本发明提供一种乒乓球拍胶皮清洗液,其组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比分别为:清洗载体:22~31%、季铵碱:15~21%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:4~8%、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺:5~9%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:2~4%、助剂:1~3%、其余为去离子水。本发明能够针对乒乓球拍表面存在的油渍、汗渍等污渍进行有效清除,同时在一段时间内能够在胶皮表面形成一层隔离清洁膜,在不影响胶皮的击球回球性能的同时,保证其整体清洁;清洗效率高、效果优异、出水清澈、对环境友好;并且制备方法简单。

技术领域
本发明属于清洗剂领域,具体涉及一种用于乒乓球拍胶皮的清洗液。
背景技术
乒乓球是我国的国球,在我国推广十分普及,无论在何地都能看到乒乓球场地以及乒乓球爱好者,由于乒乓球场地的数量众多,无法保证每一个乒乓球场地都像标准的乒乓球场馆一样规范;乒乓球由于接球、击球失误而掉落在地上,容易使乒乓球表面染上灰尘、油渍等赃物,并且随着击球回球吸附在胶皮表面;同时,长时间运动容易出汗,并且乒乓球爱好者容易习惯性地将手心的汗擦至胶皮表面,使胶皮表面粘上汗渍,造成胶皮表面的不清洁,影响乒乓球拍的使用。现有乒乓球拍胶皮清洗液只能保证暂时对胶皮进行清理,无法持续保证胶皮的清洁。
因此,研制出一种用于乒乓球胶皮,并且清洗效果优秀的清洗液是本领域技术人员所急需解决的难题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种乒乓球拍胶皮清洗液。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种乒乓球拍胶皮清洗液,其组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比分别为:
清洗载体:22~31%、
季铵碱:15~21%、
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:4~8%、
椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺:5~9%、
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:2~4%、
助剂:1~3%、其余为去离子水。
作为优选,组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比分别为:
清洗载体:28%、
季铵碱:17%、
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:6%、
椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺:8%、
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:3%、
助剂:2%、其余为去离子水。
进一步地,制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)对清洗载体进行活化,并将去离子水按照1:1的质量比分为两份,任取一份去离子水与活化后的清洗载体混合以备用;
(2)在搅拌容器中加入去离子水,再加入季铵碱,搅拌15~25min;
(3)依次向搅拌容器中添加脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠以及助剂,以小于2℃/min的速度升温至40~48℃后,搅拌均匀,并保温;
(4)将步骤(1)活化后的清洗载体添加至搅拌容器中,搅拌5~10min后保温30~40min,获得成品。
作为优选,清洗载体选择为环氧树脂,活化方法为:将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶于水中,并升温至230-240℃生成聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽;同时以惰性气体作为载气,使聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽与环氧树脂相接触,进一步升温至250℃,保温2-4h后降温,同时停止加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽;待温度降至室温后,获得经过活化处理的环氧树脂。
作为优选,季铵碱为四甲基氢氧化铵、四乙基氢氧化铵、四丙基氢氧化铵以及四丁基氢氧化铵中的任意一种或者任意几种的组合。
作为优选,助剂的组成成分以及各成分占助剂质量的百分比分别为稳定剂:55~75%、PH值调节剂:10~32%、消泡剂:10~30%。
作为优选,稳定剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚;促进剂为环氧树脂用促进剂;消泡剂为聚醚类消泡剂。
本发明提供了一种乒乓球拍胶皮清洗液,由清洗载体、季铵碱、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、助剂以及去离子水组成。其中清洗载体选择为经过活化的环氧树脂,作为本发明中各成分配比的载体,同时经过活化之后,便于其他成分配比更好地与之相结合,使本发明整体的稳定性得到保障。环氧树脂在活化时,通过将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽与之进行接触,能够与环氧树脂发生接枝反应,能够很好地分散在环氧树脂中,既能够改善环氧树脂与本发明中其他成分的结合情况,同时还可以通过接枝反应将环氧树脂中各个粒子分隔开,防止其团聚,起到显著的分散效果,保证本发明中其他成分在环氧树脂载体内的分散效果,进一步保证本发明中其他成分能够随着环氧树脂载体分散于待清洗的乒乓球拍胶皮表面,保证对整个胶皮的清洗效果。
本发明中的季铵碱具有优秀的清洗效果,并且出水清澈,不会对环境造成污染;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚作为一种亲水性乳化剂,能够增强本发明其他成分在去离子水中的溶解度,同时具有良好的去污、净洗的性能;椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰具有良好的渗透去污效果,并且作为添加剂能够有效增强本发明的清洁效果;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠具有优良的去污效果;以上脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰以及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠均属于表面活性剂,能够相互进行配伍,提高整体对胶皮的清洁效果。
