技术领域
本发明涉及一种手推式水泥搅拌机。
背景技术
建房屋时必须使用水泥，现有技术中的水泥搅拌机的体积较大，成本较高，搅拌水泥的量较大，因此不适用于建筑小型房屋时使用。建筑小型房屋时，水泥通常由人工搅拌而成，这种搅拌方式不仅效率较低且劳动强度较高，搅拌不均匀，影响混凝土的质量。
发明内容
本发明主要是解决现有技术所存在的技术问题，从而提供一种尺寸较小，成本较低，特别适用于搅拌数量较少的水泥；带有新型的搅拌装置，搅拌较为均匀；带有手推车架，能够自由移动；带有增压杆，能够有压力的将混合好的水泥输送较远的距离，使用较为方便的手推式水泥搅拌机。
本发明的上述技术问题主要是通过下述技术方案得以解决的：
一种手推式水泥搅拌机，包括一手推车架和一搅拌电机，所述的手推式水泥搅拌机还包括一进料漏斗和一搅拌筒，所述的搅拌筒与所述的手推车架相连接，所述的搅拌电机与所述的搅拌筒的尾端相连接，所述的进料漏斗与所述的搅拌筒的侧面相连接。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的手推式水泥搅拌机还包括一排出管，所述的排出管与所述的搅拌筒的头部相连接，所述的排出管的下端设置有一排出口。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的进料漏斗上设置有一滤网。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的搅拌筒内设置有一搅拌装置，所述的搅拌装置的上部设置有一螺旋形搅拌条、下部设置有一口字形搅拌框，所述的搅拌装置的上端与所述的搅拌电机相连接。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的排出管内设置有一增压杆，所述的增压杆的表面设置有螺旋形突起；所述的增压杆与所述的搅拌装置的下端相连接。
作为本发明较佳的实施例，所述的搅拌筒的下部的侧面设置有两个水管。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行详细阐述，以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解，从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明的手推式水泥搅拌机的优点是：尺寸较小，成本较低，特别适用于搅拌数量较少的水泥；带有新型的搅拌装置，搅拌较为均匀；带有手推车架，能够自由移动；带有增压杆，能够有压力的将混合好的水泥输送较远的距离，使用较为方便。
如图1、图2、图3所示，一种手推式水泥搅拌机，包括一手推车架1和一搅拌电机2，该手推式水泥搅拌机还包括一进料漏斗3和一搅拌筒4，该搅拌筒4与该手推车架1相连接，该搅拌电机2与该搅拌筒4的尾端相连接，该进料漏斗3与该搅拌筒4的侧面相连接。通过该进料漏斗3将水泥、沙子等物料添加至搅拌筒内。
如图2所示，该手推式水泥搅拌机还包括一排出管5，该排出管5与该搅拌筒4的头部相连接，该排出管5的下端设置有一排出口51。用于排出混合好的水泥。
如图2所示，该进料漏斗3上设置有一滤网31。用于过滤水泥或沙子中的杂物，防止体积较大的杂物损坏该手推式水泥搅拌机，也可以提高混合好的水泥的质量。
如图5所示，该搅拌筒4内设置有一搅拌装置6，该搅拌装置6的上部设置有一螺旋形搅拌条61、下部设置有一口字形搅拌框62，该搅拌装置6的上端与该搅拌电机2相连接。该螺旋形搅拌条61可以尽可能快的将物料推向该搅拌筒4的底部，该口字形搅拌框62可以较为紧密的贴合该搅拌筒4的内表面，从而达到更好的搅拌效果，防止水泥附着在该搅拌筒4的内表面上。
如衅6所示，该排出管5内设置有一增压杆7，该增压杆7的表面设置有螺旋形突起71；该增压杆7与该搅拌装置6的下端相连接。该增压杆7能够连续不断的驱动水泥向前移动，使其排出时具有一定的压力，从而可以将水泥喷洒至远处或者连接管路将水泥输送至远处。
如图4所示，该搅拌筒4的下部的侧面设置有两个水管41。当需要快速向该搅拌筒4内注水时，两个水管4均作为进水管使用，这样就能够较为快速的将该搅拌筒4内注水；当需要清洗该搅拌筒4时，可以将其中一个水管41作为进水管，另一个水管41作为出水管，这样就可以让水流快速的流过该搅拌筒4，达到清洗搅拌筒4的目的，防止遗留的水泥凝固在该搅拌筒4的内表面上。
以上仅仅以一个实施方式来说明本发明的设计思路，在系统允许的情况下，本发明可以扩展为同时外接更多的功能模块，从而最大限度扩展其功能。
以上所述，仅为本发明的具体实施方式，但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此，任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换，都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此，本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种手推式水泥搅拌机，包括一手推车架(1)和一搅拌电机(2)，其特征在于：所述的手推式水泥搅拌机还包括一进料漏斗(3)和一搅拌筒(4)，所述的搅拌筒(4)与所述的手推车架(1)相连接，所述的搅拌电机(2)与所述的搅拌筒(4)的尾端相连接，所述的进料漏斗(3)与所述的搅拌筒(4)的侧面相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手推式水泥搅拌机，其特征在于：所述的手推式水泥搅拌机还包括一排出管(5)，所述的排出管(5)与所述的搅拌筒(4)的头部相连接，所述的排出管(5)的下端设置有一排出口(51)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的手推式水泥搅拌机，其特征在于：所述的进料漏斗(3)上设置有一滤网(31)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的手推式水泥搅拌机，其特征在于：所述的搅拌筒(4)内设置有一搅拌装置(6)，所述的搅拌装置(6)的上部设置有一螺旋形搅拌条(61)、下部设置有一口字形搅拌框(62)，所述的搅拌装置(6)的上端与所述的搅拌电机(2)相连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的手推式水泥搅拌机，其特征在于：所述的排出管(5)内设置有一增压杆(7)，所述的增压杆(7)的表面设置有螺旋形突起(71)；所述的增压杆(7)与所述的搅拌装置(6)的下端相连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的手推式水泥搅拌机，其特征在于：所述的搅拌筒(4)的下部的侧面设置有两个水管(41)。
