Abstract
本发明公开了一种无阻力的联接件。其中,固定件1埋置在被连接件10中并与其齐平;转轴7埋置在固定件1中并与其齐平;锁轴2插在空穴15的上端并与轴7齐平;锁销3穿过通孔17并插入通孔16中,凹槽8,使锁销3一端在转轴7时能移动;锁槽9与锁销3的一端啮合;物件12上开有孔11;借此,当转动转轴7使固定板5在孔11底下与孔11正交时锁销3与槽9啮合。
Description
本发明涉及高速行驶车辆的联结部分的将盖板和车体连接起来的联接件。
由于常规的用于高速行驶车辆联接部分的联接件上有许多突起,因此车辆高速行驶时在联接件周围会产生紊流和涡流及类似现象,它们增加了阻力从而降低车速。
本发明的目的是提供一种联接件,它将两物件互相固紧在一起,并当它用在车辆的联接部分时,防止在其周围产生紊流和涡流及类似现象,减低了阻力。
为实现上述目的,本发明的联接件包括:
一固定埋置在互相连结的两物件之一中的固定件,其表面与该物件表面齐平;
一可转动地埋置在该固定件中的转轴,其前端面与该固定件的前端面齐平;
一固定安装在该转轴下端的固定板;
一沿轴向插入该转轴中空部分中的压缩弹簧圈;
一插入在转轴中空部分上部的锁轴,其前端面与转轴的前端面齐平;
一穿过转轴上沿轴向伸长的通孔并被插入锁轴通孔中的锁销,该沿轴向伸长的通孔在转轴的径向延伸,该通孔在锁轴的径向延伸;
一位于固定件内周表面上的凹槽,以使在转动锁轴时,锁销的一端能移动,凹槽底面的一端开有沿轴向伸展的锁槽,该锁槽与锁销的端面啮合;以及
位于两物件中的另一物件上的接受孔,连结板和转轴的前端部分穿过该接受孔;
借此当转动转轴时,锁销与锁槽啮合,从而连结板在接受孔底下与接受孔以90°角相交。

下面结合附图和标号详述本发明。
在本发明联结件中,固定件1埋置在物件10、12之一的10上,其表面与10的表面齐平,物件10和12相互连结。转轴7可转动地埋置在固定件1中,其前端面与固定件前端面齐平。固定板5固定安装在转轴7的下端,压缩弹簧圈4沿轴向插入转轴的中空部分15中。锁轴2插入在中空部分15的上端部,其端面与转轴7端面齐平。锁销3穿过转轴7径向上的一对沿轴向伸长的通孔17并被插入锁轴径向通孔16中。每个转轴7的沿轴向伸长的通孔17在转轴7的径向伸展。另一方面,锁轴2的通孔16在锁轴2的径向伸展。
固定件1内沿周表面上开有一对径向凹槽8,使锁销3的两端在转动锁轴2时能移动。固定件1的每个凹槽8底面上都开有轴向伸展的锁槽9。每个锁槽9与锁销3的每个相对的端面啮合。物件10、12中的物件12上开有接受孔11,使固定板5和转轴的前端部分能从中穿过。因此,当转动转轴7使固定板5在物件12底下与物件12的接受孔11正交时,锁销3与固定件1的锁槽9啮合。
在本发明联接件中,当物件10、12处于不相连接的状态,锁销3的两端紧靠住与固定件1的凹槽8底面上的锁槽9相对的两端。因此,锁轴2处在下凹位置上。当把待连结物件10以预定位置叠放在另一物件12之上时,固定板5和转轴7的前端就有可能穿过物件12的接受孔11。在固定板5和转轴7前端部分完成穿过之后,用扳手之类的工具以预定角度转动转轴7使固定板5在物件12的接受孔11底下与物件12的接受孔11正交。
此时,位于锁销3的两端与固定件1的凹槽8的相对两端的位置相合(对应于固定件1的锁槽9位置上),压缩弹簧4的弹力作用下将锁轴2向前推。结果,锁销3与固定件1的锁槽9啮合,使物件10和12被互相锁在一起。
