背景技术
随着生活节奏的加快,人类的皮肤的负担也随之增加。衰老是一种自然的过程,生物分子自然交联学说对此作过比较系统的阐述。该学说在论证生物体衰老的分子机制时指出:生物体是一个不稳定的化学体系,属于耗散结构。体系中各种生物分子具有大量的活泼基团,它们必然相互作用发生化学反应使生物分子缓慢交联以趋向化学活性的稳定。随着时间的推移,交联程度不断增加,生物分子的活泼基团不断消耗减少,原有的分子结构逐渐改变,这些变化的积累会使生物组织逐渐出现衰老现象。重金属是皮肤与身体加速衰老的第一杀手。现在很多化妆品种都加有抗衰老成分。
《一种养颜美白面霜》(申请号:CN201310584174.2),公开了一种养颜美白面霜,长期使用可以提亮肤色,对人体无害,但是在修复抗衰老功能发面有所欠缺;《一种抗衰老面霜》(申请号:CN201310624752.0),公开了一种抗衰老面霜,能养颜防衰老,促进新陈代谢的进行,包含了金盏花提取物、油茶叶提取物、表皮生长因子、人参根提取物、乳木果油、芦荟提取液、葡萄籽提取物,所用成分较多,成本较高。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种含儿茶素的养颜修复面霜及其制备方法。在美白肌肤的同时,还可以延缓皮肤衰老,增加肌肤弹性,所用儿茶素,从来源广泛的布渣叶提取制备而来,提取工艺简单,成本低。
本发明的面霜,主要包括以下组分:抗氧化剂5-9份、抗敏剂0.5-2份、美白剂2.5-6份、保湿剂2-12份、润肤剂7-24份、氢氧化钾0.03-0.2份、增稠剂0.1-0.3份、乳化剂1.5-5.8份、防腐剂0.2-1份。其中所述抗氧化剂主要为儿茶素。
所述抗氧化剂为重量份比为(3~6):(1~3):(2~5)的儿茶素、生育酚和丁羟甲苯的混合物;
所述儿茶素由布渣叶通过以下步骤制备:
(1)粗提:将布渣叶以水、甲醇、乙醇的1:2:2比例混合的溶液为提取溶媒,进行提取,过滤,将滤液浓缩至布渣生药浓度为0.5-5g/ml,得粗提物;
(2)精制:将步骤(1)所得的粗提物,以大孔树脂为吸附剂,先以水或体积分数为1-20%的乙醇溶液或体积分数为1-20%的甲醇溶液为洗脱液,进行洗脱,直至洗脱液无色;再以体积分数为60-90%的乙醇溶液或甲醇溶液为洗脱液,进行洗脱,收集体积分数为60-90%的乙醇溶液或甲醇溶液洗脱液,减压浓缩,得布渣叶儿茶素样品。
所述抗敏剂为重量份比为(1~2.5):(1.5~4)的尿囊素和辛酰水杨酸的混合物;
所述美白剂为重量份比为(2~4):(1~4):(1~4)的甘草黄酮、3-o-乙基抗坏血酸和木瓜蛋白酶的混合物;
所述保湿剂为重量份比为(2~8):(3~10):(0.1-3)的透明质酸钠、甘油和山梨醇的混合物;
所述润肤剂为重量份比为(2~5):(2~6):(1~3):(1~4)辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷、角鲨烷的混合物;
所述增稠剂为黄原胶;
所述乳化剂为重量份比为(1~3):(1~3):(0.5~3):(0.05~2)的甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡醇棕榈酸酯/山梨坦棕榈酸酯/山梨坦橄榄油酸酯、C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷和橄榄油PEG-7的混合物;
所述防腐剂为重量份比为(1~2):(1~2)的苯氧乙醇和羟苯甲酯的混合物。
所述的含儿茶素的养颜修复面霜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将乳化剂、润肤剂投入油相锅中,加热至70-85℃,等所有组分熔解后保温,制得A相;
(2)将保湿剂、增稠剂和去离子水依次投入水相锅中,加热至70-85℃,保温15-30m使其充分溶解,制得B相;
(3)将步骤(1)制得的A相和步骤(2)制得的B相依次抽入到乳化锅中,均质5-15分钟,搅拌速率为2000-4000rpm,而后保温搅拌15-45m,搅拌速率为30-50rpm;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的混合物冷却至40-45℃,加入氢氧化钾,搅拌均匀;
(5)加入抗敏剂、美白剂、抗氧化剂和防腐剂,搅拌均匀,得到养颜修复面霜。
