Abstract

本发明提供一种卫生巾,包括依次复合的吸液层、导液层、吸收芯体、疏水底膜层,所述吸液层由25‑35%的玉米淀粉与65‑75%的棉纤维混合而成,所述导液层为设置于所述吸液层与所述吸收芯体之间的呈螺旋状布置的导流线,所述吸收芯体包括通过铺棉机铺设的一层粗纤维层、通过铺棉机铺设于所述粗纤维层上方的细纤维层、通过高分子吹料机构设置于所述细纤维层上表面的高分子树脂层,所述粗纤维层的厚度大于所述细纤维层的厚度,不仅加工方便,能够快速吸附,而且不易反渗漏液。

卫生巾
技术领域
本发明涉及一种卫生巾 。
背景技术
卫生巾是一种对液体具吸收力的物质,属于女性专用护理产品。卫生巾主要的材质为棉状纸浆和高分子吸收体,用来吸收女性月经来潮时,自阴道流出的经血,以免弄脏衣物。卫生巾的表层是与人体直接接触进行体液吸收的,因此表层材料的性能直接影响了使用者的体验。现有的普通卫生巾与人体皮肤接触的表层大多为合成纤维、无纺布等普通的面料,由于表层面料吸收体液速度有限,使得经血在卫生巾表层扩散并长期停留,因而女性在使用的时候常伴随有潮闷、瘙痒等症状发生,容易褶皱,舒适性差,而且现有的普通卫生巾吸液层经过双氧水氧化,危害人体皮肤,吸收芯体受挤压容易发生反渗,造成漏液现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术的不足,从而提供一种卫生巾,不仅加工方便,能够快速吸附,而且不易反渗漏液。
发明所采用的技术方案是这样的:卫生巾,包括依次复合的吸液层、导液层、吸收芯体、疏水底膜层,所述吸液层由25-35%的玉米淀粉与65-75%的棉纤维混合而成,所述导液层为设置于所述吸液层与所述吸收芯体之间的呈螺旋状布置的导流线,所述吸收芯体包括通过铺棉机铺设的一层粗纤维层、通过铺棉机铺设于所述粗纤维层上方的细纤维层、通过高分子吹料机构设置于所述细纤维层上表面的高分子树脂层,所述粗纤维层的厚度大于所述细纤维层的厚度;
所述导流线由螺旋布线装置在所述高分子树脂层的上表面进行螺旋布线,所述螺旋布线装置包括由旋转电机驱动转动的转盘、转动设置于所述转盘下端部的驱动丝杠、设置于所述驱动丝杠上与其相配合的移动螺套、驱动所述驱动丝杠转动的驱动电机,所述移动螺套上转动设置有一对送线辊,所述转盘上固定设置有用于存储所述导流线的线架;将所述吸液层一侧进行涂胶处理,将涂胶后的吸液层与布置所述导流线的吸收芯体复合,复合后的半成品由水刺机在所述吸液层的表面形成多排互相错位的由高压水流水刺加固形成的导流孔,水刺完成后的半成品经过一次烘干成型,烘干后的半成品与疏水底膜复合形成成品。
进一步改进的是:所述水刺机包括水针板,水针板有至少两排水针孔,各排水针孔交错排列,所述水针孔为螺旋孔。
进一步改进的是:所述水刺机水刺的工序中,在水刺之前还依次需要经过预湿以及预刺,先将铺好的纤网先经过预湿,预湿压力为0.5-1MPa,预湿时间为1-3秒,接着再进行预刺,预刺压力为15-20 MPa,预刺时间为2-4秒,水刺时采用100-150MPa的高压水。
进一步改进的是:所述疏水底膜层为PE膜。
通过采用前述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、吸液层由玉米淀粉与棉纤维制成,吸液效果好,而且棉纤维不需要经过双氧水漂白,不会危害人体皮肤;
2、通过在吸液层与吸收芯体之间布置螺旋状的导流线,便于导流加速吸收芯体的吸收;
3、将吸收芯体设置成上层为细纤维层,下层为粗纤维层的双层结构,当吸收后不会造成反渗效果;
4、此外通过水刺法进行水刺导流孔,不仅方便,而且导流孔稳定,导流效果好,而且只需进行一次烘干过程即可,简化了烘干工序。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明。
如图1、图2所示,本发明公开一种卫生巾 ,包括依次复合的吸液层1、导液层2、吸收芯体、疏水底膜层3,所述疏水底膜层3为PE膜,所述吸液层1由25-35%的玉米淀粉与65-75%的棉纤维混合而成,所述导液层2为设置于所述吸液层1与所述吸收芯体之间的呈螺旋状布置的导流线,所述吸收芯体包括通过铺棉机铺设的一层粗纤维层4、通过铺棉机铺设于所述粗纤维层4上方的细纤维层5、通过高分子吹料机构设置于所述细纤维层5上表面的高分子树脂层6,所述粗纤维层4的厚度大于所述细纤维层5的厚度,粗纤维与细纤维的区别在于:所述细纤维的纤维支数大于所述粗纤维的纤维支数。
所述导流线由螺旋布线装置在所述高分子树脂层6的上表面进行螺旋布线,所述螺旋布线装置包括由旋转电机驱动转动的转盘7、转动设置于所述转盘7下端部的驱动丝杠8、设置于所述驱动丝杠8上与其相配合的移动螺套9、驱动所述驱动丝杠8转动的驱动电机,所述移动螺套9上转动设置有一对送线辊10,所述转盘7上固定设置有用于存储所述导流线的线架11;将所述吸液层1一侧进行涂胶处理,将涂胶后的吸液层1与布置所述导流线的吸收芯体复合,复合后的半成品由水刺机在所述吸液层1的表面形成多排互相错位的由高压水流水刺加固形成的导流孔,水刺完成后的半成品经过一次烘干成型,烘干后的半成品与疏水底膜复合形成成品。
布线过程为:首先由旋转电机带动转盘7转动,一对送线辊10进行送线,而驱动电机带动驱动丝杠8转动,使得移动螺套9沿着驱动丝杠8相对转盘7径向移动,从而进行螺旋布线,通过将导流线进行螺旋状布置,提高了导流效果,便于将吸液层1的液体快速导入吸收芯体内。
高分子吹料机构为本领域的常用设备,因此其具体结构在此不再赘述。
为了能够降低水刺时的水压,所述水刺机包括水针板,水针板有至少两排水针孔,各排水针孔交错排列,所述水针孔为螺旋孔,由于水刺时对水压有一定的要求,但是高压水通常需要配备高压水泵,当无法满足高压水泵的要求时,本实施例中采用将水针孔设置成螺旋孔,当水经过水针孔时,在水针孔内形成一定的螺旋加速,用于弥补水泵动力不足的现象,从而满足水刺要求。
本实施例中优选的实施方式为,所述水刺机水刺的工序中,在水刺之前还依次需要经过预湿以及预刺,先将铺好的纤网先经过预湿,预湿压力为0.5-1MPa,预湿时间为1-3秒,接着再进行预刺,预刺压力为15-20 MPa,预刺时间为2-4秒,水刺时采用100-150MPa的高压水,由于采用了螺旋状的水针孔,因此在水刺时对水的压力要求相对降低。

