本实用新型涉及一种用于电缆生产厂家原材料塑料粒子加料装置。
背景技术
在原有的技术中，用于塑料粒子加工的给料设备，存在着一是原料在加料斗内不能完全出来，总需要人工操作，二是往加料斗加料的时候需要人工把一包包料抗上设备加料。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于设计一种不但能是加料斗有效的下料，而且能减少人力的办自动下料斗。
本实用新型的技术方案为：一种下料斗，在主机头部架边设一钢架，钢架上设置一台起重机和加料斗，加料斗底部设有带阀门的开口槽与主机进料连接，加料斗底部设置一有阀门的开口槽。加料斗内设有斜坡。
本实用新型的优点在于：具有节约原料，降低劳动力，提高产品质量等优点。

具体实施方式
在主机1头部架边设一钢架2，钢架2上设置一台起重机和加料斗3。起重机吊加料斗3到钢架2上，加料斗3给主机1加料。加料斗3底部设有带阀门的开口槽与主机进料连接。加料斗3本身把原有的平底设置为倾斜底，在底部设置一有阀门的开口槽。加料斗3通过铁钩与小型行吊机连接。
上诉的技术解决方案中，由于行吊机操作，可以把加料斗吊致地面加料，再通过行吊机吊回操作机台。这就解决了平时工人加料困难的问题；由于加料斗地面时倾斜的，出料的话就不会有残留在底部的剩余材料，使得换料是两种材料混合，导致原料质量有损。而且出料口采用是阀门设计，使得加料的时候能得以控制，避免停机时，料仍会自然流下，造成浪费。因此，使用本实用新型具有节约原料，降低劳动力，提高产品质量等优点。

1.一种下料斗，其特征在于：在主机头部架边设一钢架，钢架上设置一台起重机和加料斗，加料斗底部设有带阀门的开口槽与主机进料连接，加料斗底部设置一有阀门的开口槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述下料斗，其特征在于：加料斗内设有斜坡。
