一种大面积软体浴缸成型方法,包括在带有定型层的外模、内模间注射高回弹保温层,其特征在于在注射高回弹保温层前,在外模的对应浴缸底部处设置有若干穿孔,穿过穿孔的钩将定型层往外模内侧壁拉,使定型层紧贴外模内侧壁,然后再注射高回弹保温层。本发明与已有技术相比,具有防止定型层在模腔内下坠的,保证高回弹保温层的厚度及成型到位的优点。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种浴缸的生产方法。
背景技术:
软体浴缸是由定型层、高回弹保温层、表面加固层、防滑亮光层制造成型,加工时,模具有如图1所示:包括内模1、外模2,加工时,先完成定型层3的加工,然后,外模连同定型层3一起与内模相对分开,留出高回弹保温层空间4,以便注射高回弹保温层,在实际操作中,由于软体浴缸底部面积大,定型层在模腔内下坠,形成高回弹保温层厚度减薄成型不到位。
发明内容:
本发明的发明目的在于提供一种防止定型层在模腔内下坠的,保证高回弹保温层的厚度及成型到位的大面积软体浴缸成型方法。
本发明是这样实现,包括在带有定型层的外模、内模间注射高回弹保温层,其特别之处在于在注射高回弹保温层前,在外模的对应浴缸底部处设置有若干穿孔,穿过穿孔的钩将定型层往外模内侧壁拉,使定型层紧贴外模内侧壁,然后再注射高回弹保温层。
本发明与已有技术相比,具有防止定型层在模腔内下坠的,保证高回弹保温层的厚度及成型到位的优点。

具体实施方式:
现结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步详细描述:
如图所示,本发明包括在带有定型层3的外模2、内模1间依次注射高回弹保温层、铺设表面加固层、铺设防滑亮光层,其特别之处在于在注射高回弹保温层前,在外模2的对应浴缸底部处设置有若干穿孔5,穿过穿孔5的钩将定型层3往外模2内侧壁拉,使定型层3紧贴外模2内侧壁,然后再注射高回弹保温层。

1.一种大面积软体浴缸成型方法,包括在带有定型层的外模、内模间注射高回弹保温层,其特征在于在注射高回弹保温层前,在外模的对应浴缸底部处设置有若干穿孔,穿过穿孔的钩将定型层往外模内侧壁拉,使定型层紧贴外模内侧壁,然后再注射高回弹保温层。
