Abstract

一种棉麻混纺面料印染用促染剂,包括以下主要成分:蒙脱石粉、皂角粉、瓜尔胶、酸碱调节剂、乳化剂和分散剂,加入促染剂后,无需加入元明粉,大大降低了印染过程中的盐使用量,同时减低了水的使用量,有利于环保;加入的皂角粉、瓜尔胶、酸碱调节剂为天然植物提取物,蒙脱石粉为天然矿物,仅加入少量的乳化剂和分散剂,环保性能好;本发明的促染剂不但环保节水,而且染色效果好,应用与棉麻混纺面料,色彩均匀度高,耐皂洗色牢度高。

一种棉麻混纺面料印染用促染剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织印染技术领域,尤其涉及一种棉麻混纺面料印染用促染剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
棉纤维在纺织工业中占有重要的地位,大约占纤维总产量的65%。目前应用在棉纤维染色方面的最重要、最有潜力的染料是活性染料。活性染料与棉纤维通过共价键结合,从根本上解决了染色纤维湿处理牢度差的问题。同时因为活性染料具有色谱齐全,色泽鲜艳,应用工艺简便,适用性强,价格相对便宜等优点,近些年它已成为棉纤维用染料中产量和产值最大的染料。在传统的活性染料染色工艺中必须加入大量的氯化钠或硫酸钠,当染浴中加入盐后,染料的水合度减小,这样染料由水溶液向纤维表面转移的倾向就增加,平衡上染量就增大。
消除活性染料染色中的盐污染问题,目前主要由两种方法,一是从增加活性染料与棉纤维亲和力着手即棉纤维阳离子化,通过化学和物理的方法对棉纤维进行改性,使纤维表面带正电荷,通过正负电荷之间的静电作用增加纤维与染料的亲和力,达到促染的作用。但是这种方法存在不足之处,如不能循环利用,对纤维本身的性能有影响,小分子试剂用量大,并且有的有毒副作用,高分子试剂不利于染料渗透,染色纤维色光不鲜艳等问题。
其二是代用盐技术,即应用无污染、对环境友好的化合物来替代元明粉(化学名称:无水硫酸钠,别名:元明粉、无水芒硝),这些化合物大多数仍然是盐类,故称作代用盐。人们通过研究知道,一元羧酸盐的盐效应比NaCl强,多元羧酸比一元羧酸盐强,用它们代替食盐和元明粉,盐用量可大大减少,但目前这些所谓的代用盐价格同食盐、元明粉比起来实在是太贵,因此也无法推广和应用。
中国发明专利CN101560736A公开了一种新型替代元明粉的促染剂,它能大幅度降低棉纤维活性染料中的盐用量(使用极少量的促染剂就可使元明粉降到原来用量的50%),是一种在既有利于环保,同时又能降低印染企业生产成本的环保型助剂,但是随着我国对印染行业环保要求的不断提高,迫切需要研发一种成本低、可完全替代元明粉的促染剂。
发明内容
为了解决背景技术中的问题,本发明提供一种棉麻混纺面料印染用促染剂及其制备方法。
一种棉麻混纺面料印染用促染剂,包括以下重量百分比的成分:
蒙脱石粉 25-35%
瓜尔胶 15-25%
皂角粉 15-25%
酸碱调节剂 8-15%
乳化剂 5-8%
分散剂 余量。
优选的,所述的酸碱调节剂为柠檬酸钠。
优选的,所述的乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
优选的,所述的分散剂为科宁润湿剂Hydropalat 875。
一种棉麻混纺面料印染用促染剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将蒙脱石粉碎,并过120目筛,取筛下物,采用湿法研磨的方式,将蒙脱石粉研磨至50-80μm;
B、将蒙脱石粉加入水中,加入分散剂、皂角粉和十二烷基苯磺酸钠,在350-400rpm条件下搅拌均匀;
C、加入瓜尔胶,用高速分散机在8000-10000rpm的条件下持续乳化10-15min,形成均匀的乳状物;
D、加入酸碱调节剂,调节pH值,进行喷雾干燥,得到促染剂。
优选的,所述的步骤D中,将pH值调节为7.2-7.5。
本发明所述的棉麻混纺面料印染用促染剂,包括以下主要成分:蒙脱石粉、皂角粉、瓜尔胶、酸碱调节剂、乳化剂和分散剂,1、加入促染剂后,无需加入元明粉,大大降低了印染过程中的盐使用量,同时减低了水的使用量,有利于环保;2、加入的皂角粉、瓜尔胶、酸碱调节剂为天然植物提取物,蒙脱石粉为天然矿物,仅加入少量的乳化剂和分散剂,环保性能好;3、本发明的促染剂不但环保节水,而且染色效果好,应用与棉麻混纺面料,色彩均匀度高,耐皂洗色牢度高。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种棉麻混纺面料印染用促染剂,包括以下重量百分比的主要成分:
蒙脱石粉 28%
瓜尔胶 22%
皂角粉 20%
酸碱调节剂 10%
乳化剂 7%
分散剂 余量。
所述的酸碱调节剂为柠檬酸钠。
所述的乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
所述的分散剂为科宁润湿剂Hydropalat 875。
一种棉麻混纺面料印染用促染剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将蒙脱石粉碎,并过120目筛,取筛下物,采用湿法研磨的方式,将蒙脱石粉研磨至50-80μm;
B、将蒙脱石粉加入水中,加入分散剂、皂角粉和十二烷基苯磺酸钠,在380rpm条件下搅拌均匀;
C、加入瓜尔胶,用高速分散机在8500rpm的条件下持续乳化12min,形成均匀的乳状物;
D、加入酸碱调节剂,调节pH值,进行喷雾干燥,得到促染剂。
所述的步骤D中,将pH值调节为7.2-7.5。
实施例2
一种棉麻混纺面料印染用促染剂,包括以下重量百分比的主要成分:
蒙脱石粉 35%
瓜尔胶 15%
皂角粉 25%
酸碱调节剂 8%
乳化剂 8%
分散剂 余量。
所述的酸碱调节剂为柠檬酸钠。
所述的乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
所述的分散剂为科宁润湿剂Hydropalat 875。
一种棉麻混纺面料印染用促染剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将蒙脱石粉碎,并过120目筛,取筛下物,采用湿法研磨的方式,将蒙脱石粉研磨至50-80μm;
B、将蒙脱石粉加入水中,加入分散剂、皂角粉和十二烷基苯磺酸钠,在400rpm条件下搅拌均匀;
C、加入瓜尔胶,用高速分散机在8000rpm的条件下持续乳化15min,形成均匀的乳状物;
D、加入酸碱调节剂,调节pH值,进行喷雾干燥,得到促染剂。
所述的步骤D中,将pH值调节为7.2-7.5。
实施例3
一种棉麻混纺面料印染用促染剂,包括以下重量百分比的主要成分:
蒙脱石粉 25%
瓜尔胶25%
皂角粉 15%
酸碱调节剂15%
乳化剂 5%
分散剂 余量。
所述的酸碱调节剂为柠檬酸钠。
所述的乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
所述的分散剂为科宁润湿剂Hydropalat 875。

