Abstract

本发明公开了一种易撕裂多层共挤热成型拉伸底膜,包括表层、阻隔芯层和热封层,阻隔芯层中含有至少一层聚酰胺层,表层与阻隔芯层和/或阻隔芯层与热封层之间设置有中间层;中间层为沙林层或COC层,或为沙林层和COC层通过粘合层粘接的复合膜层。该易撕裂多层共挤热成型拉伸底膜中加入易撕裂的COC层或沙林层,即向拉伸底膜中引入了撕裂破坏点,在外力作用下,撕裂破坏点处首先撕裂,然后带动其他非易撕裂层,进而将撕裂作用扩大到整个膜结构。

一种易撕裂多层共挤热成型拉伸底膜
技术领域
本发明涉及共挤热成型拉伸膜技术领域,具体涉及一种易撕裂多层共挤热成型拉伸底膜。
背景技术
热成型拉伸膜强韧,具有高抗冲击度和穿透强度、自粘性好、透明、包装后不扩大货物体积,能防震、防潮,保护性强,是国际上非常流行的一种包装形式。
热成型拉伸膜的结构层中含有结构强韧的尼龙材料,由于膜本身均未经过取向过程,因此材料强度良好且具有很好的形变能力,因此热成型拉伸膜材料的撕裂强度远远高于双向拉伸薄膜。一般而言,这种强度上的优势是积极的,有正面意义的。但是在休闲食品如牛肉干、猪肉脯、豆干、鸡蛋等撕开即食的食品包装应用中,撕裂强度上的优势反而变成了劣势,会导致顾客无法顺利的通过边缘易撕口打开包装。
现有技术中的直线易撕膜材料为双向拉伸类薄膜,该中薄膜在生产时经过了拉伸取向处理,包装成袋后只需要一个缺口就很容易撕裂,但是双向拉伸类薄膜无法用于热成型包装。中国专利CN103072351A中公开了一种直线易撕型复合膜,复合膜由内至外分为内层和外层,外层采用PET塑料作为原料,内层分为两层,其中一层为内层A,采用质量比为1:4.2~1:4.8的环烯烃类共聚物B与聚乙烯的共混物作为原料,另一层为内层B,采用质量比为1:9.5~1:10.5 的环烯烃类共聚物(COC)A与乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)的共混物作为原料;环烯烃类共聚物(COC)A是乙烯和摩尔含量为51-55%降冰片烯通过共聚合而得,环烯烃类共聚物B是乙烯和摩尔含量30-34%降冰片烯通过共聚合而得。中国专利CN102452205A中公开了与上述专利相类似的直线易撕型复合膜。上述薄膜通过将COC和EVA共混作为膜层材料,改善复合膜的易撕性能。上述复合膜中不含有PA或EVOH材质所为阻隔层,因此其阻隔效果差,不适用于需要阻气的食品或药品包装使用,且上述复合膜主要用于手术包的无菌包装使用,并非为热成型包装。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种的易撕裂多层共挤热成型拉伸底膜。
为实现上述技术效果,本发明的技术方案为:一种易撕裂多层共挤热成型拉伸底膜,包括表层、阻隔芯层和热封层,其特征在于,阻隔芯层中含有至少一层聚酰胺层,表层与阻隔芯层和/或阻隔芯层与热封层之间设置有中间层;所述中间层为沙林层或COC层,或为沙林层和COC层通过粘合层粘接的复合膜层。
由于沙林层和COC层为易撕材质,撕裂时作为材料的破坏点首先发生断裂,从而带动其他非易撕裂层进行撕裂;阻隔芯层中的聚氨酯层可赋予拉伸底膜良好的阻隔性能和强韧度。
优选的技术方案为,所述表层为聚酰胺表层或聚烯烃表层,所述热封层为选自聚烯烃热封层、POP层、POE层和沙林层中的一种。聚烯烃热封层能满足基本的热封要求,而POP层、POE层和沙林层由于具有优良的低温热封性能和抗污染热封性能,起封温度低,更适用于高速包装设备中。
为了进一步优化阻隔效果,优选的技术方案为,阻隔芯层还包括至少一层乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层,乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层与聚酰胺层相邻设置。
优选的技术方案为,阻隔芯层的两侧表面膜层均为聚酰胺层,两表面膜层之间设置有至少一层乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层或粘合层。聚酰胺/乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物/聚酰胺为高阻隔三明治结构,聚酰胺/粘合层/聚酰胺为中阻隔三明治结构。
优选的技术方案为,阻隔芯层的聚酰胺层由聚酰胺6和无定型聚酰胺共混而成。采用共混聚酰胺的作用在于:提高材料整体的刚性,避免材料在撕裂过程中出现钝口而加剧撕裂难度;同时降低膜层的撕裂强度,使得尼龙材料在保有较高的拉伸强度的同时易撕裂性大大提高。
