Abstract
本发明公开了一种聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料改性丙烯酸乳液及其制备方法;所述乳液包括以下重量份的组分:丙烯酸1‑5份,丙烯酸丁酯40‑50份,聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料8‑20份,丙烯酸羟乙酯1‑3份,环氧树脂5‑10份,苯乙烯20‑30份,衣康酸2‑5份,丙烯酰胺1‑5份,乳化剂2‑5份,引发剂0.5‑1.5份,消泡剂0.3‑0.5份;所述乳液的制备方法包括聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料预处理、预乳化液的制备、乳液合成等步骤。本发明是利用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料的a‑H的活性点,与苯丙单体进行接枝聚合制成改性丙烯酸乳液,该乳液产品储存期长,混溶性好,初粘力强,环保性好,可用于胶黏剂、水性防腐漆、内外墙乳胶漆、防水工程涂料等。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料改性技术领域,特别涉及一种聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料改性丙烯酸乳液及其制备方法。
背景技术
作为包装及防腐材料的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料因常温下不能裂解和降解,废弃后长期存在于自然界中日积月累,造成严重的环境污染。
近年来,国内外相继有如何回收利用废聚苯乙烯的研究报道,如裂解法制备汽油,物理化溶解制防腐漆等,但都面临要么投资成本高,要么大量有机溶剂造成二次污染。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于:针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料改性丙烯酸乳液及其制备方法,将聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料制成改性丙烯酸乳液,实现聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料的回收利用。
一种聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料改性丙烯酸乳液,所述乳液包括以下重量份的组分:丙烯酸1-5份,丙烯酸丁酯40-50份,聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料8-20份,丙烯酸羟乙酯1-3份,环氧树脂5-10份,苯乙烯20-30份,衣康酸2-5份,丙烯酰胺1-5份,乳化剂2-5份,引发剂0.5-1.5份,消泡剂0.3-0.5份。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述乳液包括以下重量份的组分:丙烯酸3份,丙烯酸丁酯45份,聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料15份,丙烯酸羟乙酯2份,环氧树脂8份,苯乙烯25份,衣康酸3份,丙烯酰胺2份,乳化剂3份,引发剂1份,消泡剂0.4份。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述环氧树脂为E44环氧树脂。
上述聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料改性丙烯酸乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料预处理:将废旧的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料在清水中搅拌浸泡,除去泥沙固体杂质,取出晾干,粉碎,待用;
(2)预乳化液的制备:预乳化高位槽中加入水,然后依次加入衣康酸、丙烯酰胺和一部分乳化剂,搅拌至完全溶解;用丙烯酸丁酯和苯乙烯溶解经步骤(1)预处理的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料,充分溶解后加入其它全部单体,搅拌至完全溶解,过滤,将滤液加入预乳化高位槽中,并加入一部分引发剂,充分乳化,得到预乳化液;
(3)乳液合成:在反应釜中加入剩余的乳化剂、水和缓冲剂,边搅拌边升温,升温至82℃时加入剩余的引发剂和10%的预乳化液做种子合成;种子液显蓝相,无回流时,开始滴加预乳化液,保持温度82-85℃,2小时滴完;86℃保温1小时,测残余单体小于0.3%后降温至50℃以下,加入中和剂调整PH值至6.5-7.5,并加入消泡剂,冷却,过滤,即得到所述乳液。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明是利用聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料的a-H的活性点,与苯丙单体进行接枝聚合制成改性丙烯酸乳液,该乳液产品储存期长,混溶性好,初粘力强,环保性好,可用于胶黏剂、水性防腐漆、内外墙乳胶漆、防水工程涂料等。本发明生产工艺简单,产品纯水性,不含任何有机溶剂,安全环保,实现了聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料的回收利用。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将对本发明的优选实施例进行详细的描述。