D、加入酸碱调节剂,调节pH值,进行喷雾干燥,得到促染剂。
所述的步骤D中,将pH值调节为7.2-7.5。
本发明实施例1-3的棉麻混纺面料印染用促染剂,应用于棉麻混纺面料印染,印染后的面料具有非常好的色彩均匀性,皂洗色牢度可以达到4-5级。

蒙脱石粉 25-35%
瓜尔胶 15-25%
皂角粉 15-25%
酸碱调节剂 8-15%
乳化剂 5-8%
分散剂 余量。
2.如权利要求1所述的棉麻混纺面料印染用促染剂,其特征在于,所述的酸碱调节剂为柠檬酸钠。
3.如权利要求1所述的棉麻混纺面料印染用促染剂,其特征在于,所述的乳化剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
4.如权利要求1所述的棉麻混纺面料印染用促染剂,其特征在于,所述的分散剂为科宁润湿剂Hydropalat 875。
5.一种棉麻混纺面料印染用促染剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:将蒙脱石粉碎,并过120目筛,取筛下物,采用湿法研磨的方式,将蒙脱石粉研磨至50-80μm;
步骤二:将蒙脱石粉加入水中,加入分散剂、皂角粉和十二烷基苯磺酸钠,在350-400rpm条件下搅拌均匀;
步骤三:加入瓜尔胶,用高速分散机在8000-10000rpm的条件下持续乳化10-15min,形成均匀的乳状物;
步骤四:加入酸碱调节剂,调节pH值,进行喷雾干燥,得到促染剂。
6.如权利要求5所述的棉麻混纺面料印染用促染剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤四中,将pH值调节为7.2-7.5。
