本发明提出一种用于电火花线切割装置的电极丝输送架,电极丝输送架上方设有竖向张紧机构,电极丝输送架下方设有横向张紧机构,竖向张紧机构包括一对承托块,各承托块上装设有托轮,电极丝从托轮上方绕过,由托轮对电极丝进行托举,承托块之间设有一对竖向轨杆,竖向轨杆伸向承托块之间,竖向轨杆上设有竖向压紧块,竖向压紧块中具有通孔,竖向轨杆从通孔中穿过,使竖向压紧块可沿竖向轨杆滑动,竖向压紧块上设有竖向压紧轮,竖向轨杆上套有竖向弹簧,竖向弹簧末端与竖向压紧块相接,由竖向弹簧将竖向压紧块向下方挤压,电极丝从竖向压紧轮下方绕过,由竖向压紧轮对电极丝进行竖向压紧处理,竖向压紧轮下方设有断丝感应器。

一种用于电火花线切割装置的电极丝输送架
技术领域
本发明涉及切割装置,尤其涉及一种用于电火花线切割装置的电极丝输送架。
背景技术
电火花线切割装置采用电极丝通电在工件间形成电流,使工件与电极丝接触部位迅速升温,使工件熔化,从而对工件进行切割。常用的电火花切割装置操作不便,其电极丝输送架工作不稳定,在运行过程中容易出现电极丝断裂等故障,给工件加工的顺利进行带来不利影响,因此,有必要对这种电火花线切割装置的电极丝输送架进行结构优化,以克服上述缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于电火花线切割装置的电极丝输送架,以减少故障,降低电极丝损耗,提高整个线切割系统的工作稳定性和安全性。
本发明为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是,
一种用于电火花线切割装置的电极丝输送架,该电极丝输送架上方设有竖向张紧机构,电极丝输送架下方设有横向张紧机构,竖向张紧机构包括一对承托块,各承托块上装设有托轮,电极丝从托轮上方绕过,由托轮对电极丝进行托举,承托块之间设有一对竖向轨杆,竖向轨杆伸向承托块之间,竖向轨杆上设有竖向压紧块,竖向压紧块中具有通孔,竖向轨杆从通孔中穿过,使竖向压紧块可沿竖向轨杆滑动,竖向压紧块上设有竖向压紧轮,竖向轨杆上套有竖向弹簧,竖向弹簧末端与竖向压紧块相接,由竖向弹簧将竖向压紧块向下方挤压,电极丝从竖向压紧轮下方绕过,由竖向压紧轮对电极丝进行竖向压紧处理,竖向压紧轮下方设有断丝感应器,电极丝崩断时,竖向压紧块下压并抵住断丝感应器,电极丝输送架上方设有电极丝输出罩,竖向张紧机构中的电极丝从电极丝输出罩输出,对工件进行切割;
横向张紧机构包括转向块,该转向块上装设有转向轮,转向轮下方设有一对横向轨杆,横向轨杆上设有横向压紧块,横向压紧块中具有通孔,横向轨杆从通孔中穿过,使横向压紧块可沿横向轨杆滑动,横向压紧块上设有横向压紧轮,横向轨杆上套有横向弹簧,横向弹簧末端与横向压紧块相接,由横向弹簧对横向压紧块进行挤压,电极丝输送架下方设有电极丝输入罩,对工件进行加工处理后的电极丝穿过电极丝输入罩,从横向压紧轮上绕过,由横向压紧轮对电极丝进行横向压紧处理;
电极丝输出罩侧壁具有槽口,槽口沿电极丝输出罩的长度方向延伸,槽口上装设有封板,封板一边通过铰链与电极丝输出罩相连,其另一边设有磁吸块,使封板可对槽口进行打开或封闭,电极丝输送架上固定有转向板,该转向板中具有弧形滑孔,电极丝输出罩侧壁具有紧定螺栓,紧定螺栓从弧形滑孔中穿过,使电极丝输出罩可沿弧形滑孔偏转方向。
本发明的优点在于,该电极丝输送架设置有竖向张紧机构,电极丝从竖向压紧轮下方绕过,由竖向压紧轮对电极丝进行竖向压紧处理,竖向压紧轮下方设有断丝感应器,电极丝崩断时,竖向压紧块下压并抵住断丝感应器,感应器与控制电路相连,由控制电路对切割装置发出暂停运行的指令,避免因电极丝崩断对工件加工过程造成影响,及早发现故障,降低损失,有利于提升产品质量,提高工作效率。