技术领域
本发明涉及阀门制造领域,尤其是一种阀门中接自动加工下料装置。
背景技术
在阀门制造领域中,阀门中接是一重要部件,现有中接一般包括一体制出的固定端和加工端,所述固定端的内缘制有螺纹用于与加工设备的连接头啮合安装,之后分别通过不同设备和刀具对中接的加工端进行铣孔和铣槽处理。
根据上述内容可知,现有加工设备在加工中接时需要分为两个工序,而且该两工序在铣孔和铣槽之间需要将中接拆下再安装在另一设备上,而这个过程不但大大增加了加工时间,降低了工作效率,还需要采用人工方式进行拆卸,不符合机械化大批量生产的工作要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构合理,减少工序,自动下料的一种阀门中接自动加工下料装置。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种阀门中接自动加工下料装置,其特征在于:包括一机架,该机架的一侧端部安装有一双向电机,所述双向电机的输出端固定安装有一连接头,该连接头的外缘制有螺纹用于活动安装中接的固定端,与该中接相对的机架另一侧安装有刀座,该刀座面向中接的端面内分别安装有一铣孔刀和一铣槽刀,所述刀座下端与一刀具移动装置相安装,所述刀具移动装置可在水平方向内横向和纵向移动刀座,所述双向电机输出端固定安装的连接头旁侧的机架内安装有一气缸,该气缸活塞杆的端部安装有一与中接的固定部相适配的下料夹。
而且,所述刀具移动装置包括一横向电机,该横向电机安装在机架另一侧,所述横向电机的输出端与双向电机的输出端相对设置,该横向电机的输出端同心安装有一横向丝杠,该横向丝杠两侧的机架上端沿横向丝杠延伸方向分别安装有一横向滑道,该两横向滑道的上端滑动安装有一横向滑台,该横向滑台的下端一体制出一横向滑块,所述横向滑块内缘制有螺纹与所述横向丝杠外缘相互啮合,该横向滑台的上端部在与横向丝杠水平方向相垂直垂直方向安装有一纵向丝杠,该纵向丝杠的外缘套装有一纵向滑块,所述纵向丝杠连接有一纵向电机的输出端,所述纵向丝杠的旁侧分别安装有一纵向滑道,所述两纵向滑道的上方滑动安装有一纵向滑台,该纵向滑台的底部与纵向滑块一体制出,该纵向滑台的上端面内安装有所述刀座,该刀座面向双向电机的端部内平行间隔安装有所述铣孔刀和一铣槽刀。
而且,所述铣孔刀和铣槽刀平行间隔安装在刀座内与安装在连接头上的中接加工端相对设置。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
本发明中,双向电机配合刀具可实现对中接的加工,气缸可推进或收缩下料夹,在刀具加工时收缩保证加工的顺利进行,在加工完成后推进活塞和下料夹在双向电机反向转动时进行自动下料,刀座安装铣孔刀和铣槽刀配合刀具移动装置可实现铣孔和铣槽过程的进刀与退刀,保证在一台设备内即可完成两道工序;横向电机配合横向丝杠和横向滑块可带动刀座在横向进行移动,从而完成进刀和退刀,纵向电机配合纵向丝杠和纵向滑块可完成换刀的过程;铣孔刀和铣槽刀间隔平行设置,避免在换刀过程中与中接发生碰撞或接触,保证成品质量,提升其安全性。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明进一步说明,下述实施例是说明性的,不是限定性的,不能以下述实施例来限定本发明的保护范围。
一种阀门中接自动加工下料装置,本发明的创新在于,包括一机架17,该机架的一侧端部安装有一双向电机9,所述双向电机的输出端10固定安装有一连接头11,该连接头的外缘制有螺纹用于活动安装中接的固定端,与该中接相对的机架另一侧安装有刀座7,该刀座面向中接的端面内分别安装有一铣孔刀18和一铣槽刀19,所述刀座下端与一刀具移动装置相安装,所述刀具移动装置可在水平方向内横向和纵向移动刀座,所述双向电机输出端固定安装的连接头旁侧的机架内安装有一气缸1,该气缸活塞杆12的端部安装有一与中接的固定部相适配的下料夹13,现有中接固定部外缘一般为六边形,所述下料夹的内缘为与该六边形相对应的三边结构。
