Abstract
本发明涉及一种复合生物材料,按重量份计包括:氰基丙烯酸丁酯25~35份,纤维蛋白4~6份,丙二醇4~6份,骨胶原7~10份,魔芋葡甘聚糖2~5份,明胶5~7份。本发明产品的吸水膨胀率高于常规的水凝胶材料,另外将水凝胶材料干燥后测定了其断裂强度,其断裂强度也高于常规得水凝胶材料,并且本发明的水凝胶敷料材料具有良好的生物相容。

本发明涉及医用生物新材料技术领域,具体是一种复合生物材料。
背景技术
皮肤是人体的重要屏障,各类手术、外伤、烧伤、皮炎等均会导致皮肤破坏和缺损,引起各种各样的创伤,创伤修复是医学发展的重要领域,对于减轻病患痛苦,早日康复和避免修复后留下疤痕有着重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种复合生物材料。

将各原料依次加入反应器中,并升温至65-85℃,搅拌10分钟,充分混合均匀即可。

将各原料依次加入反应器中,并升温至65-85℃,搅拌10分钟,充分混合均匀即可。
对本发明中实施例1-4中制得的生物材料,检测结果见表下:
