Abstract

本发明的技术目的是克提供一种公用阀件万能调节结构点胶头可适用于各种贴片式LED灯珠;兼容不同LED支架的点胶机的点胶头调节结构。点胶机的点胶头调节结构,包括有点胶阀支架、所述点胶阀支架上设有胶筒及点胶阀,还设有点胶阀的阀体转向结构及压胶杆组件,在所述压胶杆组件上设有针头组件。本发明由于设有应对每个进胶管的开关阀,可以独立调节任意的点胶头出胶,适应不同的LED支架;本发明兼容性高,适用于不同型号的LED支架的点胶中应用。

点胶机的点胶头调节结构
技术领域
本发明涉及全自动贴片式LED点胶机,尤其涉及一种全自动贴片式LED点胶机的点胶头结构。
背景技术
贴片式LED是一种新型表面装贴式半导体发光器件,具有体积小、散射角度大、发光均匀性好等优点而广泛用于显示屏、液晶面板背光、通用照明等电子产品上。LED芯片焊线后需点胶填充处理,按照不同的要求填充不同的胶水的一种设备,其中点胶机包括点胶头结构。点胶头结构主要用于点LED灯珠填充胶。传统点胶头结构一种点胶头结构只适合一种LED支架,公用阀件万能调节结构点胶头可适用于各种贴片式LED灯珠。
发明内容
本发明的技术目的是克服现有技术中,一种点胶头结构只适合一种LED支架,进而在点胶工艺过程中需要针对不同的LED支架来更换不同的点胶头的技术问题;提供一种公用阀件万能调节结构点胶头可适用于各种贴片式LED灯珠;兼容不同LED支架的点胶机的点胶头调节结构。
为实现以上技术目的,本实发明的技术方案是:
点胶机的点胶头调节结构,包括有点胶阀支架、所述点胶阀支架上设有胶筒及点胶阀,还设有点胶阀的阀体转向结构及压胶杆组件,在所述压胶杆组件上设有针头组件。
更进一步的,所述点胶阀支架上设有胶筒,所述胶筒下方连通有进胶横筒,所述进胶横筒下方设有进胶管,所述进胶管连通有点胶阀;在所述点胶阀中设有对应每个进胶管的开关阀门;所述进胶管连通有点胶针。
本发明有益技术效果是:18个点胶头同时工作,每个压胶杆有单独的压胶杆孔和阀芯阀套,这样就可以保证每个点胶头不会受其他点胶头的影响,也不会因为用的时间长,这个点胶头的胶水会渗透到其他点胶头中从而影响胶量的变化,从而能高产能高精度的点胶。本发明由于设有应对每个进胶管的开关阀,可以独立调节任意的点胶针头出胶,适应不同的LED支架。

具体实施方式
结合图1,详细说明本发明具体实施方式,点胶机的点胶头调节结构,包括有点胶阀支架101、所述点胶阀支架101上设有胶筒106及点胶阀102,还设有点胶阀102的阀体转向结构103及压胶杆组件104,在所述压胶杆组件104 上设有针头组件105。所述点胶阀支架101上设有胶筒106,所述胶筒106下方连通有进胶横筒108,所述进胶横筒下方设有进胶管107,所述进胶管连通有点胶阀102;在所述点胶阀102中设有对应每个进胶管107的开关阀门;所述进胶管107连通有点胶针。进胶口有18个,然而针头只有14个,就是将其中4个进胶管给堵住了,这样出胶口就只有14个可以正常运行,其他四个不影响点胶。本发明最大的特点是整个点胶头部不随Z轴上下移动,直接将针头部件固定在Z轴上,Z轴负载减轻,速度可以大大提高,另外进出胶运用插管模式,这样可以随时将不需要点胶的部分给堵住,从而实现阀体公用,点胶针头万能调节的目的。

1.点胶机的点胶头调节结构,其特征是:包括有点胶阀支架、所述点胶阀支架上设有胶筒及点胶阀,还设有点胶阀的阀体转向结构及压胶杆组件,在所述压胶杆组件上设有针头组件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的点胶机的点胶头调节结构,其特征是:所述点胶阀支架上设有胶筒,所述胶筒下方连通有进胶横筒,所述进胶横筒下方设有进胶管,所述进胶管连通有点胶阀;在所述点胶阀中设有对应每个进胶管的开关阀门;所述进胶管连通有点胶针。
