如权利要求4所述的防溢乳垫,其特征在于,所述赋形纹路包括菱形纹、珍珠纹和/或条形纹。
6.如权利要求4所述的防溢乳垫,其特征在于,所述内表层为热风法非织造布且克重为25g/m2~40g/m2
7.如权利要求4所述的防溢乳垫,其特征在于,所述导流层采用纯棉无纺布制得且克重为25g/m2~45 g/m2
8.如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的防溢乳垫,其特征在于,所述本体分为上吸收区和下吸收区,所述下吸收区下半部设有水平设置的锁水胶层。
9.如权利要求8所述的防溢乳垫,其特征在于,所述锁水胶层由具有高吸水树脂的热熔胶涂布在细旦纤维层上制得。
10.如权利要求8所述的防溢乳垫,其特征在于,还包括分别设置在所述上吸收区和所述下吸收区的背胶。
