Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于伤口愈合的组合物，属于医药保健品技术领域，涉及伤口愈合。一种用于伤口愈合的组合物，包括下列重量份的各组分：壳聚糖4‑5、芦荟微粉3‑5、胶原蛋白2‑4、明胶8‑10、云南白药4、环丙沙星3、胶原多肽9、冰片3。本发明可以起到促进伤口快速愈合、促进肌肉组织快速生殖的作用，且能达到淡化疤痕、美容的功效。

技术领域
本发明属于医药保健品技术领域，涉及伤口愈合，具体涉及一种促进伤口愈合的组合物。
背景技术
皮肤伤口愈合是指由于遭受外力作用，皮肤组织出现离断或缺损后的愈复过程，包括各种组织的再生和肉芽组织增生、瘢痕组织形成的复杂组合，表现出各种过程的协同作用。最轻度的创伤仅限于皮肤表皮层；稍重者有皮肤和皮下组织断裂，并出现伤口；严重的创伤可有肌肉、肌键、神经的断裂及骨折。
伤口愈合过程为止血、炎症、增殖和重塑。为使伤口成功愈合，四个阶段须顺次完成。现有的伤口愈合药物，各成分之间很难发挥出协同增效的效果，对伤口的治疗效果不佳，存在愈合慢、愈合效果差、且容易发生反复发炎、增生的问题。
为了解决现有技术存在的上述问题，本发明研发了一种可以促使伤口快速愈合的组合物。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于伤口愈合的组合物。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种用于伤口愈合的组合物，包括下列重量份的各组分：
壳聚糖4-5 芦荟微粉3-5 胶原蛋白2-4
明胶8-10 云南白药4 环丙沙星3
胶原多肽9 冰片3。
进一步，优选包括下列重量份的各组分：
壳聚糖4 芦荟微粉4 胶原蛋白3
明胶8 云南白药4 环丙沙星3
胶原多肽9 冰片3。
本发明以一定质量比的壳聚糖、芦荟微粉、胶原蛋白、明胶为原料，使用去离子水制备凝胶，作为组合物载体；通过云南白药和环丙沙星协同作用，对伤口进行止血、消炎杀菌，而由于所制备的凝胶具有缓释特性，所以环丙沙星和载体中的芦荟微粉对伤口处有较长时间的消炎作用，杀菌时间长，避免伤口的反复感染，且缓释的胶原蛋白可以进一步加强云南白药的止血功效；组合物中的胶原多肽一种细胞外蛋白质，它是曲3条肽链拧成螺旋形的纤维状蛋白质，胶原多肽是人体内含量最丰富的蛋白质，占全身总蛋白质的30%以上具有促进细胞再生，淡化疤痕的作用，与缓释载体中的壳聚糖共同作用达到生肌的目的，最终冰片与缓释的壳聚糖、芦荟微粉、胶原蛋白一起促进组合物的淡化疤痕、美容的作用。
本发明以具备缓释功效的凝胶为组合物载体，且分别与云南白药、环丙沙星、胶原多肽协调作用，达到快速止血，长效消炎抗菌的作用，并共同起到去腐生肌、淡化疤痕的美容效果。
本发明可以起到促进伤口快速愈合、促进肌肉组织快速生殖的作用，且能达到淡化疤痕、美容的功效。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行进一步的说明，但应该理解，这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。本领域技术人员在本发明上对本发明作出的各种改动或修改，均应同样落于本发明的保护范围之内。
实施例1
准确称取壳聚糖4Kg、芦荟微粉4Kg、胶原蛋白3Kg、明胶8Kg，使用去离子水，按照常规方法制得凝胶，作为组合物载体，然后准确称取云南白药4Kg、环丙沙星3Kg、胶原多肽9 Kg、冰片3 Kg，搅拌均匀，即得用于伤口愈合的组合物。
实施例2
准确称取壳聚糖5Kg、芦荟微粉5Kg、胶原蛋白2Kg、明胶9Kg，使用去离子水，按照常规方法制得凝胶，作为组合物载体，然后准确称取云南白药4Kg、环丙沙星3Kg、胶原多肽9 Kg、冰片3 Kg，搅拌均匀，即得用于伤口愈合的组合物。
实施例3
准确称取壳聚糖4Kg、芦荟微粉3Kg、胶原蛋白4Kg、明胶10Kg，使用去离子水，按照常规方法制得凝胶，作为组合物载体，然后准确称取云南白药4Kg、环丙沙星3Kg、胶原多肽9 Kg、冰片3 Kg，搅拌均匀，即得用于伤口愈合的组合物。
