背景技术
把一种具有润滑性能的物质,加到设备机体摩擦副上,使摩擦副脱离直接接触,达到降低摩擦和减少磨损的手段称为润滑。
润滑的基本原理是润滑剂能够牢固地附在机件摩擦副上,形成一层油膜,这种油膜和机件的摩擦面接合力很强,两个摩擦面被润滑剂分开,使机件间的摩擦变为润滑剂本身分子间的摩擦,从而起到减少摩擦降低磨损的作用。
设备的润滑是设备维护的重要环节。设备缺油或油变质会导致设备故障甚至破坏设备的精度和功能。搞好设备润滑,对减少故障,减少机件磨损,延长设备的使用寿命起着重要作用。
在生产中,电机作为一种清洁高效的动力能源已经被广泛的运用到生产实际当中。而在电机中起支撑作用的电机轮轴就成为了电机一个非常重要的组成部分,因此电机轮轴的寿命也成为电机寿命的一个重要的参数。
对于一些高压大功率电机来说,其轮轴的寿命已经成为了电机寿命的瓶颈,然而,现有的电机轮轴润滑油多采用矿物润滑油,在使用过程中不仅会严重破坏生态环境和危害人体健康,而且现有的轮轴润滑油润滑效果不佳,在恶劣环境下,还会导致轮轴表面产生氧化、腐蚀现象,影响轮轴使用性能,所以研制一种好的电机轮轴专用润滑油对于提高电机寿命以及节省成本方面是有着重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题:针对现有的电机轮轴润滑油多采用矿物润滑油,但是矿物润滑油在使用过程中会严重破坏生态环境和危害人体健康,同时,现有的轮轴润滑油润滑效果不佳,在恶劣环境下,还会导致轮轴表面产生氧化、腐蚀现象,影响轮轴使用性能的问题,提供一种电机轴轮专用环保润滑油的制备方法,该方法将米糠油和棕榈油搅拌混合后加入三羟甲基丙烷和无水乙醇反应,随后加入脂肪酶振荡反应,反应后分离并静置,得上层液体并洗涤、蒸发制得到混合油多元醇酯,将多元醇酯与三乙胺乙醇溶液、甲基含氢硅油搅拌反应,随后经蒸发得到基础油,将基础油、磷酸钠、石墨等高速搅拌混合,即可制得电机轴轮专用环保润滑油,本发明制备工艺简单,抗氧化、防腐蚀性能好,具有较优异的润滑作用,原材料和成品安全无毒性,是符合环保要求的绿色产品,适合工业化生产。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
(1)分别称取150~250g米糠油和100~120g棕榈油加入到烧瓶中,搅拌混合后加入1~3g三羟甲基丙烷和20~30mL无水乙醇,搅拌至三羟甲基丙烷溶解,溶解后将烧瓶放入水浴锅中升温至60~70℃,并搅拌反应30~40min;
(2)上述反应结束后冷却温度至35℃,并向烧瓶中加入4~6g脂肪酶,放入摇床中,在温度为27~35℃和转速为120~150r/min的条件下振荡10~12h,振荡结束后将烧瓶中的产物倒入离心分离机中分离得上清液,然后将上清液静置分层,得上层液体,并用去离子水洗涤3~5次后旋转蒸发水分,即可得到混合油多元醇酯;
(3)称取30~40g上述混合油多元醇酯加入到三口烧瓶中,再加入8~10mL质量分数10%三乙胺乙醇溶液,放入冰水浴中后通入氮气,边搅拌边滴加5~7mL甲基含氢硅油,滴加速度为2~3mL/min,滴加后搅拌反应60~100min,反应结束后放入水浴中,在50~60℃温度下搅拌反应2~3h,反应结束后降至室温得到反应产物,将反应产物旋转蒸发20~30min后得基础油;
(4)按重量份数计,分别选取70~80份上述基础油、3~5份磷酸钠、1~2份250~300目石墨、5~8份乙二胺四乙酸二钠、3~5份乙烯基乙醚、2~5份聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,3~8份聚乙烯醇和5~15份油酸,加入到高速搅拌机中,在800~1000r/min转速下搅拌混合10~15min,搅拌即可制得电机轴轮专用环保润滑油。
本发明的使用方法是:将本发明制得的电机轴轮专用环保润滑油涂覆在电机轮轴表面,正常使用8~10个月,经检测发现,本发明制得的电机轴轮专用环保润滑油,可以降低机械磨损85~95%,延长电机使用寿命1~3倍,使用过程中轮轴表面未出现氧化腐蚀现象,跟踪监测3~5年后,操作人员身体未出现异常,且未对周围环境造成污染。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明制备的电机轴轮专用环保润滑油具有优异的减摩抗磨性能,并且对轮轴上受磨损表面具有修复功能;
(2)本发明制备的电机轴轮专用环保润滑油能够很好地对轮轴润滑,同时具有很好的抗氧化、防腐防蚀性;
(3)本发明天然环保,不含任何有毒物质,使用过程中不会对环境和人体产生危害。
具体实施方式
首先分别称取150~250g米糠油和100~120g棕榈油加入到烧瓶中,搅拌混合后加入1~3g三羟甲基丙烷和20~30mL无水乙醇,搅拌至三羟甲基丙烷溶解,溶解后将烧瓶放入水浴锅中升温至60~70℃,并搅拌反应30~40min;待上述反应结束后冷却温度至35℃,并向烧瓶中加入4~6g脂肪酶,放入摇床中,在温度为27~35℃和转速为120~150r/min的条件下振荡10~12h,振荡结束后将烧瓶中的产物倒入离心分离机中分离得上清液,然后将上清液静置分层,得上层液体,并用去离子水洗涤3~5次后旋转蒸发水分,即可得到混合油多元醇酯;随后称取30~40g上述混合油多元醇酯加入到三口烧瓶中,再加入8~10mL质量分数10%三乙胺乙醇溶液,放入冰水浴中后通入氮气,边搅拌边滴加5~7mL甲基含氢硅油,滴加速度为2~3mL/min,滴加后搅拌反应60~100min,反应结束后放入水浴中,在50~60℃温度下搅拌反应2~3h,反应结束后降至室温得到反应产物,将反应产物旋转蒸发20~30min后得基础油;最后按重量份数计,分别选取70~80份上述基础油、3~5份磷酸钠、1~2份250~300目石墨、5~8份乙二胺四乙酸二钠、3~5份乙烯基乙醚、2~5份聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,3~8份聚乙烯醇和5~15份油酸,加入到高速搅拌机中,在800~1000r/min转速下搅拌混合10~15min,搅拌即可制得电机轴轮专用环保润滑油。

