本发明公开了一种补偿调整的平台切割组件,包括平台,平台上设置有滑动支架,滑动支架能够沿平台的横向长边移动,滑动支架的侧壁上设置有切割组件,切割组件和滑动支架之间设置有纵向导轨;切割组件包括有导向部、描线部和切割部;切割组件包括有沿纵向导轨相对滑动支架滑动的悬臂,导向部、描线部和切割部与悬臂之间设置有微调装置;微调装置包括有丝杆、导轨、滑块和伺服电机,伺服电机无线或有线地连接有遥控板。本发明的一种补偿调整的平台切割组件通过导向部、描线部和切割部相配合,能够实现加工原材料之前的路径记录,加工时的自动跟踪以及导向,从而保证了实现路径自由设定的同时,加工精度提升,适合于量产。

一种补偿调整的平台切割组件
技术领域
本发明涉及一种补偿调整的平台切割组件。
背景技术
随着目前产品多样性的要求越来越高,不规则外形的型材加工需求也逐渐增大,然而不规则外形的型材加工起来也很困难,大部分时候需要根据客户定制来加工出理想的外形,传统的手动加工效率低下,已经难以满足当前的加工需求,因此,设计一种快速、适用性强且加工精度高的平面切割台是当前急需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述所提及的技术问题,提供一种补偿调整的平台切割组件,包括用于盛放原材料的平台,平台为矩形,平台上设置有与平台的纵向短边相平行的滑动支架,滑动支架能够沿平台的横向长边移动,滑动支架的侧壁上设置有切割组件,切割组件和滑动支架之间设置有纵向导轨;切割组件包括有导向部、描线部和切割部;切割组件包括有沿纵向导轨相对滑动支架滑动的悬臂,导向部、描线部和切割部设置在悬臂上,导向部、描线部和切割部与悬臂之间设置有微调装置;微调装置包括有水平横向设置和纵向设置的丝杆、导轨和滑块,还包括有转速、转向可调的伺服电机,伺服电机无线或有线地连接有遥控板。
优选的,平台的侧壁上设置有横向导轨,滑动支架包括有能够在横向导轨上滑动的侧架。
优选的,导向部包括有能够以竖向为轴线旋转的导向轮。
优选的,描线部包括有气动夹具以及夹持在气动夹具上的画笔。
优选的,切割部包括有切刀夹具以及夹持在切刀夹具上的刀头,刀头能够以竖向为轴线旋转。
有益效果是:与现有技术相比,本发明的一种补偿调整的平台切割组件通过导向部、描线部和切割部相配合,能够实现加工原材料之前的路径记录,加工时的自动跟踪以及导向,从而保证了实现路径自由设定的同时,加工精度提升,适合于量产。