1.卫生巾 ,其特征在于:包括依次复合的吸液层、导液层、吸收芯体、疏水底膜层,所述吸液层由25-35%的玉米淀粉与65-75%的棉纤维混合而成,所述导液层为设置于所述吸液层与所述吸收芯体之间的呈螺旋状布置的导流线,所述吸收芯体包括通过铺棉机铺设的一层粗纤维层、通过铺棉机铺设于所述粗纤维层上方的细纤维层、通过高分子吹料机构设置于所述细纤维层上表面的高分子树脂层,所述粗纤维层的厚度大于所述细纤维层的厚度;所述导液层的形成是通过旋转电机带动转盘转动,一对送线辊进行送线,而驱动电机带动驱动丝杠转动,使得移动螺套沿着驱动丝杠相对转盘径向移动,从而在吸收芯体表面进行螺旋布线而形成的导液层;
所述导流线由螺旋布线装置在所述高分子树脂层的上表面进行螺旋布线,所述螺旋布线装置包括由旋转电机驱动转动的转盘、转动设置于所述转盘下端部的驱动丝杠、设置于所述驱动丝杠上与其相配合的移动螺套、驱动所述驱动丝杠转动的驱动电机,所述移动螺套上转动设置有一对送线辊,所述转盘上固定设置有用于存储所述导流线的线架;
将所述吸液层一侧进行涂胶处理,将涂胶后的吸液层与布置所述导流线的吸收芯体复合,复合后的半成品由水刺机在所述吸液层的表面形成多排互相错位的由高压水流水刺加固形成的导流孔,水刺完成后的半成品经过一次烘干成型,烘干后的半成品与疏水底膜复合形成成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卫生巾,其特征在于:所述水刺机包括水针板,水针板有至少两排水针孔,各排水针孔交错排列,所述水针孔为螺旋孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的卫生巾,其特征在于:所述水刺机水刺的工序中,在水刺之前还依次需要经过预湿以及预刺,先将铺好的纤网先经过预湿,预湿压力为0.5-1MPa,预湿时间为1-3秒,接着再进行预刺,预刺压力为15-20 MPa,预刺时间为2-4秒,水刺时采用100-150MPa的高压水。
