本发明公开了一种医用生物新材料。该新材料由以下质量份的原料制备:氰基丙烯酸丁酯80~200份、对苯二酚0.01~0.1份、芦荟纳米微粉5~24份、大豆蛋白粉20~55份、壳聚糖10~44份、醋酸1~5份;制备方法是:先以去离子水配置浓度20~40%的壳聚糖溶液,再加入壳聚糖溶液体积2~4倍的去离子水,加热至40~60℃,将其余各组分加入,混合搅拌均匀,调整固含至生产要求,即可。本发明的医用生物新材料,加入芦荟纳米微粉提高了其抗冲击能力,天然的植物提取精华和成分使其更容易降解;壳聚糖组分增加产品的抑制细菌活性,本发明产品固化速度适中,粘合强度高,粘接时放热低,粘接薄膜韧性好,对皮肤刺激性小,对各种创伤、手术切口具有高强度快速粘合作用,固化后无疤痕。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用生物新材料,属于医疗辅助用品技术领域。
背景技术
医用胶水是代替缝针用的新兴医用产品,医用胶水的主要成分是a-氰基丙稀酸酯,其在生物体组织的聚合速度最快。医用胶水在创面血液和组织液中阴离子的作用下,能快速聚合固化成膜并与创面镶嵌紧密,可牢固地保持伤口的对合状态,且胶膜可阻止血球、血小板通过,在凝血酶和纤维蛋白原的共同作用下,封闭创面断裂的小血管可以有效止血,同时胶膜将组织和细菌隔离,还具有抗感染和保护创面的作用。聚合物中的醚链还具有止痛作用,因此医用胶水具有粘和、止血、止痛、消炎、护创、促进愈合等综合功效。
与传统的缝合法相比,医用胶水具有以下优点:1、快速止血,粘和过程没有痛苦,不需要麻醉。2、伤口呈线性愈合,无缝针缝线等异物对皮肤的刺激,减少炎症的发生,形成的瘢痕很小,具有良好的美容效果。3、不用拆线,大大缩短就医时间,节省就医费用。4、在腹股沟疝平片无张力修补术中应用化学性医用胶黏合固定补片和创面止血的效果良好,不增加术后复发率,可节省手术时间和减轻术后疼痛,还可减少术后慢性疼痛和局部血肿的发生。
现有的医用胶水存在:抗冲击能力差、降解速度慢、黏结力强度不够的缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种医用生物新材料。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种医用生物新材料,由以下质量份的原料制备:氰基丙烯酸丁酯80~200份、对苯二酚0.01~0.1份、芦荟纳米微粉5~24份、大豆蛋白粉20~55份、壳聚糖10~44份、醋酸1~5份。
所述芦荟纳米微粉的制备方法是:取新鲜芦荟,干燥至水分含量10~20%,粉碎至粒径300~500nm。
本发明述医用生物新材料的制备方法是:去离子水配置浓度20~40%的壳聚糖溶液,再加入壳聚糖溶液体积2~4倍的去离子水,加热至40~60℃,将其余各组分加入,混合搅拌均匀,调整固含至生产要求,即可。
本发明的医用生物新材料,通过加入芦荟纳米微粉,提高了其抗冲击能力,天然的植物提取精华和成分使其更容易降解;壳聚糖组分增加了产品的抑制细菌活性,本发明产品固化速度适中,粘合强度高,粘接时放热低,粘接薄膜韧性好,对皮肤刺激性小,对各种创伤、手术切口具有高强度快速粘合作用,固化后无疤痕。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,这些实施例仅用来说明本发明,并不限制本发明的范围。
实施例1一种医用生物新材料,由以下质量份的原料制备:氰基丙烯酸丁酯188份、对苯二酚0.1份、芦荟纳米微粉8份、大豆蛋白粉55份、壳聚糖44份、醋酸5份;制备方法是:
(1)取新鲜芦荟,干燥至水分含量15%,粉碎至粒径300~500nm;
(2)按配比取各原料,去离子水配置浓度30%的壳聚糖溶液,再加入壳聚糖溶液体积4倍的去离子水,加热至50℃,将其余各组分加入,混合搅拌均匀,调整固含至25%,即可。
实施例2一种医用生物新材料,由以下质量份的原料制备:氰基丙烯酸丁酯100份、对苯二酚0.051份、芦荟纳米微粉24份、大豆蛋白粉20份、壳聚糖10份、醋酸1份;制备方法是:
(1)取新鲜芦荟,干燥至水分含量20%,粉碎至粒径300~500nm;
(2)按配比取各原料,去离子水配置浓度40%的壳聚糖溶液,再加入壳聚糖溶液体积3倍的去离子水,加热至60℃,将其余各组分加入,混合搅拌均匀,调整固含至30%,即可。
实施例3一种医用生物新材料,由以下质量份的原料制备:氰基丙烯酸丁酯200份、对苯二酚0.01份、芦荟纳米微粉22份、大豆蛋白粉35份、壳聚糖30份、醋酸3份;制备方法是:
(1)取新鲜芦荟,干燥至水分含量10%,粉碎至粒径300~500nm;
(2)按配比取各原料,去离子水配置浓度20%的壳聚糖溶液,再加入壳聚糖溶液体积2倍的去离子水,加热至40℃,将其余各组分加入,混合搅拌均匀,调整固含至20%,即可。

1.一种医用生物新材料,其特征在于:由以下质量份的原料制备:氰基丙烯酸丁酯80~200份、对苯二酚0.01~0.1份、芦荟纳米微粉5~24份、大豆蛋白粉20~55份、壳聚糖10~44份、醋酸1~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医用生物新材料,其特征在于:所述芦荟纳米微粉的制备方法是:取新鲜芦荟,干燥至水分含量10~20%,粉碎至粒径300~500nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的医用生物新材料,其特征在于:其制备方法是:去离子水配置浓度20~40%的壳聚糖溶液,再加入壳聚糖溶液体积2~4倍的去离子水,加热至40~60℃,将其余各组分加入,混合搅拌均匀,调整固含至生产要求,即可。