具体实施方式
如图1-图2所示,一种补偿调整的平台切割组件,包括用于盛放原材料的平台1,平台1为矩形,平台1上设置有与平台1的纵向短边相平行的滑动支架2,滑动支架2能够沿平台1的横向长边移动,滑动支架2的侧壁上设置有切割组件,切割组件和滑动支架2之间设置有纵向导轨;切割组件包括有导向部3、描线部4和切割部5;导向部3包括有能够以竖向为轴线旋转的导向轮31,描线部4包括有气动夹具以及夹持在气动夹具上的画笔41,切割部5包括有切刀夹具以及夹持在切刀夹具上的刀头51,刀头51能够以竖向为轴线旋转;导向轮31和刀头51的旋转通过第一电机配合同步带轮来完成同步驱动;切割部5还包括有用于捕捉刀头51所处位置的画面的CCD镜头9,CCD镜头9连接有用于控制第一电机的控制器。
在加工前先按照设定的加工路径在原材料上通过描线部4绘制出图形,然后通过刀头51上固定的刀具来按照设定的图形进行裁切,导向轮31可以实时的调整转向,从而保证同时横向和纵向移动的滑动支架2能够按照设定路径来运行,导向轮31的转向角度对应于设定路径的路径上的切线。
平台1的侧壁上设置有横向导轨,滑动支架2包括有能够在横向导轨上滑动的侧架,侧架内设置有驱动滑动支架2运动的第二电机,第二电机的输出轴上设置有第一齿轮,平台1的侧壁上设置有配合第一齿轮的第一齿条。侧架设置在滑动之间的两侧,侧架用于固定第二电机,第二电机带动第一齿轮转动,第一齿轮和第一齿条啮合,从而使得滑动支架2在横向移动。
滑动支架2上设置的顶壁设置有纵向凹槽6,切割组件连接有线套7,线套7能够随切割组件的纵向运动在纵向凹槽6内运动,线套7是用于保护切割组件上的第三电机的接线不会暴露在外面,线套7在凹槽内运动,使得切割组件在运动过程中不会受到不规则的外部阻力。
纵向导轨包括有相互平行的两个,防止切割组件相对于滑动支架2的竖向攒动。
切割组件上设置有第三电机,第三电机的输出轴上设置有第二齿轮,滑动支架2上设置有配合第二齿轮的第二齿条8,第三电机带动第二齿轮转动,第二齿轮和第二齿条8啮合,从而使得切割组件能够相对于滑动支架2纵向移动。
第一电机、第二电机和第三电机均连接控制器。CCD镜头9捕捉到设定的路径画面,分析路径走向后控制第一电机、第二电机和第三电机的转速、转向和启停。
CCD镜头9和画笔41均设置在滑动支架2上,CCD镜头9获取画笔41的路径,用于观察切割的实际路径,CCD镜头9连接有路径记录装置10,路径记录装置10根据CCD镜头9获取画面中的画笔41路径来记录实际切割时切割部5的走向,CCD镜头9上设置有升降装置、调焦装置和光源,光源用于保证CCD镜头获取画面的亮度,调焦装置配合升降装置能够调整CCD镜头9的镜头位置,保证画面的清晰度。
在切割过程中,滑动连接的部件之间存在有不可避免的误差,该误差会导致切割部5偏离需求的切割路径,通过CCD镜头9再次捕捉切割画面,操作者可以根据CCD镜头连接处的显示器来实时观察切割过程,出现偏离时可以通过微调装置11来调整切割部的水平位置,从而消除误差。
微调装置11包括有水平横向设置和纵向设置的丝杆、导轨和滑块,还包括有转速、转向可调的伺服电机,伺服电机感应操作者手持的遥控板发出的信号运动。

1.一种补偿调整的平台切割组件,包括用于盛放原材料的平台(1),平台(1)为矩形,平台(1)上设置有与平台(1)的纵向短边相平行的滑动支架(2),滑动支架(2)能够沿平台(1)的横向长边移动,滑动支架(2)的侧壁上设置有切割组件,其特征在于,切割组件和滑动支架(2)之间设置有纵向导轨;切割组件包括有导向部(3)、描线部(4)和切割部(5);切割组件包括有沿纵向导轨相对滑动支架滑动的悬臂,导向部(3)、描线部(4)和切割部(5)设置在悬臂上,导向部(3)、描线部(4)和切割部(5)与悬臂之间设置有微调装置(11);微调装置(11)包括有水平横向设置和纵向设置的丝杆、导轨和滑块,还包括有转速、转向可调的伺服电机,伺服电机无线或有线地连接有遥控板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种补偿调整的平台切割组件,其特征在于,所述平台(1)的侧壁上设置有横向导轨,滑动支架(2)包括有能够在横向导轨上滑动的侧架。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种补偿调整的平台切割组件,其特征在于,所述导向部(3)包括有能够以竖向为轴线旋转的导向轮(31)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种补偿调整的平台切割组件,其特征在于,所述描线部(4)包括有气动夹具以及夹持在气动夹具上的画笔(41)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种补偿调整的平台切割组件,其特征在于,所述切割部(5)包括有切刀夹具以及夹持在切刀夹具上的刀头(51),刀头(51)能够以竖向为轴线旋转。
