Abstract

本发明一种水性压敏胶配方及保护膜制备工艺,所述水性压敏胶由水性乳液,消泡剂,润湿剂,增稠剂,流平剂和固化剂组成,其通过涂覆工艺将水性压敏胶涂覆到PET薄膜表面,通过烘烤线最后获得水性压敏胶保护膜,本发明生产成本低,成产效率高,使用用水性乳液替代有机溶剂,到达节能减排同时环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及保护膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种水性压敏胶配方及保护膜制备工艺。
背景技术
油性保护膜压敏胶采用丙烯酸共聚物,起黏附性能的有EHA及BA,起内聚作用的有VAc及AN,起改性作用的有AA、HEA、N-MAM,各组分的配比应按被保护的材质、光亮度及具体要求确定,其配方为:A组分(单位:质量份),丙烯酸-2-乙基己酯8~10、丙烯酸适量、N-羟甲丙烯酰胺3~5、乙酸乙烯酯(VAc)10~12、丙烯酸丁酯50~57、过氧化二苯甲酰0.1~0.5、丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯(BPO)2~3、丙烯酸-2-羟丙酯(AA-2-HPA)适量、合溶剂200;B组分,异氰酸酯的20%氯苯溶液
现有压敏胶保护膜所使用的压敏胶为油性压敏胶,其中使用大量有机溶剂,生产过程中会产生大量VOC对环境造成污染,同时还有爆炸和着火的风险;本办法解决压敏胶保护膜生产过程中会产生VOC,用水替代有机溶剂,到达节能减排同时环保。
发明内容
基于上述技术缺陷,本发明提供一种水性压敏胶配方及保护膜制备工艺,解决了上述技术问题中的技术缺陷。
本发明一种水性压敏胶配方及保护膜制备工艺,所述水性压敏胶由水性乳液,消泡剂,润湿剂,增稠剂,流平剂和固化剂组成,所述水性乳液为水性丙烯酸乳液、水性聚氨酯乳液、水性丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液其中的一种;
所述消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂tego810w或tego 902w和非硅类消泡剂BYK011或BYK012;
所述润湿剂为有机硅改性润湿剂BYK346或BYK349;
所述增稠剂为缔合型增稠剂BYK420或BYK425;
所述固化剂为水性固化剂如Bayhydur XP2655或Bayhydur 3100。
一种水性压敏胶保护膜制备工艺,其采用如权利要求1所述的配方,包括以下步骤:
1)首先,在容器中分别加入水性聚合物乳液,消泡剂,润湿剂,增稠剂,流平剂,并在500-1000r/min,搅拌5-30min,通过,400目纱网过滤,作为A组分;
2)将水性固化剂作为B组分;
3)将A组分和B组分按质量比100:0.5-5混合,在50-200r/min下搅拌5-10min;
4)真空脱泡获得水性压敏胶;
5)通过涂覆工艺将水性压敏胶涂覆到PET薄膜表面,通过烘烤线最后获得水性压敏胶保护膜。
本发明一种水性压敏胶配方及保护膜制备工艺,生产成本低,成产效率高,使用用水性乳液替代有机溶剂,到达节能减排同时环保。
具体实施方式
本发明一种水性压敏胶配方,所述水性压敏胶由水性乳液,消泡剂,润湿剂,增稠剂,流平剂和固化剂组成,所述水性乳液为水性丙烯酸乳液、水性聚氨酯乳液、水性丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液其中的一种;
所述消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂tego810w或tego 902w和非硅类消泡剂BYK011或BYK012;
所述润湿剂为有机硅改性润湿剂BYK346或BYK349;
所述增稠剂为缔合型增稠剂BYK420或BYK425;
所述固化剂为水性固化剂如Bayhydur XP2655或Bayhydur 3100。
一种水性压敏胶保护膜制备工艺,其采用乳权利要求1所述的配方,包括以下步骤:
1)首先,在容器中分别加入水性聚合物乳液,消泡剂,润湿剂,增稠剂,流平剂,并在500-1000r/min,搅拌5-30min,通过,400目纱网过滤,作为A组分;
2)将水性固化剂作为B组分;
3)将A组分和B组分按质量比100:0.5-5混合,在50-200r/min下搅拌5-10min;
4)真空脱泡获得水性压敏胶;
5)通过涂覆工艺将水性压敏胶涂覆到PET薄膜表面,通过烘烤线最后获得水性压敏胶保护膜。

1.一种水性压敏胶配方,其特征在于:所述水性压敏胶由水性乳液,消泡剂,润湿剂,增稠剂,流平剂和固化剂组成,所述水性乳液为水性丙烯酸乳液、水性聚氨酯乳液、水性丙烯酸改性聚氨酯乳液其中的一种;
所述消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂tego810w或tego 902w和非硅类消泡剂BYK011或BYK012;
所述润湿剂为有机硅改性润湿剂BYK346或BYK349;
所述增稠剂为缔合型增稠剂BYK420或BYK425;
所述固化剂为水性固化剂如Bayhydur XP2655或Bayhydur 3100。
2.一种水性压敏胶保护膜制备工艺,其采用如权利要求1所述的配方,其特征在于:还包括以下步骤:
1)首先,在容器中分别加入水性聚合物乳液,消泡剂,润湿剂,增稠剂,流平剂,并在500-1000r/min,搅拌5-30min,通过,400目纱网过滤,作为A组分;
2)将水性固化剂作为B组分;
3)将A组分和B组分按质量比100:0.5-5混合,在50-200r/min下搅拌5-10min;
4)真空脱泡获得水性压敏胶;
5)通过涂覆工艺将水性压敏胶涂覆到PET薄膜表面,通过烘烤线最后获得水性压敏胶保护膜。