下面对本发明中的主要功效成分进行介绍:
布渣叶(Microcos Paniculata Linn),别名破布叶,椴树科植物的干燥叶。性平味酸、微涩。功能清热解毒,消滞。用分光光度法测定布渣叶各部位的总黄酮,其中叶中片总黄酮平均质量分数为16.94%;茎中为5.15%;果中为1.52%。叶片总黄酮含量最高。这也是首选布渣叶入药的依据。而其中所含有的儿茶素,是天然的油脂抗氧化剂,抗氧化活性甚至比维他命E还强。并且可以清除人体产生的自由基,从而能够达到延缓衰老的功效。布渣叶分布广,资源丰富,提取儿茶素的工艺简单,可以最大程度的控制成本。
尿囊素,是一种无味的白色结晶体,其熔点为226-240,在冷的水和醇中微溶,在热的水和醇中随温度的升高溶解度明显增加,另外尿囊素为两性化合物,可溶于氢氧化钠。尿囊素饱和水溶液显弱酸性,PH值为5.5。尿囊素具有弱的局部麻痹作用,能有效的减轻刺激物的刺激,同时它也是一种抗氧化剂,同其他一些水溶性维生素一样其集合自由基的能力和维生素C差不多,所以能增强细胞的抗氧化能力。
3-o-乙基抗坏血酸,别名维生素C乙基醚,是一种亲油的水溶性维生素C衍生物,容易穿透角质层进入真皮层,进入皮肤后易被生物酶分解而发挥维C的作用,从而提高其生物利用度。不仅如此,维生素C乙基醚相对普通的维生素C还显示出极高的稳定性。其通过抑制酪氨酸酶的Cu2+活性,可以阻断黑色素的形成;防止日光引起的皮肤炎症;改善皮肤色泽,促进胶原蛋白产生,增加皮肤弹性。
甘草黄酮,棕红色稠状液体,不溶于水及各种油酯,溶于乙醇、丙二醇、甘油及部分有机溶剂。甘草黄酮是天然的美白剂,它既能抑制酪氨酸酶的活性,又能抑制多巴色素互变和DHICA氧化酶的活性,是一种快速、高效、绿色的美白祛斑化妆品添加剂。
木瓜蛋白酶,简称木瓜酶,又称为木瓜酵素。是利用未成熟的番木瓜果实中的乳汁,采用现代生物工程技术提炼而成的纯天然生物酶制品。它是一种含疏基肽链内切酶,具有蛋白酶和酯酶的活性,有较广泛的特异性,对动植物蛋白、多肽、酯、酰胺等有较强的水解能力,同时,还具有合成功能,能把蛋白水解物合成为类蛋白质。溶于水和甘油,水溶液无色或淡黄色,有时呈乳白色;几乎不溶于乙醇、氯仿和乙醚等有机溶剂。最适合PH值5.7(一般3~9.5皆可),在中性或偏酸性时亦有作用,等电点18.75;最适合温度55~60℃(一般10~85℃皆可),耐热性强,在90℃时也不会完全失活;受氧化剂抑制,还原性物质激活。将木瓜蛋白酶加入到含有蛋白质和油脂的化妆品中,具有独特的美白嫩肤、美颜保健、祛斑除污垢、促进血液循环、改善肌肤等功效,提高产品档次。
透明质酸钠,具有特殊的保水作用,份量高达其本身重量的100倍,是目前发现的自然界中保湿性最好的物质,被称为理想的天然保湿因子。它可以改善皮肤营养代谢,使皮肤柔嫩、光滑、去皱、增加弹性、防止衰老,在保湿的同时又是良好的透皮吸收促进剂。与其他营养成分配合使用,可以起到促进营养吸收的更理想效果。
本发明有益效果是所用原料性质温和,天然无刺激,通过提取布渣叶中的儿茶素,复配甘草黄酮、3-o-乙基抗坏血酸、木瓜蛋白酶3种成分,协同增效,使本面霜具有较好的清除自由基的功能,修复受损肌肤,防止肌肤过度衰老,与此同时,还具有良好的美白保湿功效。
具体实施方式
制备方法:
(1)将乳化剂、润肤剂投入油相锅中,加热至70-85℃,等所有组分熔解后保温,制得A相;
(2)将保湿剂、增稠剂和去离子水依次投入水相锅中,加热至70-85℃,保温15-30m使其充分溶解,制得B相;
(3)将步骤(1)制得的A相和步骤(2)制得的B相依次抽入到乳化锅中,均质5-15分钟,搅拌速率为2000-4000rpm,而后保温搅拌15-45m,搅拌速率为30-50rpm;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的混合物冷却至40-45℃,加入氢氧化钾,搅拌均匀;
(5)加入抗敏剂、美白剂、抗氧化剂和防腐剂,搅拌均匀,得到养颜修复面霜。
以上为面霜的制备方法,根据各组份含量的不同,分为以下5个具体的实施例:

儿茶素3份、生育酚0.6份、丁羟甲苯1.5份、尿囊素0.4份、辛酰水杨酸0.4份、甘草黄酮0.04份、3-o-乙基抗坏血酸1份、木瓜蛋白酶2份、透明质酸钠0.01份、甘油4份、山梨醇2.4份、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯2份、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯2份、鲸蜡硬脂醇1份、聚二甲基硅氧烷1份、角鲨烷1份、黄原胶0.12份、甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯1.5份、鲸蜡醇棕榈酸酯/山梨坦棕榈酸酯/山梨坦橄榄油酸酯1.6份、C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷2份、橄榄油PEG-70.8份、苯氧乙醇0.45份、羟苯甲酯0.1份、氢氧化钾0.15份、去离子水50份。
实施例2

面霜功效验证测试:
1)保湿性能测试
体外称重法:分别称取下述试验设计表1配方样品各10g,均匀涂于粘有6cm胶布,大小为40*25的称量瓶中,不加盖,置于29℃,相对湿度(RH)为40%±5%的恒温恒湿植物培养箱中,每隔3小时取出称量,称重结果如表一所示,平行试验3次,按照下式计算平均失水率:
失水率%=W1-W2/W1-W×100%;
其中,W1为实验前试样的称量瓶重量,克;
W2为规定时间间隔后样品机称量瓶重量,克;
W为称量瓶重量,克。

由实施例的实验数据表可以看出,本面霜的保湿效果良好,相比于同类型的某品牌面霜,保湿效果要更为优异,且从对比例可以看出,在分别缺少儿茶素、甘草黄酮、3-o-乙基抗坏血酸、木瓜蛋白酶的这四种美白抗衰成分的面霜制品中,其保湿性能有所降低。而四种成分齐全的实施例中,四种成分协同增效,使本发明面霜的保湿效果有了显著的提升。
2)抗氧化性能测试:
以分光光度计法测定,加抗氧化剂后OD514吸收的下降表示其对有机自由基消除能力。DPPH先用少量乙醇溶液溶解,并以10%乙醇配制成1×10-4mol/L,避光保存。取2molDPPH溶液,加入2mL面霜充分混合,30分钟后在514nm(最大吸收波长处)测定其OD514,以清除DPPH50%即IC50所需面霜量为抗氧化性指标。清除率P计算可用下式:
P=[A 0-(A i-A j)]/A 0
式中,A0=2mLDPPH溶液+2mL溶液的吸光度;Ai=2mLDPPH溶液+2mL本实施例1-5和对比例1-4面霜的吸光度;Aj=2mL本实施例面霜+2mL溶剂的吸光度。
实验结果表明,体外清除DPPH自由基(1×10-4mol/L)50%即IC50所需的各实施例及对比例所需的面霜量如下表所示:

可以看出,与对比例及某面霜相比,本发明面霜具有突出的体外清除自由基能力,具有很好的抗氧化延缓皮肤衰老的性能。
3)美白效果测试
试用对象:每个实施例、对比例制备的面霜,试用对象为年龄25-35岁的女性100名。
使用方法:使用周期为2个月,每天早晚洁面后取适量均匀涂于面部,轻轻按摩至吸收。使用效果如表2所示:

试用后,均未发现刺激性及过敏现象。从使用结果可以看出,本发明的面霜因为添加了美白成分,美白滋润效果良好,但是从对比例可以看出,在缺少某一功效成分的情况下,本面霜的美白效果要降低不少,即儿茶素与各抗氧化成分协同增效,使本面霜有了良好的美白效果。
4)养颜修复效果测试
实验方法:选取90例肌肤松弛粗糙、皱纹多的试验者,年龄介于30-55岁之间。
使用方法:彻底洁肤后,将实施例1制备得到的面霜均匀地涂抹肌肤上,轻轻拍打,早晚各使用一次,每28天为一个疗程,使用1~4个疗程。
评判标准:
显效:使用者自我感觉非常满意,皮肤光滑富有弹性,皱纹明显淡化,小细纹消失;显微镜下皮肤纹理密度明显减少。受试者均无过敏或其他毒副反应。
有效:使用者自我感觉一般满意,皮肤较为光滑,弹性有所改善,小细纹明显淡化,但皱纹依然存在;显微镜下皮肤纹理密度有所减少。
无效:使用者自我感觉不满意,小细纹、皱纹依然存在,甚至有加深的趋势;显微镜下皮肤纹理密度无明显改善。
使用效果
对这90例进行记录和回访,具体结果如表3:

在使用期间,受试者均无过敏或其他毒副反应发生。本发明总有效率达到96.7%,可知,本发明的面霜有明显的消除皱纹、平滑肌肤的效果,长期使用,能让肌肤光滑紧致、富有光泽。实施例2~5也有同样的效果。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种含儿茶素的养颜修复面霜,其特征在于,所述面霜主要包括以下成分:抗氧化剂5-9份、抗敏剂0.5-2份、美白剂2.5-6份、保湿剂2-12份、润肤剂7-24份、氢氧化钾0.03-0.2份、增稠剂0.1-0.3份、乳化剂1.5-5.8份、防腐剂0.2-1份。其中所述抗氧化剂主要为儿茶素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含儿茶素的养颜修复面霜,其特征在于,所述儿茶素由布渣叶通过以下步骤制备:
(1)粗提:将布渣叶以水、甲醇、乙醇的1:2:2比例混合的溶液为提取溶媒,进行提取,过滤,将滤液浓缩至布渣生药浓度为0.5-5g/ml,得粗提物;
(2)精制:将步骤(1)所得的粗提物,以大孔树脂为吸附剂,先以水或体积分数为1-20%的乙醇溶液或体积分数为1-20%的甲醇溶液为洗脱液,进行洗脱,直至洗脱液无色;再以体积分数为60-90%的乙醇溶液或甲醇溶液为洗脱液,进行洗脱,收集体积分数为60-90%的乙醇溶液或甲醇溶液洗脱液,减压浓缩,得布渣叶儿茶素样品。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含儿茶素的养颜修复面霜,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂为重量份比为(3~6):(1~3):(2~5)的儿茶素、生育酚和丁羟甲苯的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含儿茶素的养颜修复面霜,其特征在于,
所述抗敏剂为重量份比为(1~2.5):(1.5~4)的尿囊素和辛酰水杨酸的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含儿茶素的养颜修复面霜,其特征在于,
所述美白剂为重量份比为(2~4):(1~4):(1~4)的甘草黄酮、3-o-乙基抗坏血酸和木瓜蛋白酶的混合物。
6.根据权利要求1所述的含儿茶素的养颜修复面霜,其特征在于,
所述保湿剂为重量份比为(2~8):(3~10):(0.1-3)的透明质酸钠、甘油和山梨醇的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的含儿茶素的养颜修复面霜,其特征在于,
所述润肤剂为重量份比为(2~5):(2~6):(1~3):(1~4)辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、鲸蜡硬脂醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷、角鲨烷的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的含儿茶素的养颜修复面霜,其特征在于,
所述增稠剂为黄原胶;
所述乳化剂为重量份比为(1~3):(1~3):(0.5~3):(0.05~2)的甘油硬脂酸酯/PEG-100硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡醇棕榈酸酯/山梨坦棕榈酸酯/山梨坦橄榄油酸酯、C14-22醇/C12-20烷基葡糖苷和橄榄油PEG-7的混合物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的含儿茶素的养颜修复面霜,其特征在于,
所述防腐剂为重量份比为(1~2):(1~2)的苯氧乙醇和羟苯甲酯的混合物。
10.如权利要求1所述的含儿茶素的养颜修复面霜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将乳化剂、润肤剂投入油相锅中,加热至70-85℃,等所有组分熔解后保温,制得A相;
(2)将保湿剂、增稠剂和去离子水依次投入水相锅中,加热至70-85℃,保温15-30m使其充分溶解,制得B相;
(3)将步骤(1)制得的A相和步骤(2)制得的B相依次抽入到乳化锅中,均质5-15分钟,搅拌速率为2000-4000rpm,而后保温搅 拌15-45m,搅拌速率为30-50rpm;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的混合物冷却至40-45℃,加入氢氧化钾,搅拌均匀;
(5)加入抗敏剂、美白剂、抗氧化剂和防腐剂,搅拌均匀,得到养颜修复面霜。
