Abstract

本发明涉及一种水溶性卫生纸的制备方法,具体步骤如下:将苦参、黄柏、梓树叶、地榆、蛇床子、艾叶、连翘、荆芥加入水浸泡后、煎煮、过滤得中药提取液备用;将针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、中药提取液放入打浆机中打浆,得到纸浆;搅拌纸浆的悬浮液,将羧乙基纤维素加入到纸浆的悬浮液中;加入丙酮搅拌20‑40分钟,以使纸浆纤维和羧乙基纤维素脱水;向脱水后的纸浆纤维和羧甲基纤维素中加入弱碱性的钠盐将,以将羧乙基纤维素转变为水溶性化学结构;风干处理,以获得水溶性卫生纸;该卫生纸制备方法简单,水溶性好,遇水后三分钟之内即可溶解,通过加入中药提取液,使得该卫生纸具有止痒、杀菌的保健功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水溶性卫生纸的制备方法,属于卫生纸制造领域。
背景技术
目前市场常见的卫生纸都不能遇水溶解,卫生间使用后的卫生纸不准往便器里扔,以防止下水管道堵塞,必须扔进废纸筐里,严重污染环境卫生,影响居住环境,所以急需开发一种水溶性卫生纸的制备方法,以方便生活。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提供一种水溶性卫生纸的制备方法。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种水溶性卫生纸的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将苦参、黄柏、梓树叶、地榆、蛇床子、艾叶、连翘、荆芥加入3-5倍的水浸泡3-4小时,再大火煎煮至沸腾,再换成小火煎煮0.8-1.5小时,过滤,得中药提取液备用;
(2)将针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、中药提取液放入打浆机中打浆,得到纸浆;
(3)搅拌纸浆的悬浮液,将羧乙基纤维素加入到纸浆的悬浮液中;
(4)加入丙酮搅拌20-40分钟,以使纸浆纤维和羧乙基纤维素脱水;
(5)向脱水后的纸浆纤维和羧甲基纤维素中加入弱碱性的钠盐将,以将羧乙基纤维素转变为水溶性化学结构;
(6)风干处理,以获得水溶性卫生纸;
优选地,所述的中药提取液中各原料的总量份数如下:
苦参5-8份、黄柏3-5份、梓树叶3-5份、地榆4-6份、蛇床子2-4份、艾叶5-8份、连翘3-5份、荆芥3-5份。
优选地,步骤(2)中针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、中药提取液的重量比为70-75:20-25:0.5-5。
优选地,步骤(6)中风干处理的温度为22-28℃。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的卫生纸制备方法简单,制备而成的卫生纸水溶性好,遇水后三分钟之内即可溶解,通过加入中药提取液,使得该卫生纸具有止痒、杀菌的保健功效。

实施例1
一种水溶性卫生纸的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将苦参、黄柏、梓树叶、地榆、蛇床子、艾叶、连翘、荆芥加入3倍的水浸泡3小时,再大火煎煮至沸腾,再换成小火煎煮0.8小时,过滤,得中药提取液备用;
其中,所述的中药提取液中各原料的总量份数如下:
苦参5份、黄柏3份、梓树叶3份、地榆4份、蛇床子2份、艾叶5份、连翘3份、荆芥3份;
(2)将针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、中药提取液放入打浆机中打浆,得到纸浆;
其中,针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、中药提取液的重量比为70:20:0.5;
(3)搅拌纸浆的悬浮液,将羧乙基纤维素加入到纸浆的悬浮液中;
(4)加入丙酮搅拌20分钟,以使纸浆纤维和羧乙基纤维素脱水;
(5)向脱水后的纸浆纤维和羧甲基纤维素中加入弱碱性的钠盐将,以将羧乙基纤维素转变为水溶性化学结构;
(6)风干处理,以获得水溶性卫生纸,其中,风干处理的温度为22℃。
实施例2
一种水溶性卫生纸的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将苦参、黄柏、梓树叶、地榆、蛇床子、艾叶、连翘、荆芥加入4倍的水浸泡3.5小时,再大火煎煮至沸腾,再换成小火煎煮1小时,过滤,得中药提取液备用;
其中,所述的中药提取液中各原料的总量份数如下:
苦参6份、黄柏4份、梓树叶4份、地榆5份、蛇床子3份、艾叶6份、连翘4份、荆芥4份;
(2)将针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、中药提取液放入打浆机中打浆,得到纸浆;
其中,针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、中药提取液的重量比为72:23:2;
(3)搅拌纸浆的悬浮液,将羧乙基纤维素加入到纸浆的悬浮液中;
(4)加入丙酮搅拌30分钟,以使纸浆纤维和羧乙基纤维素脱水;
(5)向脱水后的纸浆纤维和羧甲基纤维素中加入弱碱性的钠盐将,以将羧乙基纤维素转变为水溶性化学结构;
(6)风干处理,以获得水溶性卫生纸,其中,风干处理的温度为25℃。
实施例3
一种水溶性卫生纸的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)将苦参、黄柏、梓树叶、地榆、蛇床子、艾叶、连翘、荆芥加入5倍的水浸泡4小时,再大火煎煮至沸腾,再换成小火煎煮1.5小时,过滤,得中药提取液备用;
其中,所述的中药提取液中各原料的总量份数如下:
苦参8份、黄柏5份、梓树叶5份、地榆6份、蛇床子4份、艾叶8份、连翘5份、荆芥5份;
(2)将针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、中药提取液放入打浆机中打浆,得到纸浆;
其中,针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、中药提取液的重量比为75:25:5;
(3)搅拌纸浆的悬浮液,将羧乙基纤维素加入到纸浆的悬浮液中;
(4)加入丙酮搅拌40分钟,以使纸浆纤维和羧乙基纤维素脱水;
(5)向脱水后的纸浆纤维和羧甲基纤维素中加入弱碱性的钠盐将,以将羧乙基纤维素转变为水溶性化学结构;
(6)风干处理,以获得水溶性卫生纸,其中,风干处理的温度为28℃。

(1)将苦参、黄柏、梓树叶、地榆、蛇床子、艾叶、连翘、荆芥加入3-5倍的水浸泡3-4小时,再大火煎煮至沸腾,再换成小火煎煮0.8-1.5小时,过滤,得中药提取液备用;
(2)将针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、中药提取液放入打浆机中打浆,得到纸浆;
(3)搅拌纸浆的悬浮液,将羧乙基纤维素加入到纸浆的悬浮液中;
(4)加入丙酮搅拌20-40分钟,以使纸浆纤维和羧乙基纤维素脱水;
(5)向脱水后的纸浆纤维和羧甲基纤维素中加入弱碱性的钠盐将,以将羧乙基纤维素转变为水溶性化学结构;
(6)风干处理,以获得水溶性卫生纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性卫生纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的中药提取液中各原料的总量份数如下:
苦参5-8份、黄柏3-5份、梓树叶3-5份、地榆4-6份、蛇床子2-4份、艾叶5-8份、连翘3-5份、荆芥3-5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性卫生纸的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中针叶木浆、阔叶木浆、中药提取液的重量比为70-75:20-25:0.5-5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水溶性卫生纸的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(6)中风干处理的温度为22-28℃。
