本发明公开了一种泥塑奇石底座的制作方法,以黏土、陶泥、棉短绒和水为原料配制塑泥,原料简单、价格低廉;其制作步骤包括塑形、晾干、修整、烧制、冷却、浸水、上色,制作过程无有害气体释放,工艺过程环保;本发明用泥塑底座代替传统的木制底座,可塑性强,可重复利用、可随意搭配。

泥塑奇石底座的制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及奇石配座技术领域,尤其是一种泥塑奇石底座的制作方法。
背景技术
奇石的形状都是不规则的,为奇石配座可说是一项专门的技术。现在为奇石配座,一般都是有技术的木工才能完成,也可说技术性很强。传统都是用木头为奇石配座的,制作太慢、配座与奇石契合度不好、用木头配底价格昂贵等特点;现在为奇石配的底座都是价格较为昂贵的红木或梨木,木制底座受到水浸、日晒、酸碱等化学原料腐蚀后,容易脱色变形,所以不能放在室外,用途较为局限;一个单独的木制底座只能对应单个奇石,不可重复使用。
发明内容
本发明为解决上述技术问题提供一种泥塑奇石底座的制作方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种泥塑奇石底座的制作方法,以黏土、陶泥、棉短绒和水混合搅拌后得塑泥,制作材料简单、价格低廉;以塑泥塑形、晾干、修整后烧制成坯,制坯冷却后置于茶水中浸泡,然后上色而得奇石底座,制作过程无有害气体排出,制作工艺环保。
制作奇石底座的原料包括:按质量百分数,28%-34%的黏土、28%-34%的陶泥、2%-4%的棉短绒、30%-40%的水,将所有原料混合搅拌0.5h-1h,棉短绒可以增加原料之间的拉扯力,可在塑形时更加稳固。
制作步骤:
1、塑形:以塑泥制作具有设计形状的奇石底座坯,具有可塑性;
2、晾干:为避免在阳光的直射下温度过高,造成奇石底座坯水分流失过快而开裂,将塑形完毕的奇石底座坯在阴凉处进行阴干,环境温度为20℃-40℃时,阴干时间不少于48h;环境温度为0℃-20℃时,阴干时间不少于72h;
3、休整:将阴干完成的奇石底座坯进行去除毛刺并处理边角使其表面光滑;
4、烧制:将休整完成的奇石底座坯进行烧制72h,温度从10℃-50℃升温至1000℃而得制坯,为保证奇石底座坯烧制时水分均匀流失以此保证奇石底座坯不裂,在烧制时间内,烧制温度等量递增,从10℃-50℃升温至1000℃。
5、冷却:为使烧制完成后制坯的温度均匀下降以此保证制坯不开裂,将烧制完成的制坯在烧制的窑洞里冷却至10℃-50℃,冷却时间不少于48h;
6、浸水:将冷却完成的制坯放入茶水里浸泡24h,茶与水的重量比为(5-15):(400-600),为奇石底座坯上底色,使其具有仿古效果;为避免在阳光的直射下温度过高,造成制坯水分流失过快而开裂,将浸泡完成后的制坯进行阴干处理,阴干时间不少于48h。
7、上色:根据需要,用不同颜色的丙烯颜料对制坯进行上色从而获得不同色彩的成品奇石底座。
从茶的色泽和浓郁度上考虑,步骤6中的茶优选为普洱茶。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用黏土、陶泥、棉短绒和水制作,原料简单、价格低廉;制作过程无有害气体排出,工艺环保;原料中的棉短绒在塑形时可以提高塑泥之间的拉扯力、增加塑泥的黏性;在烧制时,棉短绒燃烧形成空隙,能及时排出制坯内的水蒸气,使其在烧制阶段不容易裂开;本发明的奇石底座在塑形时可以是各种人物或风景,可塑性强、可重复利用、随意搭配。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1
春季,室温10-20℃。
本发明的一种泥塑奇石底座的制作方法,按质量百分数,28%-34%的黏土、28%-34%的陶泥、2%-4%的棉短绒、30%-40%的水,将所有原料混合搅拌0.5h-1h,配制塑泥,以塑泥制作具有设计形状的奇石底座坯;完成的奇石底座坯阴干时间不少于72h;阴干完成的奇石底座坯进行去除毛刺并处理边角,然后放入炉窑烧制,于72h中温度均匀地从10℃-50℃升温至1000℃,得制坯,制坯于烧制的窑中自然冷却至10℃-50℃,将冷却完成的制坯放入茶水里浸泡24h,选择普洱茶按照10:500的重量比泡制所述茶水,然后取出制坯,阴干不少于48h,用不同颜色的丙烯颜料对制坯进行上色即得成品奇石底座。
夏季,室温20℃-40℃。
本发明的一种泥塑奇石底座的制作方法,按质量百分数,28%-34%的黏土、28%-34%的陶泥、2%-4%的棉短绒、30%-40%的水,将所有原料混合搅拌0.5h-1h,配制塑泥,以塑泥制作具有设计形状的奇石底座坯;完成的奇石底座坯阴干时间不少于48h;阴干完成的奇石底座坯进行去除毛刺并处理边角,然后放入炉窑烧制,于72h中温度均匀地从10℃-50℃升温至1000℃,得制坯,制坯于烧制的窑中自然冷却36h,再移至室外并冷却至10℃-50℃,将冷却完成的制坯放入茶水里浸泡24h,选择普洱茶按照10:500的重量比泡制所述茶水,然后取出制坯,阴干不少于48h,用不同颜色的丙烯颜料对制坯进行上色即得成品奇石底座。
奇石放置于需要展示的水平柜台,由于奇石一般是不规则形状且大小不统一,当奇石较小时,将至少两个本发明制作的奇石底座对称的安放在奇石与水平柜台之间的间隙处,以此达到固定效果;当奇石较大且不规则时,可根据实际情况选择多个本发明制作的奇石底进行固定;也可为达到美观效果选择多个不同风格的奇石底座进行固定。本发明的奇石底座可以是各种风景或人物的的造型,为达到美观和更加稳定的效果,可以增加更多的奇石底座,奇石底座之间可以任意搭配、且可重复利用。
实际使用时,可以在奇石底座接触柜台的一端贴上双面胶,使底座与水平柜台固定连接。

