Abstract

本发明公开了一种机床制造专用型切削液的制备方法,其具体制备步骤为:(1)将三乙醇胺、皮脂酸、对硝基苯甲酸、山梨酸、钼酸钠混合后加热后,搅拌;(2)再将丙烯腈、苯三唑、乙酸混合搅拌后,再超声;(3)将步骤(1)和(2)中处理好的物料加水混合,加热后充分搅拌得到切削液;本发明的有益效果是:加强了切削液的冷却效果和清洗强度,可以保证长时加工的工况,并且加工时始终保持加工面的界面稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及切削液技术领域,特别是一种机床制造专用型切削液的制备方法。
背景技术
切削液是一种用在金属切削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体。 切削液各项指标均优于皂化油,它具有良好的冷却、清洗、防锈等特点,并且具备无毒、无味、对人体无侵蚀、对设备不腐蚀、对环境不污染等特点。
但是在机床制造过程中,为了达到机床所规定精度,常常需要长时间打磨加工机床的某些部件,并且需要在制造过程中保持切削打磨的稳定性,但是一般的商品切削液往往无法满足机床制造时长时稳定的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为解决现有技术中的问题,公开了一种机床制造专用型切削液的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明公开了一种机床制造专用型切削液的制备方法,按重量份数取三乙醇胺8-10、皮脂酸1-3、对硝基苯甲酸1-3、山梨酸1-3、钼酸钠2-4、丙烯腈1-3、苯三唑1-3、乙酸1-3、水100-120,其具体制备步骤为:
(1)将三乙醇胺、皮脂酸、对硝基苯甲酸、山梨酸、钼酸钠混合后加热到50-70℃后,搅拌30-40分钟;
(2)再将丙烯腈、苯三唑、乙酸混合搅拌30-40分钟后,再超声15-20分钟;
(3)将步骤(1)和(2)中处理好的物料加水混合,加热至70-90℃后充分搅拌40-60分钟后得到切削液。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
本发明配方加强了切削液的冷却效果和清洗强度,可以保证长时加工的工况,并且加工时始终保持加工面的界面稳定性。
具体实施方式
具体实施例一:
一种机床制造专用型切削液的制备方法,按重量份数取三乙醇胺8、皮脂酸1、对硝基苯甲酸1、山梨酸1、钼酸钠2、丙烯腈1、苯三唑1、乙酸1、水100,其具体制备步骤为:
(1)将三乙醇胺、皮脂酸、对硝基苯甲酸、山梨酸、钼酸钠混合后加热到50℃后,搅拌30分钟;
(2)再将丙烯腈、苯三唑、乙酸混合搅拌30分钟后,再超声15分钟;
(3)将步骤(1)和(2)中处理好的物料加水混合,加热至70℃后充分搅拌40分钟后得到切削液。
具体实施例二:
一种机床制造专用型切削液的制备方法,按重量份数取三乙醇胺10、皮脂酸3、对硝基苯甲酸3、山梨酸3、钼酸钠4、丙烯腈3、苯三唑3、乙酸3、水120,其具体制备步骤为:
(1)将三乙醇胺、皮脂酸、对硝基苯甲酸、山梨酸、钼酸钠混合后加热到70℃后,搅拌40分钟;
(2)再将丙烯腈、苯三唑、乙酸混合搅拌40分钟后,再超声20分钟;
(3)将步骤(1)和(2)中处理好的物料加水混合,加热至90℃后充分搅拌60分钟后得到切削液。
具体实施例三:
一种机床制造专用型切削液的制备方法,按重量份数取三乙醇胺9、皮脂酸2、对硝基苯甲酸2、山梨酸2、钼酸钠3、丙烯腈2、苯三唑2、乙酸2、水110,其具体制备步骤为:
(1)将三乙醇胺、皮脂酸、对硝基苯甲酸、山梨酸、钼酸钠混合后加热到60℃后,搅拌35分钟;
(2)再将丙烯腈、苯三唑、乙酸混合搅拌35分钟后,再超声18分钟;
(3)将步骤(1)和(2)中处理好的物料加水混合,加热至80℃后充分搅拌50分钟后得到切削液。

1.一种机床制造专用型切削液的制备方法,按重量份数取三乙醇胺8-10、皮脂酸1-3、对硝基苯甲酸1-3、山梨酸1-3、钼酸钠2-4、丙烯腈1-3、苯三唑1-3、乙酸1-3、水100-120,其特征在于其具体制备步骤为:
(1)将三乙醇胺、皮脂酸、对硝基苯甲酸、山梨酸、钼酸钠混合后加热到50-70℃后,搅拌30-40分钟;
(2)再将丙烯腈、苯三唑、乙酸混合搅拌30-40分钟后,再超声15-20分钟;
(3)将步骤(1)和(2)中处理好的物料加水混合,加热至70-90℃后充分搅拌40-60分钟后得到切削液。
