本发明公开了一种防锈油组合物及其制备方法,所述的制备方法包括下述的步骤:步骤1:按重量将基础油130‑170份、二壬基萘磺酸钡5‑12份、苯并三氮唑2‑5份、山嵛醇3‑5份、聚甘油基‑2二聚羟基硬脂酸酯2‑4份倒入搅拌罐中搅拌;步骤2:再向搅拌罐内加入椰油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺3‑6份、异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3‑7份搅拌;步骤3:升高搅拌罐内温度为110‑120℃,再向搅拌罐内加入邻苯二甲酸单月桂醇酯钠盐2‑4份、丙二醇葡萄糖苷硬脂酸酯2‑5份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1‑4份,搅拌后制备为防锈油组合物。制备的防锈油可显著的预防铸铁件的生锈。

技术领域
本发明属于防锈油领域,涉及一种防锈油组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
按金属品种,不同的防锈油对不同金属材质的防锈效果不同,有的对黑色金属防锈效果很好,但对铜则效果一般。
按金属产品的结构和大小,结构简单和表面积大的可选用溶剂稀释型或脂型,而结构复杂有孔或内腔的用油型的较好,因为还要考虑启封时防锈膜可除性。
按金属产品所处的环境和用途,分清是短期的工序防锈,还是同时带有短期润滑的长期防锈,是对潮湿环境的长期封存防锈,还是可能存放在沿海库房或甚至有一定时间的海上运输因而要好的抗盐雾性能。用于铸铁件防锈的防锈油需要具备良好的防锈功能,才能有效的解决铸铁件容易生锈的问题。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:用于铁铸件或其他金属材料的防锈时,防锈油的性能至关重要,本发明的目的是公开一种防锈油组合物,提高经防锈油组合物处理后的铁铸件的防锈强度,包括耐湿、耐盐雾等强度,另外再提高防锈油在不同温度下的粘度稳定性。

基础油:130-170份、二壬基萘磺酸钡:5-12份、

椰油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺:3-6份、
异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯:3-7份、
邻苯二甲酸单月桂醇酯钠盐:2-4份、
丙二醇葡萄糖苷硬脂酸酯:2-5份、
二烷基二硫代磷酸锌:1-4份;
优选的,所述的防锈油组合物包括下述重量份的成分:
基础油:140-160份、二壬基萘磺酸钡:7-10份、
苯并三氮唑:3-4份、山嵛醇:4-5份、
聚甘油基-2二聚羟基硬脂酸酯:3-4份、

一种防锈油组合物的制备方法,包括下述的步骤:
步骤1:按重量将基础油130-170份、二壬基萘磺酸钡5-12份、苯并三氮唑2-5份、山嵛醇3-5份、聚甘油基-2二聚羟基硬脂酸酯2-4份倒入搅拌罐中,加热至温度为80-100℃,对搅拌罐内混合物进行搅拌,搅拌桨转速为80-150rpm,搅拌20-40min;
步骤2:再向搅拌罐内加入椰油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺3-6份、异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3-7份,再保持温度不变,搅拌桨转速为100-180rpm下搅拌15-30min;
步骤3:升高搅拌罐内温度为110-120℃,再向搅拌罐内加入邻苯二甲酸单月桂醇酯钠盐2-4份、丙二醇葡萄糖苷硬脂酸酯2-5份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1-4份,在转速为120-200rpm下搅拌15-35min,制备为防锈油组合物。
优选的,所述的制备方法步骤1中加热至温度为90℃,对搅拌罐内混合物进行搅拌,搅拌桨转速为120rpm,搅拌30min。

有益效果:本发明的防锈油组合物用于对铸铁件处理后,有效的防止了铸铁件生锈、腐蚀等现象发生,并且本发明的防锈油还具备了较好的粘度指数和极压性能,经过本发明的防锈油处理过的铸铁件可在湿热环境下放置数月没有锈斑产生,并且本发明的防锈油的制备方法具有简单、成本低廉的特点。
具体实施方式
实施例及对比例的防锈油耐湿热测试条件为:取铸铁件放入到实施例和对比例的防锈油中放置30min,将处理后的铸铁件分别在温度为40℃、湿度为90wt%的条件下放置,观察是否有锈点。

步骤1:按重量将基础油170份、二壬基萘磺酸钡12份、苯并三氮唑2份、山嵛醇5份、聚甘油基-2二聚羟基硬脂酸酯4份倒入搅拌罐中,加热至温度为100℃,对搅拌罐内混合物进行搅拌,搅拌桨转速为80rpm,搅拌40min;
步骤2:再向搅拌罐内加入椰油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺6份、异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3份,再保持温度不变,搅拌桨转速为180rpm下搅拌15min;
步骤3:升高搅拌罐内温度为120℃,再向搅拌罐内加入邻苯二甲酸单月桂醇酯钠盐2份、丙二醇葡萄糖苷硬脂酸酯5份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1份,在转速为200rpm下搅拌15min,制备为防锈油组合物。

Claims (7)

1.一种防锈油组合物,其特征在于,所述的防锈油组合物包括下述重量份的成分:
基础油:130-170份、二壬基萘磺酸钡:5-12份、
苯并三氮唑:2-5份、山嵛醇:3-5份、
聚甘油基-2二聚羟基硬脂酸酯:2-4份、
椰油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺:3-6份、
异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯:3-7份、
邻苯二甲酸单月桂醇酯钠盐:2-4份、
丙二醇葡萄糖苷硬脂酸酯:2-5份、
二烷基二硫代磷酸锌:1-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防锈油组合物,其特征在于,所述的防锈油组合物包括下述重量份的成分:
基础油:140-160份、二壬基萘磺酸钡:7-10份、
苯并三氮唑:3-4份、山嵛醇:4-5份、
聚甘油基-2二聚羟基硬脂酸酯:3-4份、
椰油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺:4-5份、
异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯:4-6份、
邻苯二甲酸单月桂醇酯钠盐:3-4份、
丙二醇葡萄糖苷硬脂酸酯:3-4份、
二烷基二硫代磷酸锌:2-3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防锈油组合物,其特征在于,所述的防锈油组合物中的基础油为矿物油。
4.一种防锈油组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法包括下述的步骤:
步骤1:按重量将基础油130-170份、二壬基萘磺酸钡5-12份、苯并三氮唑2-5份、山嵛醇3-5份、聚甘油基-2二聚羟基硬脂酸酯2-4份倒入搅拌罐中,加热至温度为80-100℃,对搅拌罐内混合物进行搅拌,搅拌桨转速为80-150rpm,搅拌20-40min;
步骤2:再向搅拌罐内加入椰油脂肪酸单乙醇酰胺3-6份、异辛醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3-7份,再保持温度不变,搅拌桨转速为100-180rpm下搅拌15-30min;
步骤3:升高搅拌罐内温度为110-120℃,再向搅拌罐内加入邻苯二甲酸单月桂醇酯钠盐2-4份、丙二醇葡萄糖苷硬脂酸酯2-5份、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌1-4份,在转速为120-200rpm下搅拌15-35min,制备为防锈油组合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防锈油组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法步骤1中加热至温度为90℃,对搅拌罐内混合物进行搅拌,搅拌桨转速为120rpm,搅拌30min。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种防锈油组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法步骤2中在搅拌桨转速为140rpm下搅拌25min。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种防锈油组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法步骤3中升高搅拌罐内温度为115℃。