Claims (8)

1.一种泥塑奇石底座的制作方法,其特征在于:以黏土、陶泥、棉短绒和水混合搅拌后得塑泥,以塑泥塑形、晾干、修整后烧制成制坯,制坯冷却后置于茶水中浸泡,然后上色而得奇石底座。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种泥塑奇石底座的制作方法,其特征在于:按质量百分数,28%-34%的黏土、28%-34%的陶泥、2%-4%的棉短绒、30%-40%的水,将所有原料混合搅拌0.5h-1h得塑泥。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种泥塑奇石底座的制作方法,其特征在于:所述各步骤中:
(1)塑形:以塑泥制作具有设计形状的奇石底座坯;
(2)晾干:将步骤2完成的奇石底座坯进行阴干,阴干时间为48h-120h;
(3)修整:将步骤3阴干完成的奇石底座坯进行去除毛刺并处理边角;
(4)烧制:将步骤4完成的奇石底座坯烧制不少于72h,其间温度从10℃-50℃升温至1000℃而得制坯;
(5)冷却:将制坯冷却至10℃-50℃,冷却时间不少于48h;
(6)浸水:将冷却完成的制坯放入茶水里浸泡不少于24h;
(7)上色:根据需要,用不同颜色的丙烯颜料对制坯进行上色即得成品奇石底座。
4.如权利要求3所述一种泥塑奇石底座的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤2中,环境温度为20℃-40℃时,阴干时间不少于48h;环境温度为0℃-20℃时,阴干时间不少于72h。
5.如权利要求3所述一种泥塑奇石底座的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤4的烧制过程持续72h-74h,在烧制时间内,烧制温度等量递增,从10℃-50℃升温至1000℃。
6.如权利要求3所述一种泥塑奇石底座的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤5的冷却,在烧制的窑中完成。
7.如权利要求1、2或3所述一种泥塑奇石底座的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤6中茶水按茶与水的重量比为(5-15):(400-600)泡制。
8.如权利要求7所述一种泥塑奇石底座的制作方法,其特征在于:所述步骤6中的茶为普洱茶。