本实施例中,所述刀具移动装置包括一横向电机5,该横向电机安装在机架另一侧,所述横向电机的输出端与双向电机的输出端相对设置,该横向电机的输出端同心安装有一横向丝杠4,该横向丝杠两侧的机架上端沿横向丝杠延伸方向分别安装有一横向滑道8,该两横向滑道的上端滑动安装有一横向滑台14,该横向滑台的下端一体制出一横向滑块16,所述横向滑块内缘制有螺纹与所述横向丝杠外缘相互啮合,该横向滑台的上端部在与横向丝杠水平方向相垂直垂直方向安装有一纵向丝杠3,该纵向丝杠的外缘套装有一纵向滑块,所述纵向丝杠连接有一纵向电机2的输出端,所述纵向丝杠的旁侧分别安装有一纵向滑道15,所述两纵向滑道的上方滑动安装有一纵向滑台6,该纵向滑台的底部与纵向滑块一体制出,该纵向滑台的上端面内安装有所述刀座,该刀座面向双向电机的端部内平行间隔安装有所述铣孔刀和一铣槽刀。
本发明的工作过程是:
本发明使用时,双向电机处于停机状态,此时操作人员将中接固定端20通过螺纹固定连接头外侧,之后双向电机正转,横向电机通过横向丝杠带动铣孔刀进刀,铣孔完成后,横向电机通过横向丝杠带动铣孔刀退刀,纵向电机开启通过纵向丝杠带动铣槽刀至适合的加工位置,之后横向电机通过横向丝杠带动铣槽刀进刀和退刀,两道工序均完成后,双向电机翻转,此时气缸推动活塞杆,下料夹至与中接固定端外缘相适合的位置,将中接拧下完成下料,之后双向电机停机,往复上述操作对下一中接进行加工。
本发明中,双向电机配合刀具可实现对中接的加工,气缸可推进或收缩下料夹,在刀具加工时收缩保证加工的顺利进行,在加工完成后推进活塞和下料夹在双向电机反向转动时进行自动下料,刀座安装铣孔刀和铣槽刀配合刀具移动装置可实现铣孔和铣槽过程的进刀与退刀,保证在一台设备内即可完成两道工序;横向电机配合横向丝杠和横向滑块可带动刀座在横向进行移动,从而完成进刀和退刀,纵向电机配合纵向丝杠和纵向滑块可完成换刀的过程;铣孔刀和铣槽刀间隔平行设置,避免在换刀过程中与中接发生碰撞或接触,保证成品质量,提升其安全性。

1.一种阀门中接自动加工下料装置,其特征在于:包括一机架,该机架的一侧端部安装有一双向电机,所述双向电机的输出端固定安装有一连接头,该连接头的外缘制有螺纹用于活动安装中接的固定端,与该中接相对的机架另一侧安装有刀座,该刀座面向中接的端面内分别安装有一铣孔刀和一铣槽刀,所述刀座下端与一刀具移动装置相安装,所述刀具移动装置可在水平方向内横向和纵向移动刀座,所述双向电机输出端固定安装的连接头旁侧的机架内安装有一气缸,该气缸活塞杆的端部安装有一与中接的固定部相适配的下料夹;
所述刀具移动装置包括一横向电机,该横向电机安装在机架另一侧,所述横向电机的输出端与双向电机的输出端相对设置,该横向电机的输出端同心安装有一横向丝杠,该横向丝杠两侧的机架上端沿横向丝杠延伸方向分别安装有一横向滑道,该横向丝杠两侧的横向滑道的上端滑动安装有一横向滑台,该横向滑台的下端一体制出一横向滑块,所述横向滑块内缘制有螺纹与所述横向丝杠外缘相互啮合,该横向滑台的上端部在与横向丝杠水平方向相垂直的垂直方向安装有一纵向丝杠,该纵向丝杠的外缘套装有一纵向滑块,所述纵向丝杠连接有一纵向电机的输出端,所述纵向丝杠的旁侧分别安装有一纵向滑道,所述纵向丝杠两侧的纵向滑道的上方滑动安装有一纵向滑台,该纵向滑台的底部与纵向滑块一体制出,该纵向滑台的上端面内安装有所述刀座,该刀座面向双向电机的端部内安装有所述铣孔刀和铣槽刀;
所述铣孔刀和铣槽刀平行间隔安装在刀座内与安装在连接头上的中接加工端相对设置。
