Abstract

本发明涉及一种抗炸裂人造石英石花纹板及其生产工艺,由河源精沙;325粉;树脂;改性树脂;促进剂;偶联剂;固化剂;钛白粉;色粉,生产制备。本发明的有益效果在于:通过一次布料,再压制成型,实现了产品的多样性以及花纹的稳定性,得到的石英石花纹板花色更多样、更漂亮,层次更分明;而且使得该产品在耐腐蚀、抗冲击、抗炸裂、拉伸强度和硬度等性能上得到了较大的改善,满足了更多层次的要求;通过对树脂进行改性,改性树脂与普通树脂用量为1:1,来达到抗炸裂、强度、硬度高等特点;树脂改性主要通过增强、填充等,提高了树脂的机械强度、抗冲击性及韧性等。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗炸裂人造石英石花纹板及其生产工艺。
背景技术
目前人造石英石的制造方法是通过一次布料,再压制成型,技术简单,产品颜色单一,色泽不自然,不能满足广大消费者的要求;另外通过上述方法生产的在产品性能上,如耐老化、耐化学腐蚀、抗冲击性能、抗炸裂性能等不能满足更高层次的要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种抗炸裂人造石英石花纹板及其生产工艺,做出各种不同花纹或多种颜色的人造石英石花纹板,以满足消费者的需求,进一步扩大应用范围。
本发明为解决上述提出的问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种抗炸裂人造石英石花纹板,包括以下重量比的原料:河源精沙85-90kg;325粉23-30kg;树脂4kg;改性树脂4 kg;促进剂40g;偶联剂130g;固化剂50g;钛白粉560g,色粉60g。
一种抗炸裂人造石英石花纹板的生产工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)将85kg的河源精沙、23kg的325粉、40g的促进剂、130g的偶联剂、50g的固化剂、560g的钛白粉、60g的色粉混合并进行搅拌;
(2)按照步骤(1)所得原料总量的50%,称取原料A,将原料A与4kg的树脂混合并进行搅拌,获得混合料C,待搅拌均匀后,平铺在模具上,过筛2遍,放在模具一头待用;
(3)按照步骤(1)所得原料总量的50%,称取原料B,将原料B与4kg的改性树脂混合并进行搅拌,获得混合料D,待搅拌均匀后,平铺在模具上,过筛2遍;
(4)将混合料C、混合料D混合,保证混合均匀,将混合好的料过筛3遍,筛匀后将混合料E均匀的平铺在模具上;
(5)抽真空;
(6)压制。
河源精砂:是高品质的石英砂。二氧化硅含量高,杂质含量少。为了达到花纹板的质量好,花纹形状的稳定以及花纹板高品质的外观,花纹板所用河源精砂全为40--70目的河源精砂。
325粉:为325目以上的石英粉,为了花纹板材质量的稳定及耐久性,以及花纹板材外观的高品质,暂不可替代。
所述的树脂为不饱和树脂、环氧树脂和聚氨酯树脂中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
所述的促进剂为锰系金属的有机盐、叔胺类、季胺盐和硫醇中的任一种。
所述的偶联剂为有机硅烷偶联剂。
所述的固化剂为偶氮二异戊腈、叔丁基过氧化氢、过氧化甲乙酮、过氧化环己酮、乙二胺、二乙烯三胺、三乙烯四胺、二己基三胺和己二胺中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
一种抗炸裂人造石英石花纹板,根据上述的人造石英石花纹板的生产工艺制备。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过一次布料,再压制成型,实现了产品的多样性以及花纹的稳定性,得到的石英石花纹板花色更多样、更漂亮,层次更分明;而且使得该产品在耐腐蚀、抗冲击、抗炸裂、拉伸强度和硬度等性能上得到了较大的改善,满足了更多层次的要求;通过对树脂进行改性,改性树脂与普通树脂用量为1:1,来达到抗炸裂、强度、硬度高等特点;树脂改性主要通过增强、填充等,提高了树脂的机械强度、抗冲击性及韧性等。
本发明的具体实施例不构成对本发明的限制,凡是采用本发明的相似结构及变化,均在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (3)

1.一种抗炸裂人造石英石花纹板,包括以下重量比的原料:河源精沙85-90kg;325粉23-30kg;树脂4kg;改性树脂4 kg;促进剂40g;偶联剂130g;固化剂50g;钛白粉560g,色粉60g。
2.一种抗炸裂人造石英石花纹板的生产工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)将85kg的河源精沙、23kg的325粉、40g的促进剂、130g的偶联剂、50g的固化剂、560g的钛白粉、60g的色粉混合并进行搅拌;
(2)按照步骤(1)所得原料总量的50%,称取原料A,将原料A与4kg的树脂混合并进行搅拌,获得混合料C,待搅拌均匀后,平铺在模具上,过筛2遍,放在模具一头待用;
(3)按照步骤(1)所得原料总量的50%,称取原料B,将原料B与4kg的改性树脂混合并进行搅拌,获得混合料D,待搅拌均匀后,平铺在模具上,过筛2遍;
(4)将混合料C、混合料D混合,保证混合均匀,将混合好的料过筛3遍,筛匀后将混合料E均匀的平铺在模具上;
(5)抽真空;
(6)压制。
3.一种抗炸裂人造石英石花纹板,根据权利要求2所述抗炸裂人造石英石花纹板的生产工艺制备。