首先分别称取250g米糠油和120g棕榈油加入到烧瓶中,搅拌混合后加入3g三羟甲基丙烷和30mL无水乙醇,搅拌至三羟甲基丙烷溶解,溶解后将烧瓶放入水浴锅中升温至70℃,并搅拌反应40min;待上述反应结束后冷却温度至35℃,并向烧瓶中加入6g脂肪酶,放入摇床中,在温度为35℃和转速为150r/min的条件下振荡12h,振荡结束后将烧瓶中的产物倒入离心分离机中分离得上清液,然后将上清液静置分层,得上层液体,并用去离子水洗涤5次后旋转蒸发水分,即可得到混合油多元醇酯;随后称取40g上述混合油多元醇酯加入到三口烧瓶中,再加入10mL质量分数10%三乙胺乙醇溶液,放入冰水浴中后通入氮气,边搅拌边滴加7mL甲基含氢硅油,滴加速度为3mL/min,滴加后搅拌反应100min,反应结束后放入水浴中,在60℃温度下搅拌反应3h,反应结束后降至室温得到反应产物,将反应产物旋转蒸发30min后得基础油;最后按重量份数计,分别选取80份上述基础油、5份磷酸钠、2份300目石墨、8份乙二胺四乙酸二钠、5份乙烯基乙醚、5份聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,8份聚乙烯醇和15份油酸,加入到高速搅拌机中,在1000r/min转速下搅拌混合15min,搅拌即可制得电机轴轮专用环保润滑油。
本发明操作简便,使用时,将本发明制得的电机轴轮专用环保润滑油涂覆在电机轮轴表面,正常使用10个月,经检测发现,本发明制得的电机轴轮专用环保润滑油,可以降低机械磨损95%,延长电机使用寿命3倍,使用过程中轮轴表面未出现氧化腐蚀现象,跟踪监测5年后,操作人员身体未出现异常,且未对周围环境造成污染。

Claims (1)

1.一种电机轴轮专用环保润滑油的制备方法,其特征在于具体制备步骤为:
(1)分别称取150~250g米糠油和100~120g棕榈油加入到烧瓶中,搅拌混合后加入1~3g三羟甲基丙烷和20~30mL无水乙醇,搅拌至三羟甲基丙烷溶解,溶解后将烧瓶放入水浴锅中升温至60~70℃,并搅拌反应30~40min;
(2)上述反应结束后冷却温度至35℃,并向烧瓶中加入4~6g脂肪酶,放入摇床中,在温度为27~35℃和转速为120~150r/min的条件下振荡10~12h,振荡结束后将烧瓶中的产物倒入离心分离机中分离得上清液,然后将上清液静置分层,得上层液体,并用去离子水洗涤3~5次后旋转蒸发水分,即可得到混合油多元醇酯;
(3)称取30~40g上述混合油多元醇酯加入到三口烧瓶中,再加入8~10mL质量分数10%三乙胺乙醇溶液,放入冰水浴中后通入氮气,边搅拌边滴加5~7mL甲基含氢硅油,滴加速度为2~3mL/min,滴加后搅拌反应60~100min,反应结束后放入水浴中,在50~60℃温度下搅拌反应2~3h,反应结束后降至室温得到反应产物,将反应产物旋转蒸发20~30min后得基础油;
(4)按重量份数计,分别选取70~80份上述基础油、3~5份磷酸钠、1~2份250~300目石墨、5~8份乙二胺四乙酸二钠、3~5份乙烯基乙醚、2~5份聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,3~8份聚乙烯醇和5~15份油酸,加入到高速搅拌机中,在800~1000r/min转速下搅拌混合10~15min,搅拌即可制得电机轴轮专用环保润滑油。
