本实用新型公开一种自动撒粉装置，包括容体（1），容体（1）的底面（11）为滤网结构，外侧壁（12）向外设一边沿（13），边沿（13）向下设两相对支板（14），容体（1）的下方设若干横向排列的滚轴（2），滚轴（2）的两端分别通过轴承（21）固定于两相对支板（14），若干横向排列的滚轴（2）上架有一抽板（3），抽板（3）连接一水平气缸（4）。该自动撒粉装置，通过容体下方抽板的移开与遮挡，实现撒粉过程，相比人工撒粉，其出粉量可控，撒粉均匀，且减少工作人员因吸入过多粉尘而造成的伤害。

本实用新型涉及一种撒粉装置，特别是一种自动撒粉装置。
背景技术
蜜胺餐具成型过程中，需在初成品表面撒上光粉，用于餐具表面上光或浸渍表面处理花纸，撒粉需均匀且量适中，量过多或过少都会影响成品的色泽度。现有餐具成型，都是人工撒粉，粉量的多少全靠工作人员控制，适中度难以把握，且撒粉不均匀，另工作时易吸入粉尘，对人员的身体健康造成严重影响。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种自动撒粉装置。
为实现本实用新型的目的，现详细说明其技术方案：一种自动撒粉装置，包括容体，所述容体的底面为滤网结构，外侧壁向外设一边沿，边沿向下设两相对支板，容体的下方设若干横向排列的滚轴，滚轴的两端分别通过轴承固定于两相对支板，若干横向排列的滚轴上架有一抽板，抽板连接一水平气缸。
进一步地，容体内设搅拌轮和电机，搅拌轮与电机连接并由电机带动转动。由于粉末易吸潮成块，导致容体底面的滤网堵塞，撒粉不均匀，容体内设一搅拌轮，电机带动搅拌轮转动，将粘结的粉末打碎，撒粉更均匀。
进一步地，电机设于电机架上，电机架固定于容体内侧壁上。电机设于电机架内，可免受粉末污染。
本实用新型的自动撒粉装置，通过容体下方抽板的移开与遮挡，实现撒粉过程，相比人工撒粉，其出粉量可控，撒粉均匀，且减少工作人员因吸入过多粉尘而造成的伤害。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示，本实用新型自动撒粉装置，包括容体1，容体1的底面11为滤网结构，外侧壁12向外设一边沿13，边沿13向下设两相对支板14，容体1的下方设若干横向排列的滚轴2，滚轴2的两端分别通过轴承21固定于两相对支板14，若干横向排列的滚轴2上架有一抽板3，抽板3连接一水平气缸4。容体1内设搅拌轮5和电机6，搅拌轮5与电机6连接并由电机6带动转动。电机6设于电机架61上，电机架61固定于容体内侧壁15上。
本实用新型自动撒粉装置，粉料置于容体1内，通过底面11的滤网结构可向下撒落，边沿13及其两相对支板14用于滚轴2的固定，容体1下方的抽板3由水平气缸4驱动可在滚轴2上滑动，当抽板3被移离容体1正下方，实现撒粉动作，当抽板3被移至容体1正下方，撒粉动作停止。该自动撒粉装置，相比人工撒粉，其出粉量由抽板3被移离的时间决定，即出粉量可控，底面11的滤网结构过滤粉末可均匀撒粉，同时，工作人员可远离撒粉装置，减少因吸入过多粉尘而造成的伤害。
本实用新型自动撒粉装置，为使撒粉更均匀，较佳地，容体1内设搅拌轮5和电机6，搅拌轮5与电机6连接并由电机6带动转动；为使电机6不被粉末污染，较佳地，电机6设于电机架61上，电机架61固定于容体内侧壁15上。

1.一种自动撒粉装置，其特征在于：包括容体（1），容体（1）的底面（11）为滤网结构，外侧壁（12）向外设一边沿（13），边沿（13）向下设两相对支板（14），容体（1）的下方设若干横向排列的滚轴（2），滚轴（2）的两端分别通过轴承（21）固定于两相对支板（14），若干横向排列的滚轴（2）上架有一抽板（3），抽板（3）连接一水平气缸（4）。
2.根椐权利要求1所述的自动撒粉装置，其特征在于：容体（1）内设搅拌轮（5）和电机（6），搅拌轮（5）与电机（6）连接并由电机（6）带动转动。
3.根椐权利要求2所述的自动撒粉装置，其特征在于：电机（6）设于电机架（61）上，电机架（61）固定于容体内侧壁（15）上。
