本发明公开了一种涂胶装置,涉及一种家具板材加工设备，包括涂胶槽和设置在涂胶槽内的转动辊；所述涂胶槽的两侧均设置有高位传送辊，两个高位传送辊位于同一水平面上，且转动辊的水平高度高于转动辊；所述涂胶槽的下方设置有一对低位传送辊，且两个低位传送辊位于同一水平面上；所述两个低位传送辊下方均对应设置有输送辊；所述转动辊、高位传送辊、低位传送辊上共同设置有涂胶带。本发明结构简单，涂胶均匀，使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种家具板材加工设备，具体而言，涉及一种涂胶装置。
背景技术
板材在使用的过程中，通常需要将多层不同材质的板材进行叠置粘合，甚至相同材质的板材为达到一定的厚度，也需要将多层进行叠置粘合，这就需要在多层板材之间涂抹粘胶才能实现粘合目的。在现有技术中，通常使用人工对板面进行刷胶，人工刷胶不仅会增加工作人员的工作量，而且还会出现刷胶不均匀，两板体粘合不牢固，不平整的缺陷。因此，我们需要寻求一种新的技术来解决这一问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种涂胶装置，以解决上述问题。
为实现本发明目的，采用的技术方案为：一种涂胶装置，包括涂胶槽和设置在涂胶槽内的转动辊；所述涂胶槽的两侧均设置有高位传送辊，两个高位传送辊位于同一水平面上，且转动辊的水平高度高于转动辊；所述涂胶槽的下方设置有一对低位传送辊，且两个低位传送辊位于同一水平面上；所述两个低位传送辊下方均对应设置有输送辊；所述转动辊、高位传送辊、低位传送辊上共同设置有涂胶带。
进一步的，所述涂胶槽内设置有液位计。
进一步的，所述转动轴连接设置有驱动装置。
本发明的有益效果是,转动辊的转动，使涂胶槽内的涂胶附着在涂胶带上，涂胶带通过高位传送辊和低位传送辊的传送后，使涂胶带上的涂胶均匀的涂覆在位于输送辊与低位传送辊之间的板材上，且低位传送辊两个，使涂胶带上的涂胶均匀的涂覆在板材上。本发明结构简单，涂胶均匀，使用方便。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体的实施例子并结合附图对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
图1所示出了本发明提供的一种涂胶装置，包括涂胶槽1和设置在涂胶槽1内的转动辊2；所述涂胶槽1的两侧均设置有高位传送辊3，两个高位传送辊3位于同一水平面上，且高位传送辊3的水平高度高于转动辊2；所述涂胶槽1的下方设置有一对低位传送辊4，且两个低位传送辊4位于同一水平面上；所述两个低位传送辊4下方均对应设置有输送辊6；所述转动辊2、高位传送辊3、低位传送辊4上共同设置有涂胶带5，输送辊6与低位传送辊4之间放置有木板，且木板的待涂胶面与涂胶带5贴合，涂胶带5的下表面与涂胶槽1的槽沿贴合，使涂胶带5在传送过程中，通过涂胶带5的传动，使输送辊6上的木板能均匀的进行涂胶；且涂胶带5上多余的涂胶通过涂胶槽1槽沿刮除并掉入到涂胶槽1内，能有效防止因涂胶带5上的涂胶过多而导致涂胶带5上的涂胶掉落。
所述涂胶槽1内设置有液位计，能有效防止涂胶槽1内的液面过高或过低。所述转动辊2连接设置有驱动装置，且驱动装置安装在涂胶槽1的外壁上，且驱动装置为驱动电机，转动辊2的一端贯穿涂胶槽1与驱动装置连接。

1.一种涂胶装置，其特征在于：包括涂胶槽和设置在涂胶槽内的转动辊；所述涂胶槽的两侧均设置有高位传送辊，两个高位传送辊位于同一水平面上，且转动辊的水平高度高于转动辊；所述涂胶槽的下方设置有一对低位传送辊，且两个低位传送辊位于同一水平面上；所述两个低位传送辊下方均对应设置有输送辊；所述转动辊、高位传送辊、低位传送辊上共同设置有涂胶带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的涂胶装置，其特征在于，所述涂胶槽内设置有液位计。
3.根据权利要求1所述的涂胶装置，其特征在于，所述转动轴连接设置有驱动装置。