为了分开物件10和12,必须使用扳手之类的工具压下锁轴2。在压下锁轴2时,锁销3的两端便从固定件1的锁槽9中脱出,接着,转动转轴7,使固定板5与物件12的接受孔11在一直线上,借此物件12脱离开固定板5,也就脱离开物件10。因此,在把物件10从物件12向前拉开时,转轴7的前端部分和固定板5在接受孔11的前方被自物件12的接受孔11内拉出。
在附图所示本发明的实施例中,物件10为用于高速行驶车辆联结部分的盖板,而物件12为高速行驶车辆的车身。固定件1为圆柱形,从物件10的上方被插进物件10的安装孔19中,并用螺帽20与固定件1的螺纹部分1a啮合旋紧在物件10上。转轴7同心地被插进固定件1中。在转轴7的前端凸缘7a的上端面上,开有凹槽17。在下锁销3用的也是在转动锁轴时所使用的扳手之类的工具。
固定板5被紧套在转轴7的前端,使其不能相对转轴7转动,并用开口环6卡进转轴7的环形槽18中,使其轴向固定在转轴7上。在固定板5上还有一对径向布置的倾斜的凸轮板14,通过它使物件10与物件12紧靠在一起。固定件1的每一个凹槽8的圆心角为90°。在上述本发明的实施例中,凹槽8有两个,故固定件1的锁槽9也是两个。
如上所述,在本发明联结件中,当固定板5在物件12底下与接受孔11正交时,锁轴2受弹力向前推从而使锁销3的两端与固定件1的锁槽9啮合。在压缩弹簧圈4的弹力作用下被紧紧啮合在一起。因此,物件10和12被紧紧连结在一起。
而且,在本发明的联结件中;固定件1紧嵌在物件10中,使其表面物件10的表面齐平;转轴7可转动地套在固定件1中,两者的上端面齐平;而锁轴2插入在转轴7的中空部分15中,并被向前偏置,从而使其前端面与转轴7的前端齐平。因此,本发明联结件的周围没有任何突起,从而不担心会产生紊流和涡流及类似现象以增加阻力。因此,本发明联结件适用于将盖板与高速行驶车辆的联接部分连结在一起。
Claims (1)
1.一种联接件,其特征在于包括:
一固定件(1),紧嵌在物件(10,12)之一(10)中,使其表面与该物件(10)的表面齐平,所述物件(10,12)相互连结;
一转轴(7),可转动地嵌入上述固定件(1)中,使其前端面与所述固定件(1)的前端面齐平;
一固定板(5),固定安装在所述转轴(7)下端;
一压缩弹簧圈(4),沿轴向插入所述转轴(7)的中空部分(15)中;
一锁轴(2),插进所述中空部分(15)的上端内,使其前端面与该转轴(7)的前端面齐平;
一锁销(3),穿过所述转轴(7)沿轴向延伸的通孔(17)并被插入锁轴(2)的通孔(16)中,所述的沿轴向拉长的通孔(17)在所述转轴(7)的径向上延伸,所述的通孔(16)在所述锁轴(2)的径向上延伸;
一凹槽(8),位于所述固定件(1)内周表面上,在转动所述锁轴(2)时,锁销(3)的一端能移动,所述凹槽(8)其底面的一端开有轴向延伸的锁槽(9),所述锁槽(9)与所述锁销(3)的所述末端部分啮合;以及
一接受孔(11),位于该物件(10,12)中的物件(12)上,所述固定板(5)和所述转轴(7)的前端部分能穿过该接受孔(11);
当转动所述转轴(7),使固定板(5)在所述物件(10,12)之一的物件(12)的接受孔(11)底下与该接受孔(11)相交90°时,锁销(3)与锁槽(9)啮合。