本发明中的助剂由稳定剂、PH值调节剂以及消泡剂组成,其中稳定剂选择为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,作为一种聚氧乙烯型非离子表面活性剂,其性质稳定,具有良好的润湿、渗透、增溶以及洗涤作用,并且对环境影响小;PH值调节剂能够有效调节本发明成品的PH值,能够避免由于过酸或者过碱对胶皮造成影响;由于脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰以及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠都具有良好的发泡性,本发明在助剂中选择添加消泡剂进行消泡或抑泡,避免产生的泡沫对环境造成影响。
同时,本发明提供的胶皮清洗液能够保证在乒乓球拍胶皮进行有效清洗时,还能够在清洗液挥发后在胶皮表面形成一层膜,有助于保持胶皮长时间洁净。
本发明与现有技术相比,能够针对乒乓球拍表面存在的油渍、汗渍等污渍进行有效清除,同时在一段时间内能够在胶皮表面形成一层隔离清洁膜,在不影响胶皮的击球回球性能的同时,保证其整体清洁;清洗效率高、效果优异、出水清澈、对环境友好;并且制备方法简单。
具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细说明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
本发明为一种乒乓球拍胶皮清洗液,其组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比分别为:
环氧树脂:28%、
季铵碱:17%、
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:6%、
椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺:8%、
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:3%、
助剂:2%、其余为去离子水。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶于水中,并升温至240℃生成聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽;同时以惰性气体作为载气,使聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽与环氧树脂相接触,进一步升温至250℃,保温4h后降温,同时停止加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽;待温度降至室温后,获得经过活化处理的环氧树脂;将去离子水按照1:1的质量比分为两份,任取其中一份去离子水与经过活化处理的环氧树脂混合,获得水性活化环氧树脂以备用;
(2)在搅拌容器中加入去离子水,再加入季铵碱,搅拌25min;
(3)依次向搅拌容器中添加脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠以及助剂,以0.5℃/min的速度升温至48℃后,搅拌均匀,并保温;
(4)将步骤(1)活化后的清洗载体添加至搅拌容器中,搅拌10min后保温40min,获得成品。
其中季铵碱为四甲基氢氧化铵、四乙基氢氧化铵以及四丙基氢氧化铵按照质量比1:1:1混合成的组合物。
助剂的组成成分以及各成分占助剂质量的百分比分别为稳定剂:65%、PH值调节剂:18%、消泡剂:17%。
稳定剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚;促进剂为环氧树脂用促进剂;消泡剂为聚醚类消泡剂。
实施例2:
本发明为一种乒乓球拍胶皮清洗液,其组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比分别为:
环氧树脂:22%、
季铵碱:21%、
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:8%、
椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺:9%、
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:4%、
助剂:3%、其余为去离子水。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶于水中,并升温至230℃生成聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽;同时以惰性气体作为载气,使聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽与环氧树脂相接触,进一步升温至250℃,保温2h后降温,同时停止加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽;待温度降至室温后,获得经过活化处理的环氧树脂;将去离子水按照1:1的质量比分为两份,任取其中一份去离子水与经过活化处理的环氧树脂混合,获得水性活化环氧树脂以备用;
(2)在搅拌容器中加入去离子水,再加入季铵碱,搅拌15min;
(3)依次向搅拌容器中添加脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠以及助剂,以1℃/min的速度升温至48℃后,搅拌均匀,并保温;
(4)将步骤(1)活化后的清洗载体添加至搅拌容器中,搅拌10min后保温30min,获得成品。
季铵碱为四乙基氢氧化铵。
助剂的组成成分以及各成分占助剂质量的百分比分别为稳定剂:55%、PH值调节剂:25%、消泡剂:20%。
稳定剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚;促进剂为环氧树脂用促进剂;消泡剂为聚醚类消泡剂。
实施例3:
本发明为一种乒乓球拍胶皮清洗液,其组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比分别为:
环氧树脂:31%、
季铵碱:15%、
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:4%、
椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺:5%、
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:2%、
助剂:1%、其余为去离子水。
制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶于水中,并升温至240℃生成聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽;同时以惰性气体作为载气,使聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽与环氧树脂相接触,进一步升温至250℃,保温2h后降温,同时停止加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽;待温度降至室温后,获得经过活化处理的环氧树脂;将去离子水按照1:1的质量比分为两个,任取其中一份去离子水与经过活化处理的环氧树脂混合,获得水性活化环氧树脂以备用;
(2)在搅拌容器中加入去离子水,再加入季铵碱,搅拌20min;
(3)依次向搅拌容器中添加脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠以及助剂,以1.7℃/min的速度升温至45℃后,搅拌均匀,并保温;
(4)将步骤(1)活化后的清洗载体添加至搅拌容器中,搅拌8min后保温35min,获得成品。
季铵碱为四丙基氢氧化铵以及四丁基氢氧化铵按照质量比1:1混合成的组合物。
助剂的组成成分以及各成分占助剂质量的百分比分别为稳定剂:75%、PH值调节剂:13%、消泡剂:12%。
稳定剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚;促进剂为环氧树脂用促进剂;消泡剂为聚醚类消泡剂。
分别通过以上三个实施例中提供的成分配比以及方法制备胶皮清洗液,并且分别与现有的乒乓球拍胶皮清洗液相比较,清洗效果分别为现有乒乓球拍胶皮清洗液的2.11倍、1.62倍以及1.87倍,并且在连续使用乒乓球击球的状态下,胶皮可以分别保证63h、40h以及55h的清洁状态。
最后需要说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制性技术方案,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,那些对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本技术方案的宗旨和范围,均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。
Claims (7)
1.一种乒乓球拍胶皮清洗液,其特征在于:其组成成分以及各成分所占质量百分比分别
为:清洗载体:22~31%、
季铵碱:15~21%、
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:4~8%、
椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺:5~9%、
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:2~4%、
助剂:1~3%、其余为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种乒乓球拍胶皮清洗液,其特征在于:其组成成分以及各成
分所占质量百分比分别为:
清洗载体:28%、
季铵碱:17%、
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚:6%、
椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺:8%、
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠:3%、
助剂:2%、其余为去离子水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种乒乓球拍胶皮清洗液,其特征在于:制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)对清洗载体进行活化,并将去离子水按照1:1的质量比分为两份,任取一份去离子水与活化后的清洗载体混合以备用;
(2)在搅拌容器中加入剩余一份去离子水,再加入季铵碱,搅拌15~25min;
(3)依次向搅拌容器中添加脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠以及助剂,以小于2℃/min的速度升温至40~48℃后,搅拌均匀,并保温;
(4)将步骤(1)活化后的清洗载体添加至搅拌容器中,搅拌5~10min后保温30~40min,获得成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种乒乓球拍胶皮清洗液,其特征在于:所述清洗载体选择为环氧树脂,活化方法为:将聚乙烯吡咯烷酮溶于水中,并升温至230-240℃生成聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽;同时以惰性气体作为载气,使聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽与环氧树脂相接触,进一步升温至250℃,保温2-4h后降温,同时停止加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮蒸汽;待温度降至室温后,获得经过活化处理的环氧树脂。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种乒乓球拍胶皮清洗液,其特征在于:所述季铵碱为四甲基氢氧化铵、四乙基氢氧化铵、四丙基氢氧化铵以及四丁基氢氧化铵中的任意一种或者任意几种的组合。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种乒乓球拍胶皮清洗液,其特征在于:所述助剂的组成成分以及各成分占助剂质量的百分比分别为稳定剂:55~75%、PH值调节剂:10~32%、消泡剂:10~30%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种乒乓球拍胶皮清洗液,其特征在于:所述稳定剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚;所述促进剂为环氧树脂用促进剂;所述消泡剂为聚醚类消泡剂。