实施例1
聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料改性丙烯酸乳液的生产配方(以重量份计):丙烯酸1份,丙烯酸丁酯50份,聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料8份,丙烯酸羟乙酯1份,E44环氧树脂5份,苯乙烯30份,衣康酸2份,丙烯酰胺1份,乳化剂2份,引发剂0.5份,消泡剂0.5份。
聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料改性丙烯酸乳液的生产步骤:
(1)聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料预处理:将废旧的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料在清水中搅拌浸泡,除去泥沙固体杂质,取出晾干,粉碎,待用;
(2)预乳化液的制备:预乳化高位槽中加入水,然后依次加入衣康酸、丙烯酰胺和一部分乳化剂,搅拌至完全溶解;用丙烯酸丁酯和苯乙烯溶解经步骤(1)预处理的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料,充分溶解后加入其它全部单体,搅拌至完全溶解,过滤,将滤液加入预乳化高位槽中,并加入一部分引发剂,充分乳化,得到预乳化液;
(3)乳液合成:在反应釜中加入剩余的乳化剂、水和缓冲剂,边搅拌边升温,升温至82℃时加入剩余的引发剂和10%的预乳化液做种子合成;种子液显蓝相,无回流时,开始滴加预乳化液,保持温度82-85℃,2小时滴完;86℃保温1小时,测残余单体小于0.3%后降温至50℃以下,加入中和剂调整PH值至6.5-7.5,并加入消泡剂,冷却,过滤,即得到所述乳液。
实施例2
聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料改性丙烯酸乳液的生产配方(以重量份计):丙烯酸3份,丙烯酸丁酯45份,聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料15份,丙烯酸羟乙酯2份,E44环氧树脂8份,苯乙烯25份,衣康酸3份,丙烯酰胺2份,乳化剂3份,引发剂1份,消泡剂0.4份。
聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料改性丙烯酸乳液的生产步骤与实施例1相同。
实施例3
聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料改性丙烯酸乳液的生产配方(以重量份计):丙烯酸5份,丙烯酸丁酯40份,聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料20份,丙烯酸羟乙酯3份,E44环氧树脂10份,苯乙烯20份,衣康酸5份,丙烯酰胺5份,乳化剂5份,引发剂1.5份,消泡剂0.3份。
聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料改性丙烯酸乳液的生产步骤与实施例1相同。
实施例1-3的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料改性丙烯酸乳液的技术指标检测结果如下:

Claims (2)
1.一种聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料改性丙烯酸乳液,其特征在于:所述乳液包括以下重量份的组分:丙烯酸1-5份,丙烯酸丁酯40-50份,聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料8-20份,丙烯酸羟乙酯1-3份,E44环氧树脂5-10份,苯乙烯20-30份,衣康酸2-5份,丙烯酰胺1-5份,乳化剂2-5份,引发剂0.5-1.5份,消泡剂0.3-0.5份以及中和剂;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料预处理:将废旧的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料在清水中搅拌浸泡,除去泥沙固体杂质,取出晾干,粉碎,待用;
(2)预乳化液的制备:预乳化高位槽中加入水,然后依次加入衣康酸、丙烯酰胺和一部分乳化剂,搅拌至完全溶解;用丙烯酸丁酯和苯乙烯溶解经步骤(1)预处理的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料,充分溶解后加入其它全部单体,搅拌至完全溶解,过滤,将滤液加入预乳化高位槽中,并加入一部分引发剂,充分乳化,得到预乳化液;
(3)乳液合成:在反应釜中加入剩余的乳化剂、水和缓冲剂,边搅拌边升温,升温至82℃时加入剩余的引发剂和10%的预乳化液做种子合成;种子液显蓝相,无回流时,开始滴加预乳化液,保持温度82-85℃,2小时滴完;86℃保温1小时,测残余单体小于0.3%后降温至50℃以下,加入中和剂调整PH值至6.5-7.5,并加入消泡剂,冷却,过滤,即得到所述乳液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料改性丙烯酸乳液,其特征在于:所述乳液包括以下重量份的组分:丙烯酸3份,丙烯酸丁酯45份,聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料15份,丙烯酸羟乙酯2份,E44环氧树脂8份,苯乙烯25份,衣康酸3份,丙烯酰胺2份,乳化剂3份,引发剂1份,消泡剂0.4份以及中和剂。
