本发明公开了一种薄膜涂胶用搅拌桶装置,包括桶体,所述桶体的底面固定有支撑板,桶体的顶部螺接有桶盖,桶盖的上方放置有上连接板,上连接板的顶面上固定有搅拌电机,搅拌电机的输出轴向下穿过上连接板并穿过桶盖的中部通孔,搅拌电机的输出轴下部铰接在桶盖的下方设有的下连接板上,搅拌电机的输出轴的下端向下伸出下连接板并通过联轴器连接有搅拌轴,搅拌轴上固定有搅拌叶轮;所述上连接板和下连接板通过螺栓固定连接,螺栓的中部插套在桶盖上具有的竖直插孔中。本发明可以大大降低震动,减少噪音,同时,其无需打开桶盖即可进行上料和卸料,卸料的流量可以进行控制,非常方便。

技术领域:
本发明涉及薄膜加工设备技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种薄膜涂胶用搅拌桶装置。
背景技术:
现有的薄膜搅拌桶一般是桶体上的桶盖上直接固定搅拌电机实现搅拌,其搅拌电机运行时会产生大量震动,容易产生噪音,而且,其搅拌完成后,需要打开搅拌桶上料和卸料,非常麻烦。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种薄膜涂胶用搅拌桶装置,它可以大大降低震动,减少噪音,同时,其无需打开桶盖即可进行上料和卸料,卸料的流量可以进行控制,非常方便。
本发明解决所述技术问题的方案是:
一种薄膜涂胶用搅拌桶装置,包括桶体,所述桶体的底面固定有支撑板,桶体的顶部螺接有桶盖,桶盖的上方放置有上连接板,上连接板的顶面上固定有搅拌电机,搅拌电机的输出轴向下穿过上连接板并穿过桶盖的中部通孔,搅拌电机的输出轴下部铰接在桶盖的下方设有的下连接板上,搅拌电机的输出轴的下端向下伸出下连接板并通过联轴器连接有搅拌轴,搅拌轴上固定有搅拌叶轮;
所述上连接板和下连接板通过螺栓固定连接,螺栓的中部插套在桶盖上具有的竖直插孔中,螺栓的上部和下部均插套有缓冲弹簧,螺栓的上部插套有的缓冲弹簧的上端着力于上连接板、下端着力于下桶盖;螺栓的下部插套有的缓冲弹簧的上端着力于桶盖、下端着力于下连接板。
所述桶体的上部侧壁通接有进料连接管。
所述桶体的底板的底面通接有下料管。
所述下料管的底端面上嵌套并固定有密封圈;所述支撑板上固定有连接板,连接板的顶面上固定有无杆气缸,无杆气缸的移动块上固定有端板,端板压靠在下料管的底端面上,密封圈压靠在端板上,端板覆盖下料管的底部。
所述端板的前后侧壁上固定有导向块,导向块上固定有导向杆,导向杆插套在支撑板上。
本发明的突出效果是:
与现有技术相比,它可以大大降低震动,减少噪音,同时,其无需打开桶盖即可进行上料和卸料,卸料的流量可以进行控制,非常方便。

实施例,见如图1至图3所示,一种薄膜涂胶用搅拌桶装置,包括桶体10,所述桶体10的底面固定有支撑板11,桶体10的顶部螺接有桶盖12,桶盖12的上方放置有上连接板13,上连接板13的顶面上固定有搅拌电机14,搅拌电机14的输出轴向下穿过上连接板13并穿过桶盖12的中部通孔,搅拌电机14的输出轴下部铰接在桶盖12的下方设有的下连接板15上,搅拌电机14的输出轴的下端向下伸出下连接板15并通过联轴器连接有搅拌轴16,搅拌轴16上固定有搅拌叶轮17;
所述上连接板13和下连接板15通过螺栓1固定连接,螺栓1的中部插套在桶盖10上具有的竖直插孔101中,螺栓1的上部和下部均插套有缓冲弹簧2,螺栓1的上部插套有的缓冲弹簧2的上端着力于上连接板13、下端着力于下桶盖12;螺栓1的下部插套有的缓冲弹簧2的上端着力于桶盖12、下端着力于下连接板15。
进一步的说,所述桶体10的上部侧壁通接有进料连接管102。
进一步的说,所述桶体10的底板的底面通接有下料管103。
进一步的说,所述下料管103的底端面上嵌套并固定有密封圈104;所述支撑板11上固定有连接板111,连接板111的顶面上固定有无杆气缸112,无杆气缸112的移动块上固定有端板113,端板113压靠在下料管103的底端面上,密封圈104压靠在端板113上,端板113覆盖下料管103的底部。
进一步的说,所述端板113的前后侧壁上固定有导向块114,导向块114上固定有导向杆115,导向杆115插套在支撑板11上。
通过缓冲弹簧2的作用,使得搅拌电机14运行时,可以降低其对桶体10的震动。
而进料连接管102可以连接进料管从而方便进料,而通过无杆气缸112拉动端板113移动,即可将下料管103从端板113中移出进行下料,其中,通过端板113覆盖下料管103的底端的覆盖面可以控制其下料的流量,保证其下料均匀,满足要求。

1.一种薄膜涂胶用搅拌桶装置,包括桶体(10),其特征在于:所述桶体(10)的底面固定有支撑板(11),桶体(10)的顶部螺接有桶盖(12),桶盖(12)的上方放置有上连接板(13),上连接板(13)的顶面上固定有搅拌电机(14),搅拌电机(14)的输出轴向下穿过上连接板(13)并穿过桶盖(12)的中部通孔,搅拌电机(14)的输出轴下部铰接在桶盖(12)的下方设有的下连接板(15)上,搅拌电机(14)的输出轴的下端向下伸出下连接板(15)并通过联轴器连接有搅拌轴(16),搅拌轴(16)上固定有搅拌叶轮(17);
所述上连接板(13)和下连接板(15)通过螺栓(1)固定连接,螺栓(1)的中部插套在桶盖(10)上具有的竖直插孔(101)中,螺栓(1)的上部和下部均插套有缓冲弹簧(2),螺栓(1)的上部插套有的缓冲弹簧(2)的上端着力于上连接板(13)、下端着力于下桶盖(12);螺栓(1)的下部插套有的缓冲弹簧(2)的上端着力于桶盖(12)、下端着力于下连接板(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄膜涂胶用搅拌桶装置,其特征在于:所述桶体(10)的上部侧壁通接有进料连接管(102)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄膜涂胶用搅拌桶装置,其特征在于:所述桶体(10)的底板的底面通接有下料管(103)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种薄膜涂胶用搅拌桶装置,其特征在于:所述下料管(103)的底端面上嵌套并固定有密封圈(104);所述支撑板(11)上固定有连接板(111),连接板(111)的顶面上固定有无杆气缸(112),无杆气缸(112)的移动块上固定有端板(113),端板(113)压靠在下料管(103)的底端面上,密封圈(104)压靠在端板(113)上,端板(113)覆盖下料管(103)的底部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种薄膜涂胶用搅拌桶装置,其特征在于:所述端板(113)的前后侧壁上固定有导向块(114),导向块(114)上固定有导向杆(115),导向杆(115)插套在支撑板(11)上。
