背景技术
当金属材料按予定规格进行切削时,为减少工具与加工件之间的磨檫,增加润滑性和带走因磨檫产生的热量,需要在工具和被切削金属材料之间注入润滑冷却液,简称切削液。切削液是一种用在金属切削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体。目前,大多数金属切削液在调制过程中添加了很多类似于亚硝酸钠或重金属等此类添加剂,这些物质不但均为致癌物质,而且工作液废液的排放也对环境造成极大的污染。近年来,随着人们环保意识和环境立法的不断加强,对金属切削液的要求也越来越苛刻,因此研制新型对环境友好的金属切削液已经刻不容缓。

本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型金属切削液及其制备工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

A、将矿物油、二乙醇胺、椰子油、阴离子表面活性剂、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、聚乙二醇、二氧化硅混合后加入反应釜中加入加热搅拌,加热温度为60℃-80℃,边加热边搅拌,搅拌速率为50-80转/分,加热10min后静置20min,得到混合液A;
B、在混合液A中加入硬脂酸丁酯、硅酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、四聚蓖麻油酸,混合后在常温下加入搅拌罐中,并加入适量的去离子水,在常温充分搅拌后静置2h-4h,即得到金属切削液。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备工艺简单,制得的金属切削液环保无毒,具有良好的润滑作用、冷却作用和清洗作用,同时还具有优异的防锈性能;其中,本发明中加入的硅酸钠、三聚磷酸钠、四聚蓖麻油酸,能够在金属表面形成一层保护膜,进一步隔绝空气,提高了防锈效果;此外,本发明采用的制备工艺操作简单,成本低,能够防止有效成分流失,进一步提高了切削液的活性。