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合图示与具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1、图2、图3所示,本发明提出的用于电火花线切割装置的电极丝输送架上方设有竖向张紧机构,电极丝输送架下方设有横向张紧机构,竖向张紧机构包括一对承托块11,各承托块上装设有托轮12,电极丝从托轮上方绕过,由托轮对电极丝进行托举,承托块之间设有一对竖向轨杆13,竖向轨杆伸向承托块之间,竖向轨杆上设有竖向压紧块14,竖向压紧块中具有通孔,竖向轨杆从通孔中穿过,使竖向压紧块可沿竖向轨杆滑动,竖向压紧块上设有竖向压紧轮15,竖向轨杆上套有竖向弹簧,竖向弹簧末端与竖向压紧块相接,由竖向弹簧将竖向压紧块向下方挤压,电极丝从竖向压紧轮下方绕过,由竖向压紧轮对电极丝进行竖向压紧处理,竖向压紧轮下方设有断丝感应器16,电极丝崩断时,竖向压紧块下压并抵住断丝感应器,电极丝输送架上方设有电极丝输出罩,竖向张紧机构中的电极丝从电极丝输出罩输出,对工件进行切割;横向张紧机构包括转向块21,该转向块上装设有转向轮22,转向轮下方设有一对横向轨杆23,横向轨杆上设有横向压紧块24,横向压紧块中具有通孔,横向轨杆从通孔中穿过,使横向压紧块可沿横向轨杆滑动,横向压紧块上设有横向压紧轮25,横向轨杆上套有横向弹簧,横向弹簧末端与横向压紧块相接,由横向弹簧对横向压紧块进行挤压,电极丝输送架下方设有电极丝输入罩31,对工件进行加工处理后的电极丝穿过电极丝输入罩,从横向压紧轮上绕过,由横向压紧轮对电极丝进行横向压紧处理;电极丝输出罩侧壁具有槽口32,槽口沿电极丝输出罩的长度方向延伸,槽口上装设有封板33,封板一边通过铰链34与电极丝输出罩相连,其另一边设有磁吸块,使封板可对槽口进行打开或封闭,电极丝输送架上固定有转向板35,该转向板中具有弧形滑孔36,电极丝输出罩侧壁具有紧定螺栓,紧定螺栓从弧形滑孔中穿过,使电极丝输出罩可沿弧形滑孔偏转方向。
该电极丝输送架设置有竖向张紧机构,电极丝从竖向压紧轮下方绕过,由竖向压紧轮对电极丝进行竖向压紧处理,竖向压紧轮下方设有断丝感应器,电极丝崩断时,竖向压紧块下压并抵住断丝感应器,感应器与控制电路相连,由控制电路对切割装置发出暂停运行的指令,避免因电极丝崩断对工件加工过程造成影响,及早发现故障,降低损失,有利于提升产品质量,提高工作效率。

1.一种用于电火花线切割装置的电极丝输送架,其特征在于:电极丝输送架上方设有竖向张紧机构,电极丝输送架下方设有横向张紧机构,竖向张紧机构包括一对承托块,各承托块上装设有托轮,电极丝从托轮上方绕过,由托轮对电极丝进行托举,承托块之间设有一对竖向轨杆,竖向轨杆伸向承托块之间,竖向轨杆上设有竖向压紧块,竖向压紧块中具有通孔,竖向轨杆从通孔中穿过,使竖向压紧块可沿竖向轨杆滑动,竖向压紧块上设有竖向压紧轮,竖向轨杆上套有竖向弹簧,竖向弹簧末端与竖向压紧块相接,由竖向弹簧将竖向压紧块向下方挤压,电极丝从竖向压紧轮下方绕过,由竖向压紧轮对电极丝进行竖向压紧处理,竖向压紧轮下方设有断丝感应器,电极丝崩断时,竖向压紧块下压并抵住断丝感应器,电极丝输送架上方设有电极丝输出罩,竖向张紧机构中的电极丝从电极丝输出罩输出,对工件进行切割。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电火花线切割装置的电极丝输送架,其特征在于:
横向张紧机构包括转向块,该转向块上装设有转向轮,转向轮下方设有一对横向轨杆,横向轨杆上设有横向压紧块,横向压紧块中具有通孔,横向轨杆从通孔中穿过,使横向压紧块可沿横向轨杆滑动,横向压紧块上设有横向压紧轮,横向轨杆上套有横向弹簧,横向弹簧末端与横向压紧块相接,由横向弹簧对横向压紧块进行挤压,电极丝输送架下方设有电极丝输入罩,对工件进行加工处理后的电极丝穿过电极丝输入罩,从横向压紧轮上绕过,由横向压紧轮对电极丝进行横向压紧处理。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电火花线切割装置的电极丝输送架,其特征在于:
电极丝输出罩侧壁具有槽口,槽口沿电极丝输出罩的长度方向延伸,槽口上装设有封板,封板一边通过铰链与电极丝输出罩相连,其另一边设有磁吸块,使封板可对槽口进行打开或封闭,电极丝输送架上固定有转向板,该转向板中具有弧形滑孔,电极丝输出罩侧壁具有紧定螺栓,紧定螺栓从弧形滑孔中穿过,使电极丝输出罩可沿弧形滑孔偏转方向。
