Abstract

本发明公开了一种涤盖预氧丝面料的生产方法,采用预先着色的阻燃涤纶丝和预氧丝混纺,用3/1或4/1的斜纹组织使得阻燃涤纶丝浮点集中于布料正面,预氧丝浮点集中于布料背面,最终形成具有色彩的阻燃涤盖预氧丝面料。本发明生产的涤盖预氧丝面料既能够保留预氧丝的隔热、耐火和耐高温特性,又能解决面料的外观染色问题,可以对阻燃涤纶丝进行染色,这样生产的涤盖预氧丝面料的外观像普通涤纶面料一样具有光艳的色彩。

技术领域
本发明属于纤维面料的染色技术领域,具体涉及一种涤盖预氧丝面料的生产方法。
背景技术
预氧丝指聚丙烯腈纤维在一定的温度下经空气氧化而形成部分环化结构的黑色纤维,是碳纤维的中间产品,在高温环境下不燃烧,主要用作高温炉前工作服、坦克兵军服、焊接火花防护片材、绝缘材料、各种石棉代用品、飞机内装饰材料、耐酸碱滤材、密封材料和座椅内衬织物等,主要起到隔热和阻燃的防护功能。然而目前该预氧丝面料的染色过程中,颜色单一,只有黑色,做成服饰或其它材料影响美观,并且不容易分辨。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供了一种具有光艳色彩的涤盖预氧丝面料的生产方法。
本发明为解决上述技术问题采用如下技术方案,一种涤盖预氧丝面料的生产方法,其特征在于具体步骤为:采用预先着色的阻燃涤纶丝和预氧丝混纺,用3/1或4/1的斜纹组织使得阻燃涤纶丝浮点集中于布料正面,预氧丝浮点集中于布料背面,最终形成具有色彩的阻燃涤盖预氧丝面料。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:既能够保留预氧丝的隔热、耐火和耐高温特性,又能解决面料的外观染色问题,可以对阻燃涤纶丝进行染色,这样生产的涤盖预氧丝面料的外观像普通涤纶面料一样具有光艳的色彩。

实施例
一种涤盖预氧丝面料的生产方法,具体步骤为:采用预先着色的阻燃涤纶丝和预氧丝混纺,用3/1或4/1的斜纹组织使得阻燃涤纶丝浮点集中于布料正面,预氧丝浮点集中于布料背面,最终形成具有色彩的阻燃涤盖预氧丝面料。
多颜色预氧丝面料采用的是阻燃涤纶丝和预氧丝交织的工艺,将阻燃涤纶丝进行染色,然后将阻燃涤纶丝和预氧丝进行交织,使得布料正面阻燃涤纶丝浮点远多于预氧丝浮点,而预氧丝浮点集中于布料背面。这样就可以使涤盖预氧丝面料具有颜色,甚至是可以染成荧光颜色,使用这种面料做成防护服或者实用材料会增加他们的使用价值。