优选的技术方案为,阻隔芯层的聚酰胺层树脂中无定型聚酰胺的质量百分比为25~75%。无定型聚酰胺的含量过低则对材料的刚性改善不明显,出现钝口的几率较高,而无定型聚酰胺的含量过高则膜层的撕裂强度降低幅度较大且影响膜层的拉伸强度。采用上述共混比例的膜材料与未改进的等厚同结构材料相比,裤型撕裂的强度降低了35%以上。
进一步优选的技术方案为,热封层的膜层总数为1~3层PE层复合而成。
优选的技术方案还可以为,中间层设置在阻隔层与热封层之间,阻隔层与聚酰胺表层之间设置有聚烯烃内层。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
该易撕裂多层共挤热成型拉伸底膜中加入易撕裂的COC层或沙林层,即向拉伸底膜中引入了撕裂破坏点,在外力作用下,撕裂破坏点处首先撕裂,然后带动其他非易撕裂层,进而将撕裂作用扩大到整个膜结构;
易撕裂多层共挤热成型拉伸底膜具有较高的拉伸强度和易撕裂性,并具有良好的阻隔性能,适用于牛肉干、猪肉脯、豆干、鸡蛋等对阻隔性能和易撕性能要求较高的食品包装。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
实施例1的易撕裂多层共挤热成型拉伸底膜包括表层、阻隔芯层和热封层,阻隔芯层为一层聚酰胺层,表层与阻隔芯层之间设置有中间层;中间层为沙林层,表层为聚酰胺层,热封层为一层聚乙烯层。膜结构为PA/ Tie/Surlyn/Tie/PA/ Tie/PE。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1的区别在于,阻隔芯层采用PA/EVOH/PA高阻隔三明治结构,沙林层置于阻隔芯层与热封层之间,膜结构为PA/Tie/PA/EVOH/PA/Tie/Surlyn/PE。
实施例3
实施例3与实施例2的区别在于,沙林层置于阻隔芯层两侧,分别位于表层与阻隔芯层和阻隔芯层与热封层之间,膜结构为PA/Tie/Surlyn/Tie/PA/EVOH/PA/Tie/Surlyn/PE。
实施例4
实施例4与实施例2的区别在于,中间层为沙林层和COC层通过粘合层粘接的复合膜层。膜结构为PA/Tie/PA/EVOH/PA/Tie/COC/ Tie /Surlyn/PE。
实施例5
实施例5与实施例2的区别在于,膜层中的沙林层用COC层置换,膜结构为PA/Tie/PA/EVOH/PA/Tie/COC/PE。
实施例6
实施例6与实施例2的区别在于,阻隔芯层采用PA/Tie/PA中阻隔三明治结构,膜结构为PA/Tie/PA/ Tie /PA/Tie/Surlyn/PE。
实施例1-6中的尼龙均为聚氨酯6,拉伸底膜总厚度为125μm,其中,表层聚酰胺的厚度为11μm,热封层聚乙烯的厚度为19μm,阻隔层的厚度为9μm。
实施例7~9基于实施例3,区别在于:阻隔芯层的聚酰胺层由聚酰胺6和无定型聚酰胺共混而成。实施例7-9阻隔芯层的聚酰胺层树脂中无定型聚酰胺的质量百分比分别为25%、50%和75%。
对比例
对比例1的结构基于实施例2,区别在于不包含沙林层,膜结构为PA/Tie/PA/EVOH/PA/Tie /PE。
性能对比:采用智能电子拉力试验机测试实施例和对比例的裤型撕裂强度,裤型撕裂强度曲线中取三个点值进行对比。实验条件为:试验温度23℃,撕裂速度300mm/min。

此外,表层材质还可以置换成聚烯烃材质,热封层置换层POP层、POE层和沙林层中的一种可以增加热封层的低温热封性能和抗污染热封性能,起封温度低,更适用于高速包装设备中。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种易撕裂多层共挤热成型拉伸底膜,包括表层、阻隔芯层和热封层,其特征在于,阻隔芯层中含有至少一层聚酰胺层,阻隔芯层与热封层之间设置有中间层;所述中间层为沙林层和COC层通过粘合层粘接的复合膜层,所述表层为聚酰胺表层,所述热封层为POP层,阻隔芯层的聚酰胺层由聚酰胺6和无定型聚酰胺共混而成,阻隔芯层的聚酰胺层树脂中无定型聚酰胺的质量百分比为75%,热封层为3层PE层复合而成,阻隔芯层与聚酰胺表层之间设置有聚烯烃内层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易撕裂多层共挤热成型拉伸底膜,其特征在于,阻隔芯层还包括至少一层乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层,乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物层与聚酰胺层相邻设置。
