本发明公开了一种环保型汽车尾气排放装置,包括排气管,排气管的一侧设置有进气管,进气管的一端设置有尾气处理器,尾气处理器的顶部设置有液压传动器控制按钮,尾气处理器的内侧设置有电磁铁,电磁铁的底部设置有橡皮擦环,橡皮擦环的一侧设置有传动伸缩杆,传动伸缩杆的一侧设置有液压传动器,尾气处理器的另一侧设置有尾气过滤器,尾气过滤器的一侧设置有抽风机,抽风机的一侧设置有排气管,排气管的内侧设置有消声瓦,装置内尾气处理器和尾气过滤器可降低尾气中的有害物质,排放管中的消声瓦能够有效的降低汽车尾气排放管产生的噪音,可拆卸的部件使得装置更加方便使用,橡皮擦环可清洁电磁体表面。

汽车的出现,极大的方便人们的生活,促进了人类的发展,但汽车技术的发展也带来了很多的问题,汽车尾气就是其中最大的问题之一,汽车尾气中含有大量碳氢化合物、氮氧化合物、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、含铅化合物、苯并芘及固体颗粒物等,严重污染了环境,当前,汽车尾气排放装置一般为露天排放,没有能够进行有效处理,这不仅导致大气环境变差,尾气排放装置产生的噪音也在很大程度上影响了人们的生活,温室效应的日趋加深,也可汽车尾气的排放有很大的关系。

本发明所达到的有益效果是:当使用本环保型汽车尾气排放装置时,装置内设置的尾气处理器和尾气过滤器可以很大的程度上降低尾气中的有害物质,同时排放管中的消声瓦能够有效的降低汽车尾气排放管产生的噪音,可拆卸的部件使得该环保型汽车尾气排放装置更加方便使用,橡皮擦环可清洁电磁体表面,使得装置的工作效率得到保障。

具体的,当汽车开动时,汽车尾气通过进气管2进入尾气处理器3,同时电磁铁5开始工作,尾气中所含带电胶粒在洛伦兹力的作用下吸附在电磁铁5表面,然后,尾气进入尾气过滤器9,通过尾气过滤器9内部的初级过滤层23,次级过滤层24和高级过滤层25的层层过滤,使得尾气的有害物质降到最低,同时抽风机10开始工作,使尾气流过尾气过滤器9的速率加快,提高过滤效率,当尾气通过排气管1时,消声瓦14可降低噪音,当尾气处理器3和尾气过滤器9因污染物过多,导致工作效率降低时,尾气通过尾气颗粒物传感器13会使驾驶室内报警器27报警,从而提醒驾驶员注意,当拆卸该尾气处理装置时,握住排气管1拔下即可拔下排放管1,拆卸抽风机10时,直接旋转拧下,拆卸尾气处理器3和尾气过滤器9时,取出搭扣19连接螺钉14,即可完成分解,同时通过液压传动器控制按钮4,使得液压传动器8带动传动伸缩杆7控制橡皮擦环6,清洁电磁铁5表面。
